J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein coeur du centre ville de Montpellier et proche de la gare. L'accueil était professionnel et agréable. La chambre était bien équipée.

늦게 체크인하게 되어서 이메일을 보냈는데 확인도 빠르고 답장도 빨리줘요. nimes역에서 굉장히 가까워요. 가격도 저렴하고 방도 넓고 쾌적해요. 화장실도 깨끗해요. 주방이 있는데도 처음 방에 들어갈때 냄새가 나지 않았어요. 방에 처음 들어갔을때 소파침대도 펼쳐져 있고 편했어요. 지금 사진이 업로드가 안되서 방사진을 올리지 못해 아쉽네요 하지만 정말 추천입니다👍

Отель имеет отличное расположение, в центре города и близко ко всем достопримечательностям Лурда. Ещё одним плюсом можно назвать низкую стоимость номера. Отель расположен в старом здании, отсюда такие особенности как скрипящий пол и тонкие стены с плохой звукоизоляцией. Наш номер 24 был самой низкой стоимости, на 2 этаже. Можно было подняться на маленьком лифте. Сам номер очень простой, ремонт в комнате был давно. Главный минус - отсутствует окно на улицу. При бронировании было указано ”вид на город”, но наше окно выходило в световой двор-колодец 2х2 м, окно соседей через 2 метра. Свежий воздух в номер не заходит, света мало. В итоге есть неприятный запах старости, ночью было душно спать. Кровать удобная, бельё чистое. Душ нормальный, раковина была засорена. Отель подойдёт на одну ночь максимум для тех, кто готов смириться с шумом и отсутствием вентиляции.

The hotel is only 12 minutes away from the train station, that was important for me as I was arriving late and checking out early. Breakfast is truely amazing - has everything, you can have it inside or in the outside inner area. The room is very unusual and has this red light option.

Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!

Hotel is a very close drive from city centre. Clean and simple. Water pressure in the shower was good, beds hardness were just nice. Free parking outside the hotel from 2000-0900H. They even offered free shuttle to the airport if you require one. However, one of the air-conditioning in our rooms broke down (we had 2 rooms) and hotel couldn’t do anything about it, but gave us a barely workable fan to cope. The air-conditioning in the other room was working but although the thermostat shows 18 degrees C, felt like 25 degrees C instead.

酒店坐落在卡爾卡松城堡內，教堂旁邊，環境優美，是家有歷史的古堡酒店。我們的奔馳商務車導航位置有點偏差，停在了河邊停車場，步行到了酒店，酒店再用小車把行李拉到酒店。冬天泳池不開放，早上可以古堡徒步。酒店花園很精緻，早餐十點一刻就結束，對度假酒店來説有點太早，晚餐需要預約，我們沒有提前預約衹能去外面吃。酒店推薦了一家旁邊餐廳，步行5分鐘，菜品很驚艷，連吃了兩頓。入住了家庭套房，有張大床和一張80公分單人床，我們入住4人，酒店免費又給我們加了一張單人床。洗浴用品都是嬌韻詩，淋浴水極大，房間內暖氣充足，入住很舒適，非常適合家庭度假。酒店工作人員非常熱情，贈送的城堡黑巧也很美味。

The hotel was really nice, location great! Lovely breakfast with a lot to choose from and all delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again.

Very welcoming, cozy, and beautiful with a view of a river from my room. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed. Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend.

Carcassonne surlarının hemen altında muhteşem bir yer. Her şey kusursuz bir şekilde temizdi - tam olarak anlatıldığı gibi. Gezi danışmanının gösterdiği fotoğraflar kesinlikle gerçeği yansıtıyor. Eski şehrin mutlak yakınında mükemmel bir iki günlük konaklama geçirdik. Personel son derece yardımsever ve ayrıca geç check-in işlemi mükemmel çalıştı! Arabayla gelenler için: Otelin yakınında park yeri bulmakta hiç sorun yaşamadık, ama eylül ayının başındaki geç sezonda da kaldık.
