The interior is clean and stylishly decorated, and the front desk staff were very friendly. They even gave us complimentary bottled water when we checked out. Staying in such a comfortable hotel in a relatively remote town like Yushu was a pleasant surprise. I'd definitely choose Hanting again next time I visit."

Service: Exceptionally attentive and meticulous. Everyone greets you with a smile, especially the lovely young lady at the front desk who helps boil water and make coffee. She resolves any issues promptly, making it a very warm and welcoming experience. I forgot to take photos of the hotel itself, only one of the food stalls. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any friends traveling here."

Absolutely No Personal Safety Guaranteed; Drunk Manager Breaks into Room and Attacks!] At 3 AM, a drunk hotel manager violently banged on our door, claiming it was due to our smoking triggering the smoke alarm. He then launched into a tirade of verbal abuse, even punching us in the face – the fist grazed our noses, nearly injuring us! He reeked of alcohol and was completely out of control, smashing our phones and glasses. We were terrified and called the police at 5 AM. The fire department arrived in the morning and determined it was a room design flaw – the humidifier had triggered the alarm! Paying for a stay resulted in a violation of our privacy, threats to our personal safety, and insults to our dignity. The management is utterly rotten. We solemnly warn all potential guests: Do not gamble with your personal safety, privacy, and travel experience! This hotel's management and control system are completely corrupt. You never know if a drunk manager might break into your room in the middle of the night, violently attacking and verbally abusing you. Staying here is playing with your safety; I will never recommend this hotel to anyone! I am willing to take legal responsibility for the above statements!"
