"I originally booked a Deluxe Room but was upgraded to the Quan Si Suite. The room was very spacious, and the double bed was extra wide. The stay included afternoon tea, breakfast, and alcoholic beverages during specific hours. After checking out, I could leave my car parked until 1 PM. My only regret is that the hot spring tub was only big enough for one person, but overall, everything was excellent."

"From the moment I took the shuttle from the train station to checking in at the lobby, I could feel the genuine warmth of the staff's welcome. Both the room and the common areas were satisfyingly clean. The Japanese-style family room featured tatami mats with futons laid out according to the number of guests. The room also had a large private hot spring tub, though the drainage in the shower area was a bit slow. The hotel has plenty of facilities. The 3rd floor is mainly for children's play, and the fitness room is also here, but the equipment is limited and a bit dated. The 5th floor features an outdoor swimming pool, spa, and indoor hot spring area with many different pools (each with unique scents and benefits). There are two steam rooms and two saunas, separated for men and women, and the space is not only spacious but also well-ventilated (not enclosed). The top floor houses the open-air 'naked' onsen, which has a serene atmosphere. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including many local specialties like cherry duck, gaozha (fried starch cake), duck gizzard, Sanxing scallion pancakes, and even white shrimp, small scallops, Haagen-Dazs ice cream, and Starbucks coffee (you can take a cup to go after your meal). The food was delicious. I will definitely visit again."

"Pros : Very good location. Only 650m to the train station, 600m to the night market and 500m to the Luodong Forestry Culture Park. Cons : If cleanliness is a priority for you, then I would advise you to look elsewhere. When we first entered the room, we were impressed by how spacious it was, but within a minute of entering I noticed shreds of tissue paper on the floor and then many strands of hair. We decided to ignore that as we always wear our own slippers anyway. Then my daughter washed her hands but the shower gel smelt rotten. Upon closer inspection there was what looked like mould in the gel. We had to go out and buy our own bottle of shower gel to use. Then we found a ball of hair measuring 3cm X 2cm nestled in a bath towel. Needless to say, we didn't use any of the towels provided after that. The bathroom tile grouting, shower stall door and shower head & hose were mouldy and mildewy. There was mould around the base of the sink and tap, which came off when I wiped with tissue; and lots of hair too. The shower temperature was difficult to control. The room was dusty and there were muddy footprints on the door (yes, ON the door). The water dispenser in the lift lobby was dirty too. This hotel has nice decor but the housekeeping department really isn't doing its job. All the decorative items were dusty. The front desk staff had a couldn't-care-less attitude when we told them that we couldn't find the hotel on Google Maps. When we typed in the address, it showed Loya Herb Art Hotel, which is presumably its old name. As if all that wasn't bad enough, there's a construction site right next to the hotel. Loud drilling and piling begin at 8+am, so don't plan to sleep in."

"It's about a 13-minute walk from Jiaoxi train station. The front desk lady had excellent service, and the room's bathing area was very spacious. The room was comfortable, and it offers great value for money! 😁"

"The location is excellent, the room is clean and newly decorated. Breakfast wasn't included, but there are many restaurants nearby. I booked a double room, but because of the construction noise next door, and with many rooms still available on Monday, the lovely staff at the front desk upgraded me to a triple room, which was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, to extend my stay and get a double room again, I had to pack my luggage and wait until 3 PM to check in, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it was great value for money, and I would definitely return."
