"I'd long dreamed of sleeping in a Mongolian Yurt, and now I have. This small family~style "hotel"is in the midle of beautiful grasslands Southwest of Zhangbei town. The Yurt was traditional, and comfortable. A nice large bed with soft linens. The adjoining bathroom was small, but adequate. The best part of our stay is the amazing host. He has this place open only three months of the year: High tourist season. He runs the place and is the chef for wonderful local~style delicacies. We quickly became friends. He upgraded us to two separate yurts. He gave us complimentary dishes. When we left, he drove us to the bus station in Zhangbei. Really Wonderful Experience."

"Extremely bad. I've never stayed in such a bad place. I arrived too late and didn't want to look for anything else. The old place was acceptable, but it was incredibly dirty. I didn't take a picture of the toilet, but it was disgusting and couldn't be flushed properly. The room smelled musty as soon as I entered, and they even opened the window in the cold of the night, making me worried about food poisoning. They did offer food: roasted lamb chops and lamb legs for 260 yuan each, which looked like they were just taking frozen meat out to roast. Lamb skewers were 5 yuan each, packaged frozen meat that wasn't pure lamb. The hand-pulled lamb was also different from what I'd had before; it was stewed, and it felt like it had been boiled several times. There was no one around except for two or three elderly people running around. I waited a long time for my meal, and after glancing at the kitchen, I stopped eating. I wasn't planning on giving a bad review, but the food and accommodation were truly terrible."

"The homestay is newly renovated. The facilities are said to be the best in the local area. I found several other homestays before without floor heating. There is floor heating in their home. It is minus ten degrees outside and the interior of the house is minus 20 degrees. It is very comfortable. It is also very close to Fupiling. The boss also specially took us to the forest on the mountain to experience "Linhai Snowyuan", our little potatoes in Guangdong have a great time, and it is also close to Chongli Ski Resort. It just so happens that the boss's car is free and borrowed the car for us to go skiing in Chongli. The nearby village is very small, there is no other consumption, but it is very casual, suitable for us to live in the city life quietly, slowly taste a cup of tea, and enjoy a scenery! The plain Tibetan is beautiful, simple and life!"
