First they wanted to charge me extra to check in 20 minutes before 3pm, then I had to pay for spa €30 (€15 each) but I was not aware about this when I checked in!! Also when I wanted to change a towel at the spa they request another €5/towel!! Excuse me but I didn’t wanted to buy your towels!! I will not return for sure!!"
