"Stayed at this riverside hotel with friends, and our overall experience was excellent, very satisfied! The room was spacious and tidy, with a practical layout that made our stay very comfortable. Housekeeping was impeccable; every corner was clean and fresh, and the bedding was comfortable with no unpleasant odors, which was very reassuring. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and visiting nearby attractions, and the surrounding amenities are complete. The staff were warm and attentive, responding promptly to our needs, and the facilities were well-maintained and easy to use. Just a small suggestion: if a room is reserved, it would be great if the air conditioning could be turned on in advance, instead of guests having to wait a while for the temperature to cool down after they arrive!
