"The room was very spacious and the service was excellent 👍. They even offered free laundry service. The breakfast was plentiful with many delicious local specialties, and it was served until 12 PM 👍. Afternoon tea and late-night snacks were also provided. Upon checkout, they thoughtfully offered seasonal floral tea to take away. The only downside was that the facilities were a bit old, but I've already provided feedback to the hotel and they immediately replied that they would take my suggestions into consideration. Highly recommended."

"The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep with it on at night. They also don't have phones, claiming their 'smart speaker' Xiao Du can call the front desk. However, Xiao Du said it wasn't capable of doing that, so I had to use my own phone to call the front desk. The breakfast was also very poorly prepared; the cilantro wasn't chopped, and there were even bugs in the lettuce. I had an upset stomach all morning after eating it. Besides being close to the Zunyi Conference site, there's absolutely nothing good about this place."

"To be honest, I was looking for a hotel with a spacious room since I was staying for a few days, and I definitely picked the right one! This 200 yuan hotel is incredible value for money. They're generous with bottled water – you can take as much as you need. I even brought my own tea, but ended up using the Zunyi red and green tea provided by the hotel, which was surprisingly good! They also provide fruit. If you put your dirty clothes in the laundry basket, the staff will wash them and return them to your room in the evening. During my stay, I was too tired to go out after a shower on a few nights, so I just had a simple bowl of noodles for a late-night snack – it's great that they even have that option. The massage prices for hotel guests are also very reasonable; it seems like local prices aren't too high in general."

"Overall, the stay was quite comfortable. The facilities and food showed attention to detail. Arrival and Check-in Due to the late hour and the Spring Festival holiday, only one person was on duty at the front desk, but check-in was quick. Room Experience Welcome fruit was provided, but we didn't eat it because it was so late. There weren't many guests, so the overall soundproofing was difficult to assess; we could hear fireworks outside from the window. Unfortunately, the sink drained slowly, leaving noticeable water pooling while washing up, requiring a wait to empty. Hopefully, the engineering department can address this promptly. Dining Experience Given the occupancy rate, breakfast was served as a set menu. We did try the Xishui mutton rice noodles, which were a good portion size and offered a good variety. Summary This hotel is spacious, with excellent facilities, thoughtful food service, and pleasant surprises in the details. We believe it will provide guests with a perfect stay."

"Light sleepers should definitely not book this hotel. God knows how desperate I am to be woken up at 7am in the morning by a school outside. The noise was incredibly loud starting at 7am. Closing the windows didn't solve the problem, and I couldn't even take a nap. I couldn't rest properly at all. After I reported it to the front desk, they just said, "Just close the windows." If closing the windows would solve the problem, why would I contact them? They had no attitude or sincerity to solve the problem."

"The owner really has no idea how to run a business. I stayed here once before and was woken up at 2 AM by a huge noise, like a rat. I called the front desk, and the owner came up and said she didn't know what it was. She told me to just make do, even though I told her I couldn't sleep at all. She still said there was nothing she could do. This time, I booked a late check-out until 4 PM on the platform. But at 1 PM, they started rushing me to check out. I told them my train was at 5 PM, so I needed to check out at 4 PM. Yet, they kept knocking on my door, at least five times! It was incredibly frustrating. This is absolutely no way to run a business. I wasn't trying to rip off your hotel; my reservation clearly stated a 4 PM check-out. Even if you told me my room was booked and offered to switch me to a standard room until 4 PM, I would have been fine with that. But constantly hounding me to leave? How can a place like this ever get business? No one should stay here. This is the worst hotel I've ever encountered. And then, to top it off, they threatened to charge me 20 yuan for every minute past 4 PM. Is this how you treat your guests?"

The hotel's location is superb; it's just a few minutes' walk to the Zunyi Conference Site, and there are tons of snack shops on Hongjun Street, making it incredibly convenient for family meals. The parking lot also has plenty of spaces. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and not at all cramped. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring my elderly family members rested well. The open-air corridors offer expansive views, and it was wonderfully relaxing to enjoy the breeze and scenery in the evening. They even offered heartwarming congee at night, which was perfect for warming the stomach and very considerate for those returning late with kids. The self-service laundry room comes with independent dryers, which is a lifesaver for long trips when you need to dry clothes quickly – a real essential for families with children. The 'angelic' front desk staff were gentle and attentive, patiently answering all our questions and providing thoughtful service throughout our stay. The chocolate puppies were also adorable. The overall environment was quiet and serene, not noisy or chaotic, making it ideal for a family to relax and unwind. Everything, from hygiene and facilities to service, was impeccable, and it offered great value for money. The next time I bring my family to Zunyi, I'll definitely choose this place again. I highly recommend it to all friends traveling with kids or family!"
