"Seriously, avoid this terrible hotel! The breakfast was a joke – barely anything to eat, and I waited forever just for an egg. The whole place was overrun by tour groups, incredibly noisy and chaotic. The onsen bathtub was dirty, and the restaurant staff were rude and unfriendly. I've never stayed at a hotel where I didn't even want to take a single photo. Don't believe the paid reviews; I give this hotel a zero out of ten. If you don't believe me, go try it yourself – you'll never forget it (for all the wrong reasons)!"

"Was kind of lost to locate the hotel and the sky turns dark too early during winter time. Upon alighting at Luo Dong and checked with people around, mention to just bypass Luo Dong station, straight and turn right, however was stucked took a cab there. Prior to arrival, staff check in on my arrival timing too. Upon reaching, staff was really nice and welcoming. Luo Dong night market us just minutes away and there washing / drying services provided across the road. Very convenient if you plan not to pack much!"

"A fantastic hotel! The views from the swimming pool are amazing, and the spacious, comfortable observation deck and study room are incredibly relaxing. It's truly a wonderful place to spend a few peaceful days. Breakfast was lavish and delicious, with a wide variety of options.
