"The hotel's heating was really warm, and the hot water was hot too; I was very satisfied. The owner was kind and hospitable. When we went out for breakfast this morning, he even lent me his electric scooter so we could ride it there. It was the first time I'd met such a warm and kind person. We had two elderly guests who needed a second room with two beds, but they didn't charge extra and even gave us a discount. Such a good person! 👍👍 Thumbs up!"

"I am an old customer of Blue Ocean and a diamond member of both Blue Ocean and Ctrip. Even though I had a room available, the front desk refused to upgrade my room. Compared with other Blue Ocean front desk services, the service is poor."
