Since on the last occasion we had somewhat hefty baggage and the hotel does not offer a porter's service, I'd asked for a room on the ground floor and we got it. The room was impeccably clean, boasted reliable sound insulation, a comfy bed, two bottles of water and a basket of fruit as a complimentary amenity, and other small extras which make a traveller's life more enjoyable. Take a bow, buddies!"
