The parking lot has plenty of spaces, and the security guards are very diligent. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and patiently answer all questions, offering excellent suggestions. During check-in, they clearly explain the hotel facilities and services with great enthusiasm and patience! The hotel also features a direct ticketing counter for Zhangye Danxia National Geological Park with no hidden fees, as well as a well-equipped supermarket and restaurant."

"Qiuguo Hotel was the most satisfying hotel on our Qinghai-Gansu loop trip. The room was very cozy and technologically advanced, and the presence of Xiaodu (a smart speaker) added to the joy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the housekeeping staff kept the room spotless every day. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and there were complimentary drinks daily, which was truly excellent. We are very grateful to Qiuguo Hotel for everything they did for us, making us feel at home while traveling and allowing us to better complete our Zhangye trip."

"I brought my dog, so I looked for a pet-friendly hotel. This hotel was ranked number one at the time and had many different styles. I hesitated for a moment and chose a cheaper business hotel. That's when the nightmare began. I contacted the owner that night. 1. It's the off-season in Zhangye, so there are very few people. The business hotel felt like a rip-off, it was terrifying. 2. You get what you pay for; the price reflects the value. However, when I arrived at the courtyard house that night, I was surprisingly satisfied. The yurts, which I used to dislike, now seemed exceptionally beautiful. I told the owner, "Your photos don't do them justice." Secondly, it was very clean, the bed was the perfect firmness, and it had a subtle fragrance. Thirdly, the entire courtyard house was upscale, and the owner's wife's breakfast was also a great option. Overall, I would give it a perfect score. I would definitely choose this place again next time. The owner is friendly, the owner's wife makes delicious food, and there's a night market right outside—it has absolutely no downsides."

"There are many dining options near the hotel. The front desk staff are friendly—they not only served us tea upon arrival but also helped take our luggage to the elevator entrance. The room is equipped with smart devices, and Xiaodu can help control the lights, curtains, TV, and even play music. Around 3:30 a.m., we were woken up by a fire alarm. All guests were evacuated to the street across from the hotel, where staff and firefighters could investigate the issue. The alarm was not lifted until about 5 a.m., allowing us to return to our rooms to sleep. When checking out in the morning, we learned that a drunk guest had shattered a fire alarm. The hotel gave us a full refund—a very responsible approach that deserves praise. The hotel should strictly prohibit guests from smoking in the hallways. Even though non-smoking rooms are requested, the smell of cigarette smoke drifts in from the corridor. I hope the hotel can improve this"

"I have to share this: I went to Mati Temple in the morning, and when I returned in the afternoon, I found my room hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk, and they immediately escalated it to management. Within an hour, the room was perfectly restored, good as new! The next day, as a service recovery gesture, Mr. Wang from management even personally drove us to the high-speed train station. Even though it was only a 10-minute drive, this level of care truly shows their dedication to customer experience. Highly recommend!"

Regarding the photo shoots, you know how those go. While there aren't many staff members, the service is good. The downside is that the entire hotel is laid out like a 'Hui' character (回), meaning some rooms can be incredibly far, requiring quite a walk."
