"The room was very clean and excellent, providing a great experience. It's conveniently located near Wangfujing, right in the city center, making it very accessible. The soundproofing in the room was also exceptional, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I loved everything about it, even the heated toilet seat! The room facilities were very comprehensive, and the soundproofing was top-notch. They even have two robots that can operate the elevator, which was a fantastic service. The front desk facilities were also very complete, and the female staff's attitude was superb. You can also watch cartoons and there's a lot of entertainment, plus books to read. They provide quality bottled water at room temperature, and all the disposable amenities are fully stocked. Highly recommended, I will definitely come back again!"

The service and quality were top-notch, especially the authentic and delicious Boshan cuisine at the second-floor Chinese restaurant – my whole family raved about it. The lobby supervisor was also very welcoming. It's close to the train station and the Eight Great Bureaus, making it a perfect end to our trip."

"I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade at check-in. The room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The room layout was also very well-designed. The housekeeping staff were incredibly warm and meticulous; they even left laundry detergent when they noticed a need for laundry and refilled the mineral water. The front desk and breakfast service staff were also very welcoming. My stay at this hotel was fantastic! They even gave me complimentary local snacks like Zhoucun biscuits and stir-fried pancakes."

"I periodically visit Zibo, and for this trip, I once again stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I left a message on Ctrip requesting the same 15th-floor room as last time. The duty manager, Yu Qinran, was still responding to my request at 11:30 PM and confirmed she would specially reserve it for me. She also thoughtfully prepared the two buckwheat pillows I requested. Everything was well-organized, the price was reasonable, and the service was 100% on point. The breakfast staff was also great. As a vegetarian, the juicer on the 5th-floor restaurant was my main focus. The female staff member there helped me get carrots and cucumbers multiple times. She even used my cup to make an espresso and brought it to my table, which saved me a lot of time. This is practically my second home! I can't praise it enough; this is truly genuine feedback."

"The 5-star rating for service goes to the ground-floor breakfast restaurant. We booked this place when traveling back to Beijing from Rizhao with our child, wanting to try Zibo barbecue. It was great for the kid, who had a lot of fun. However, for adults, getting to the hot springs was really inconvenient. First, there are no lockers for changing clothes at the hot springs, as mentioned in other negative reviews – it's like using supermarket lockers to store hotel guests' clothes. The hotel offers hot springs access but no meals included. This is the biggest bug. A hot spring ticket there is valid for 10 hours. The hot springs + buffet option costs just over 110 RMB per person, and the buffet with the hot spring ticket is all-you-can-eat at any time. Hotel guests, however, have to pay an extra 80 RMB per person for the buffet, and it's limited to 2 hours. Paying extra for a meal is one thing, but a time limit too? Since the hot springs are running a promotion, shouldn't the hotel offer a similar discount? It feels like hotel guests are just seen as fools with money. 🙄 I looked through the negative reviews on Ctrip, and I can confirm that everything people are saying is true. The only reason I didn't leave a bad review is because the staff at the ground-floor breakfast restaurant were very friendly, and the food was delicious – that was the only bright spot. 👍"

"We stayed at the Intercity Hotel for four nights during our trip to Zibo. It's well located near museums, parks and malls. There is a freeway nearby to other districts like Boshan. The room was comfortable, clean and even decorated by the hotel staff. The breakfast had a great selection, with just about everything you would expect - they had good options for toasts and coffee. Surprisingly, they have a complementary self-service laundry room that really made a big difference for me (I hate packing up dirty clothes). Overall, a friendly experience and good way to experience Zibo."

The upgraded room was spacious, well-laid out, fully equipped, clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel environment was also excellent – quiet and convenient, with no major drawbacks. I wholeheartedly commend the thoughtful service; the value for money is exceptional.
