"We checked in hotel during our visit in winter. The water from any taps is cold and take some time to turn it to warm and hot. The bathroom floor is cold and need to wear slippers since bathroom has no heater to warm up the floor. The location is a bit far away from city center, so not convenient to get foods around but the restaurant food in the hotel is good. The mattress and pillows are comfortable."

"After a tiring day exploring the Zhu'er Pear Garden Scenic Area, all I could look forward to was a comfortable place to rest. This Urban Garden Hotel truly surprised and delighted me! The front desk service was incredibly attentive: Upon entering the hotel, the front desk staff warmly greeted me and expedited check-in. They also provided detailed information about the hotel's services and nearby restaurants and attractions. Their polite and attentive attitude instantly made me feel at home! The room was clean and comfortable: The room was spacious and bright, with a cozy atmosphere. The bed was soft and comfortable, making for a super relaxing night's sleep. The room was impeccably clean, with no unpleasant odors in the bathroom. All the necessary amenities were provided, including air conditioning, a TV, and hot water – a truly comfortable stay. The location was superb and convenient: The hotel is located near the Zhu'er Pear Garden Scenic Area, within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. There are plenty of dining options nearby, from hot pot and barbecue restaurants to Sichuan cuisine, catering to various tastes. In the evenings, you can also stroll through the nearby night market and experience the local vibrant atmosphere. Located near Yangxian Bus Station, the hotel offers convenient transportation. Even more thoughtfully, there are small shops right outside the hotel for easy access to daily necessities, and a stadium and open-air scenic area nearby provide great places for after-dinner walks and leisurely exercise. The hotel boasts abundant and affordable amenities: meeting rooms, suites, and chess/card rooms cater to both business travelers and those seeking relaxation with friends. Free parking is also available, making it incredibly convenient and hassle-free for those traveling by car. Free in-room Wi-Fi is also provided for convenient internet access anytime.
