They were not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and thoughtful. Every day they delivered snacks to my room, with a delivery bot (yes a robot) and on Chinese New Year itself, they surprised me with personally made dumplings. These warm gestures made me feel genuinely cared for and turned my stay into something special. The hotel is a great choice whether you’re traveling solo or with family. I really appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Yangquan. I highly recommend this hotel."

The basic bed room I booked, I thought it would be very compact, but the space was enough to spread out two large suitcases. The bedding is clean, lying on it is moderately soft and hard, and I sleep until dawn.
