"Chinese people, don't stay here! Chinese people, don't stay here! This is a very strange and bad place. I was staying alone, and two friends drove to drop me off, but they wouldn't even let them into the hotel. After much haggling, they finally opened the door, but their attitude was extremely perfunctory and impatient. When we tried to communicate, they were indifferent and eventually said they wouldn't accommodate us and kicked us out. Emm, I suggest Chinese people don't stay here; it seems discriminatory. We were very angry and wanted to cancel our booking, but they refused, even though they were the ones who refused to let us check in. In short: 1. Terrible, perfunctory, and impatient attitude; 2. Difficult communication; the security guard was very aggressive and strict (they made us stand in the freezing courtyard to communicate, refusing to let us into the hotel or at the front desk, and the aggressive security guard had to make phone calls; the staff didn't show their faces); 3. Suspected discrimination against Chinese people. Therefore, I do not recommend this place. A very bad experience."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Yerevan - Republic Square. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Republic Square and many restaurants and attractions. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the facilities I needed for my stay. During my first night, there was an issue with water dripping from the ceiling into the room. The engineering team responded promptly, although the first repair did not completely resolve the problem. They returned the next day and successfully fixed it, and I appreciated their efforts to ensure everything was working properly. What impressed me most was the customer service. On the day of my departure, I realized that I had lost my passport holder with money inside. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me. They contacted the airport’s Lost & Found department on my behalf and made several inquiries to assist in locating the item. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help during a stressful situation meant a lot to me. While my stay was not completely problem-free, the professionalism and genuine care shown by the staff made a very positive impression. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and support."

It has the feel of a solid business hotel: efficient, comfortable, clean, and reliable. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with any request at any time, which made the stay especially pleasant. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and welcoming. Breakfasts were also surprisingly good: varied, tasty, and very well serviced. Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a hotel I would happily return to."

"Hospitality begins with the entrance to this beautiful hotel. The staff smiles sincerely. The hotel is brand-new, and accordingly, the furniture, equipment, carpets are all brand new. A good bed, soft pillows allowed me to rest well (pillows for me are the main thing for a good night's sleep). New snow-white towels and bed linen, bathrobes with the hotel logo. The room has a safe and a stocked (!) minibar. The service in the restaurant, the quality of the dishes, the serving and presentation are beyond praise! The breakfasts are amazing, including oriental coffee brewed in cezves. The restaurant is located on the ninth floor, offering panoramic views of the city. There is an ATM at the entrance to the hotel."
