I arrived in the lobby with lots of luggage, and was immediately greeted with a warm and genuine welcome. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and she proactively asked about my preferences, offering thoughtful suggestions for local attractions and transportation. I called the front desk a few times with minor queries during my stay, and each time they were patient and calm, never once being perfunctory. Many hotels can standardize their procedures, but this genuine kindness is truly rare and made me feel at home even when I was far away. Heartily recommended, and I look forward to returning."

I didn't see the special price and was planning to book the mountain view room at the regular price because my mom is going on vacation and I wanted to book something nice for her. I booked it because I saw the special price, but what kind of room is this? This is deceiving consumers. I even told my mom that the room was great, and she said it wasn't the same as what I saw. You don't have to offer a special price; I can book this room at the regular price. If you're going to offer a special price, then do it properly. This is really terrible."

"Environment: A true cliffside guesthouse. Room 8001, which I booked, had a huge floor-to-ceiling window upon entering, offering a direct view of the bamboo forest and sea of clouds from the bed. There was also a large terrace upstairs where you could enjoy the mountain breeze and fresh air. The reception area was actually the Qingfeng Tea House, a very pleasant place to sit in the corridor, have coffee, and chat. Facilities: It's safe to say that 80% of the room rate goes towards the view, and only 15% towards the room amenities. The "Suspended Moon" room I booked, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, only had one ensuite bathroom. The second-floor room had a very narrow window and no TV, so I couldn't enjoy the view from bed… a huge difference compared to the first floor. The mini-bar in the room was also quite basic, but the unlimited coffee at the Qingfeng Tea House somewhat compensated for this. Service and Food: The receptionist seemed to be working very hard, but due to staff shortages, the service was relatively basic compared to the room rate. Breakfast was a set meal, including milk, congee, corn, sweet potato, eggs, and shumai (steamed dumplings). You could also add pickled vegetables, salted vegetables, and rose-flavored fermented bean curd. Fruit was simple: cherry tomatoes and a few blueberries…to be honest, it was a bit basic. Dinner was prepared promptly, but the flavors were relatively salty. I suggest asking guests for their preferences beforehand next time. Hygiene: The room was clean, but there were so many insects! It's probably because the mountain ecosystem is so pristine, and it was the summer rainy season… Lying in bed with the lights on at night, a huge moth flew onto the blanket, bringing over a dozen small black insects. There was a huge praying mantis on the curtains, and even the towel mat by the bathroom door was covered in small black insects overnight. The terrace was even worse, with various bees and moths frequently visiting. We found it relatively acceptable, but those who are afraid of insects should avoid visiting during the summer rainy season."
