"Very convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown. We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request. The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token."

"The Jinze comes as an international hotel. Yes ! Friendly staff awaits you, and spacious rooms make a cosy stay possible. Enjoy the Baota Pagoda view from your window - a must-see, especially when illuminated. The indoor swimming pool in floor 29 wants you to become a swimming champion. Excellent location with plenty of bus lines right on the front door to take you everywhere."

"The floor of the room is very high. Visually, it is 3.2 meters tall and has one floor. It does not feel oppressive and is atmospheric. The room was very clean and the stay was comfortable. Checking in at the front desk during the National Day had to wait in line for half an hour. The three front desks were very busy, but in the end I found that the three of them went through the procedures together. After several steps, only one person checked in, and the others were just preliminary contacts and communication😅😅. Although it was recommended that guests waiting in line at the back go to Tower C to check in, with a bunch of luggage and children, no one was willing to drag their luggage to another building. The biggest complaint was that the front desk reported that orders placed by Ctrip after 6 pm that day were not found in the hotel system at 9:30 pm, and it took a long time to get the room card. The worst thing is that I stayed in Building AC. All breakfast the next day was concentrated in Building B, and the breakfast room in Building A was not open. Fifteen or six hundred people went to the restaurant in Tower B to have breakfast. There was no food because of the crowd. You had to fry your own eggs to get the fried eggs. The management had no plan or plan when faced with the crowd?"

"I booked three nights for 840 RMB in advance during my child's college entrance exam period. The price was much better than other hotels. It's super convenient, only a 7-8 minute walk to the No. 3 Middle School. Breakfast from 7 am to 10 am was also very plentiful. The room lighting was bright and created a great atmosphere – clean, tidy, and perfect for photos. The underground parking garage offers free and ample parking spaces. The first floor has a spa center, the second floor is the lobby, the third floor is for accommodation, and the fourth floor is the gym. Each floor has a lounge area, power banks, and drink stations, all very well-appointed. There's even a robot that delivers packages, so the service is excellent. The night view outside the main entrance is also lovely. Highly recommended and definitely worth staying at. Plus, dining and supermarkets nearby are very convenient."
