"Our family stayed in a loft room. Besides being bright, spacious, clean, and fully equipped, we especially appreciated the thoughtful details of the guesthouse. For example, there were plenty of power outlets for convenient charging, underfloor heating, air conditioning, and plenty of hot water for showers. There were also floor lights on the stairs and a smart toilet (one minor improvement was that the drain in our room might not have been properly sealed, causing a slight odor). Secondly, the owners were incredibly kind and hospitable! We initially couldn't find the guesthouse, and the grandfather drove a tow truck to pick us up (we later discovered there were actually many signs for this guesthouse throughout the old town, but we hadn't noticed them initially). The aunt recommended a local home-style restaurant (delicious and affordable), and repeatedly reminded us not to miss the free traditional "Da Shu Hua" (a type of fireworks display) performance on the eve of the ***** New Year (tickets usually cost over 100 yuan). They even provided us with extra blankets when it got cold at night. The entire stay was very comfortable, and I highly recommend it!"

"The management is chaotic, and some staff and security personnel seem untrained. Breakfast, typical of resort hotels, is only served at 9 AM. The breakfast is unappetizing, and the receptionist/manager collecting breakfast vouchers is rude. The second-floor dining area is also messy and unhygienic; the floor is practically peeling. Smoking is ubiquitous indoors, even in the breakfast area and elevators. Staff seem indifferent, with no one taking responsibility. For a hotel that advertises itself as having a water park, with children everywhere, allowing guests to smoke freely is baffling. There's a sewage odor in both rooms. One room lacks a floor mat and non-slip mat. When I asked customer service, they said that room simply doesn't have them, and they weren't there during the last cleaning. When I called the switchboard, the person who answered said the hotel doesn't provide these. I pointed out that the other room does have them, and how could the hotel not provide a non-slip mat? The bathroom and shower floors are tiled, and without a mat or floor towel, they are indeed very slippery. One of the bathroom doors is also broken. Actually, some of the service staff are quite good, so I don't want to generalize. Such chaotic service only shows how incompetent the management is."

"The homestay has just opened, the health is good, there is a toilet pad, and the yard is large. Have breakfast. Not far from the ancient city of Zhangzhou, the internet speed is very fast. I hope that all aspects will be improved and attract more tourists!"

"The reception staff were very nice and attentive, but the cleanliness was truly appalling. The staff only changed the sheets and blankets and swept and mopped the floor. The toilet was filthy, and the sink, mirror, and a towel hanging behind the door were all covered in dirt. The shower tray and slippers were filthy, the doormat at the bathroom entrance was unsightly, and the kettle still had leftover water from the previous guest. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed on the first floor, and the toys were completely unusable. Even after wiping the stair railing several times with wet wipes, it was still sticky. We had to clean the second floor ourselves with alcohol wipes. We urge the owner to pay more attention to hygiene and use stain removers and disinfectants so that customers can feel more at ease staying there."

"Bringing children to Jixian on foot, I was caught by this small courtyard at a glance. The small courtyard environment is indescribable. One step at a time, the birds and flowers are fragrant, the water is flowing, sitting in the courtyard, listening to the sound of the wind, very comfortable, the two kittens in the yard are very obedient, and they are very friendly and slept with us for one night. The yard has a total of 5 rooms, each with its own characteristics, cleanliness, enthusiasm of the boss, plenty of parking spaces, not far from the surrounding places to play, a good place to drive and relax on weekends, come back next time."
