"While the location is excellent and the low price is a definite advantage, the accommodation itself needs improvement. Cleanliness was not at a satisfactory level, and the beds were very basic. The absence of privacy curtains and protective rails on the upper bunk raised safety concerns and affected the overall comfort of the stay."

"I was so lucky to check into the hotel and meet Ms. Nie, the only Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. She patiently explained the hotel facilities to me. That evening, I was unsure about coming to the front desk because I was attending a Chinese stargazing event, but with her help, I confirmed the pick-up location. The next day, I went to the front desk again because I hadn't successfully booked the 'Field of Stars' exhibition. She patiently listened to me and then helped me contact the relevant company. After several negotiations, she finally helped me resolve the issue. Honestly, my English isn't great, and if it weren't for her, I really don't know what I would have done. But she just said, 'It's my job, no need to be polite.' Additionally, there was a small background light in my room that I couldn't turn off. I contacted the front desk staff the next day, and they immediately came to fix it for me. So, I want to say their service is excellent. The hotel is very affordable. For a simple meal, we ordered pizza, fries, and beer. It was delicious. The next day, we went to another hotel, and the food really wasn't as good as theirs. We ate in a temporary shed set up outdoors. In the evening, there was also a singing performance, which was very lively. There's also a BBQ area where you buy your food and grill it yourself. Everyone grilling their own meat with music playing was very lively. Although the exterior of the hotel rooms is quite ordinary, the interior facilities are not old, and it feels very cozy to stay in, with no strange odors. The two single beds in the standard room are very large, making it comfortable to sleep alone. The hotel breakfast is $49 per person, with a good variety of fruits, yogurt, bread, and fried eggs. I genuinely feel that such a breakfast in Australia is quite good. We stayed for two nights, and the room was tidied very cleanly when we returned. Each room has its own air conditioning, so you can turn it on when you go out for stargazing at night and come back to a warm room. The hotel also has its own small observation deck, which is said to be the closest to Uluru in the resort. It's only a 5-minute walk from the room door. Overall, I feel this hotel offers good value for money."

"Great location within the complex, about a 20-minute drive from Uluru. My room, however, was incredibly noisy as it was on the ground floor, facing a common area. Another significant issue was the amount of light that streamed in at night; the door frames had many gaps, and the large, translucent bathroom windows lacked curtains to block the light, which really affected my sleep quality. On the plus side, there's free laundry and free parking just a few steps away. You'll also find a supermarket, souvenir shops, and a few eateries very close by."

"Terrible in every way. Spending €215 a night for a dump like this is a rip-off, but unfortunately, it was the 'cheapest' option in the area, and anyone who's traveled for a whole month in Australia knows what I mean... Anyway, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and would never go back. The room with a private bathroom was dirty, full of insects and spiders, which for us was the least of our worries. Oh, and of course, breakfast wasn't included. Otherwise, the lodge is a good option for dinner, where you can buy meat to cook yourself on the grills, though everything is exorbitantly priced (for example, a medium draft beer is AUD$16, or €10). This is unfortunately the compromise if you want to visit Uluru and don't want to sleep in a tent (although that might actually be a better option)."

"The airport shuttle dropped us right at the hotel entrance. We left our luggage at the front desk for our early morning flight, and it was already in our room when we returned from our sunset tour in the afternoon. In a desert resort where options are limited, this hotel is definitely among the best. The rooms are spacious, featuring two 1.5-meter beds, and the bathrooms are very clean. Ground floor rooms come with outdoor chairs, which are perfect for enjoying afternoon tea and sunbathing. Housekeeping cleans the room and replaces towels daily. If you're not overly fussy, it's a solid choice. Oh, and the sandwiches at the bar are quite good! It's about a three-minute walk to the Town Square, and a ten-minute climb will get you to the lookout point for stunning Uluru sunrises and sunsets. All sorts of tours and activities can be booked with convenient pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel entrance. This makes things incredibly easy."
