"Hygiene: Quite clean Facilities: Very complete"

"This is a good hotel located in an excellent location with direct access to Star Mall. Across the road is a nice park by the lake. The observation deck on level 7 offers great views of Star Lake. We watched the sunset and musical water fountain show on the deck at 8 pm. The breakfast spread was more than sufficient and the ambience was very pleasant. The only minor problem is that the hotel computer system seems to be having some difficulty in checking in guests and the front desk staff although polite didn't explain the hotel facilities and where to have breakfast. Other than that everything is fine."

"Çok güzel"

"The facilities were so-so and quite old. There were a lot of mosquitoes, and the sheets made my skin itchy after just one night. We also encountered a power outage in the area early the next morning. I had originally booked two nights, but since I work at the hotel during the day, it would be very inconvenient to use my computer in this hot weather without electricity. So I contacted the landlady, and thankfully she was very kind and agreed to let us cancel our reservation for one night."

"Bir arkadaş tavsiyesi üzerine bu oteli seçtik, dışarıdan ***et iyi görünüyordu. Çevre gerçekten güzel, temizlik de fena değil. Hizmet: Personelin tutumundan çok memnun kaldık, eşyalarımızı lobi buzdolabında saklamamıza yardımcı oldular. Keşke otoparkta bir yeraltı otoparkı olsaydı, o zaman mükemmel olurdu."

"We booked a family room. Room size is ok. There are one kiddy tent and rocking horse for the children. Breakfast is normal. Ok to stay."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, directly opposite the Seven-Star Crags Archway, offering clear views of Star Lake from the room. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, with zongzi (glutinous rice dumplings) stalls everywhere. The room was clean, and I would definitely stay here again."
