We had a pleasant stay at Amanek Beppu. The lobby is bright and welcoming, giving a great first impression. The hotel provides free bottles of water, which was a nice touch and very convenient during my stay. Our room was comfortable and well-kept, making it easy to relax after a long day. Parking is available nearby for a reasonable fee, so it was convenient even for those traveling by car. Overall, Amanek Beppu offers comfort, convenience, and good value. We would happily stay here again.

Spacious room, great service, staff is very friendly. Highly recommend if you visit oitA, breakfast is great and delicious , only 1000 yen for customer, car park is the best.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was mixed — there are some nice touches, but also noticeable shortcomings. **Room:** The room was spacious but clearly outdated; furniture and interior look worn. The ventilation works, yet it still feels quite stuffy inside. It would be great if the hotel improved air-conditioning or installed mosquito screens: the sea view is beautiful, but opening the window isn’t an option because of too many insects. **Facilities & Service:** The only real extras are massage service and a shared onsen. There’s no gym, pool, or other activities — the hotel is designed for quiet relaxation. A shuttle service is available, which is convenient, but if you miss it, getting to the hotel on your own can be quite difficult. During this stay the hotel was quite busy, and it often took a long time to catch the elevator to our floor. **Dining:** Breakfast and dinner can be pre-booked; the food was tasty and varied. The bar offers a pleasant atmosphere with a decent drink selection, and in the evening the lobby lounge opens with alcoholic drinks and light snacks — a nice way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. **Location:** The property faces Beppu Bay, yet the seaside feeling is limited — there are few walking areas nearby, and due to insects it’s hard to enjoy the open air. **Overall:** A good option for a calm, onsen-style getaway with decent food and polite staff, but when the hotel is crowded, the lack of facilities and outdated rooms become more noticeable. With some modernization and better infrastructure, this could be an excellent resort.

The hotel facilities are quite old, and there is an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drain. The air conditioning has insufficient airflow, making the space feel cramped. Luckily, on the night of our stay, the temperature dropped slightly, so we could open the window to make some adjustments. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is good, but the overall stay experience was quite poor.

Quiet, Very clean and well located in Beppu, 1min from the sea side and 3 min from all the busses! Everything was so easy and people were very nice. Also there is a kitchen if you wanna cook

Nice hot spring, big room with separate bath and toilet, if have an more advance tv would be fantastic, nearby got convenient store and aeon

최근 한국인 리뷰가 많이 없어서 걱정이 많았어요. 처음 가는 일본여행이기도 하고, 벳푸는 꼭 가고 싶은데 어떤 숙소에서 지내야 할지 고민이 많았거든요. 위치는 보지도 않고 내부 사진만 보고 예약하게 된 숙소인데, 예약하고 보니 번화가와는 좀 떨어진 곳에 위치해 있어요! 하지만 벳푸에 가는 목적은 온천이었기에 숙소에서 도보거리고 온천을 이용할 수 있다는 것에 큰 메리트를 느꼈습니다. 숙소는 정말 깨끗하고, 아늑하고 근데 또 넓고 쾌적하고! 침대도 엄청 엄청 푹신해서 한번도 깨지 않고 아침까지 잘 잤어요! 또한 숙소가 언덕에 있어서 힘들다고 하는데, 어차피 여행은 도보의 연속이므로 오히려 일본에 시골 풍경도 느낄 수 있고 너무 좋았습니다!♥ 그리고 친절히 안내해 주신 호스트님 덕분에 정말 기분 좋았어요! 후쿠오카 여행을 간다면 꼭 벳푸를 한번더 갈 것이고, 다시 이 숙소를 방문할 의사가 있습니다! 행복한 추억을 선물해 주셔서 너무 너무 감사합니다 :-)

Walking distance from train station which is very convenient but storing luggage after check-out requirement payment. The room is small but the idea of using up the whole space for different need is brilliant, shower room was big. The bed was thoroughly clean and comfortable for sleep. Not noisy because all shops closed very early at Yufuin Town. Hotbath was not bad because of low occupancy. I recommend the hotel to my friends. Front desk receptionists spoke fluent English and were all polite & helpful. All the attractions and bus station is by walking distance too. Convenient for first time travelers to Yufuin.

Love this place! Our glamping experience was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well everything was set up. The tent was spacious, cozy, and beautifully furnished, with all the comforts of a hotel room but surrounded by nature. The location was perfect—nestled in nature with stunning views and just the right amount of seclusion for a peaceful escape. We were thrilled to find a campfire pit for cozy evenings, even though the rain meant we couldn’t use it. The sound of raindrops on the tent was surprisingly relaxing, though!
