The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the bathroom in the apartment section lacked a separate shower and toilet area. The attitude of the front desk staff is really bad. They are careless and lazy. The bathroom lock has been broken for a long time and they didn't repair it or inform us, which made people locked in and unable to get out. They also asked us what happened. After finally opening it, they told us not to close the door when we go to the toilet. What are you afraid of? Is this the way to solve the problem? The slippers and towels of the previous tenant were just put back to their original places without changing them.
