The check-in process was not only efficient but they also thoughtfully inquired about my needs and proactively introduced the hotel's facilities and local recommendations. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the view from the window was excellent. I enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant; the dishes were exquisite and delicious, and the service was impeccable. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. The clean and tidy environment and the welcoming atmosphere made me feel completely relaxed. A special thank you to Shelly and Viola for their professionalism and enthusiasm, which made this business trip exceptionally comfortable. But what surprised me the most was that the chef at the hotel was really amazing! We completely captured our stomach. Originally booked dinner on the day of check-in!
