"This is hands down the best Hampton by Hilton I've ever stayed at. No wonder it's ranked number one in Yingtan. The environment is really great, grand and bright. The lobby has a chandelier that's particularly well-designed. The front desk service was excellent; check-in was quick and efficient. I booked a king room and they even upgraded me to a better one, which I was very happy with. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom and toilet were separate. The toiletries felt high-quality, not cheap at all. Plus, there's a whole-house smart control system! Just say 'Hampton, Hampton' to turn off the lights, close the curtains, or turn off the TV – it's amazing how it frees up your hands, haha! The breakfast was also very rich, with special beef bone noodles and freshly ground coffee, which were quite good. I especially want to commend the young lady at the front desk. I left my luggage in the parking lot after checking out, and she helped me find it and even sent it by express delivery. I'm truly grateful!"

"I didn't enjoy the upgrade rights that I could enjoy if I booked two rooms. The room was not ready in advance. I was informed that I would check in more than half an hour in advance.
