"This hotel is one of the most beautiful Hotels i ever stayed in. The location is amazing, right in the middel of town, and next to the river. The hotel has an amazing garden with a viewing platform where one can drink tea and watch the rooftops of the town and the mountains above. The staff is super friendly and are always there to help out and give tips for what to do. They also served me amazing tea. Truly overwhelmed by this hotel, and area, can't recommend it enough!"

"The guesthouse is located in the village, very close to the back gate of Huangyao Ancient Town, about a 3-minute walk. The owner was very welcoming and helped us buy tickets, which were cheaper than online. Breakfast is not included, but everything else is fine. The room is large with a big balcony offering beautiful mountain views. It was a bit of a shame that we couldn't sit on the balcony when we visited due to rain. The guesthouse is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends."

There is a beautiful scenery when you open the window, and the scenery of the ancient town from the roof is even more beautiful like a landscape painting~~ Highlights: The boss and the boss lady are super enthusiastic. I tried the inn's private dishes, which are also delicious, such as steamed chicken with Polygonatum odoratum and spicy and sour snails YYDS!"

"We were extremely satisfied with this guesthouse! It truly made our family feel right at home! A good guesthouse elevates the entire trip's happiness! Grateful to have found it! Highly recommended! Bugu has its own parking space at the South Gate of Huangyao Ancient City. The owner arranged for us to park, and it was only about a 100-meter walk to the guesthouse, very convenient. The owner even brought out her campervan to help with our luggage, and her three-year-old dog, Chuyi, also came out to greet us – such thoughtful and attentive service! The owner's service was also incredibly considerate. Every morning she would get up early to make sandwiches, and we would enjoy her homemade sandwiches, milk coffee, freshly ground pumpkin juice, freshly ground corn juice, and a bowl of fresh, sweet mixed fruit for each of us every morning at the rooftop restaurant! Everything was super fresh and delicious. We stayed for three days and were full of energy for our trip every day. Enjoying delicious breakfasts in the brightly lit rooftop restaurant made every day a truly enjoyable experience! One thing to note is that the Star and Moon room is located on a slightly older floor, while the other two tatami rooms are in a newly renovated building. The two tatami rooms with the character "光" (light) on them are more recommended, as they are slightly larger. Wishing Bugu B&B great success! Grateful for the experience!"

This is my spiritual journey. I came for four days and stayed in the B&B for two days. There is a reservoir nearby where you can watch the sunset, and you can watch the stars on the roof at night. If you get a little early, you can even watch the sunrise. For a lazy person like me, it's enough. The nearby mountain villa is very close and can be reached on foot. The food is good, clean and affordable. When I ordered, the lady reminded me that group buying is enough. I will be back in 2019."

"The hotel is located opposite Huangyao Ancient Town (specifically opposite Qixing Tower). There are entrances and exits everywhere in Huangyao Ancient Town, and tickets can be entered and exited multiple times, so it is more convenient to stay opposite than inside. As for the B&B, the owner is very enthusiastic and you can buy tickets from him. The owner sells tickets for 60, the scenic spot sells for 88, and the online ticket costs 70. You can weigh it yourself. The room is very new, a bit decorated, and you can see the mountain view when you open the curtains. The family room actually only has one bathroom. The other room is just a toilet and cannot be used for bathing. There are stairs everywhere in the room, so be careful if there are children staying. Overall it's clean and hygienic, and it's a good place to stay during the weekend. There is also a restaurant downstairs, and guests can get a 12% discount on dining. The taste is quite good and fits our Cantonese taste very well. There are many noodle shops on the streets outside and even in the ancient town, so breakfast is easy to solve and it is a suitable place to relax and unwind."

"The Huangyao Jiuhushan Hotel is an absolutely perfect accommodation choice for anyone visiting Huangyao! We especially loved the hotel's central courtyard – it's incredibly charming with its ancient aesthetic, flying eaves, upturned corners, red walls, and dark tiles, truly showcasing the classic Lingnan style. It was stunning at first sight. The courtyard itself is a highlight, with winding corridors, lush greenery, and beautifully arranged stone tables and stools. Strolling through it after the rain was incredibly poetic and relaxing. Our twin room was spacious and bright, the bedding was clean and soft, and the Chinese-style lattice windows brought the beautiful courtyard views right into the room. The wooden decor created a warm and comfortable atmosphere, making for an excellent stay. We'll definitely be back to stay here on our next trip to Huangyao."

Since we were going back to Nantian, the hotel owner Abu had already turned on the dehumidification in the three rooms we booked in advance. The most important thing was to provide disposable plastic slippers and toilet mats, so that I, who have a slight mysophobia, could really enjoy the stay. Experience what it means to feel at home! Speaking of service, the hotel will help with moving and introduce the scenic spots along the way, so that an unknown person followed us all the way to the hotel and asked for a business card. I will stay here again in the future because the service is so attentive. I saw the legendary three peacocks and a blue cat named Maharashtra, who was very dear to me. The Niu Ge breakfast shop next to the hotel is really delicious. Visitors who come to stay must try the fried silkworm glutinous rice and water chestnut noodles! Overall, this is a hotel with good service and warmth. I was in a hurry this time. I arrived at night and left the next morning. I did not fully explore the beauty of the ancient town. I will still stay here next time I come to Huangyao. PS: The camellias in the hotel courtyard are blooming very brightly, and they even have a fragrance!"
