Good - location is great, 15 min walking to shopping arcade - great view, residing right next to the river and cherry blossom. - great service, they speak both English and Japanese and offer free parking while staying - room is clean and tidy, and the washroom is stainless clean Can better - insufficient parking slot, may need to look for parking if they ares full and maybe expensive

Excellent location, very near Dogo Onsen and Shopping Street. Just need go via elevator, which is exclusive for hotel guests and well-connected. Hotel onsen is also good for use, no need to go with the crowd at Dogo Onsen.

從JR松山站乘電車5號線到道後温泉站下車，穿過商業街，就可以看到酒店。晚餐和早餐都是自助餐。驚喜的是，酒店內的小店竟然還賣Akoya的珍珠，桔子也是直銷的，還可以試吃，有多種味道，真的不錯。松山內的有軌電車，憑JRpass，都是免費乘坐。商業街口有個鍾，每逢整點，都會自動轉出小木偶人，很有趣。

Check-in and check-out was fuss-free. Room was clean and a good size for two persons, while hotel is within walking distance to the Airport Limo. There were also no issues with delivering luggage to the hotel. Highly recommended.

다른 숙소들에 비해 조금 더 가야하지만 관광지인 마쓰야마성 케이블카 타는곳이 멀지 않아서 걸어서 다녀왔고요 밤거리에 사람이 꽤 있었는데도 숙소는 조용해서 좋았어요 그리고 숙소 전체가 너무 깔끔하고 침구가 푹신하니 편했어요! 모든 직원분들도 친절하셨고★ 여기 조식이 최고!!!!!! 다양한 메뉴와 맛이 굳굳~! 카레 좋아하는데 카레는 기본이었어요🤭 음료도 무제한으로 먹을 수 있고요 너무너무 좋았답니다 혼자 여행으로 다녀왔는데 기분좋게 푹 쉬다 가요 아 추가 요청사항중에 엘레베이터와 먼 곳으로 요청했는데 딱 원하는 곳으로 해주셨답니다~

ササフミ朝食は別途(混みのプランもあるかも？)。2025/12月で２種類あるが各800円。事前予約必要。朝食は7階で景色○。朝方はやや路面電車の音はするがそこまで気になるほどではない。いろいろと頻繁にホテルと往き来して出歩きたい人に鍵はチェックアウトまで所持可能なので楽。 カプセルホテルではなく狭くても個室がいいという人にはちょうどいい金額。喫煙部屋のほうが安かったのでそちらを予約。非喫煙者なために初めに部屋に入ったときには臭いは少し気にはなったけど途中でなれました。 ビジネスホテルなのでバスは狭いので広いお風呂入りたいなら直近に温泉があるのでそちらに行けば問題なし。道後温泉よりも個人的にはこちらのほうが良かったです。

MMisafir KullanıcıI was there at Jan 2024, and only stayed there for 2 days. The staff there can speak English, and were nice. The second day I stayed there, the staff offered me to have hotpot with all the other people living in Fujiya, an unforgettable experience I treasured and will forever remembered. Even though it is a proxy of a Japanese family, it did feel like I have experienced the Japanese hospitality and friendliness. There were some interesting characters, who may or may not frequented Fujiya, whom I had the pleasure to have this hotpot together. The facilities are not the best, but the basics necessities were there and no complaining from me, they have an AC there, comfortable enough for me. The staff did explain that there is only one shower, so we might have to wait for the person to finish. However, since the location is so close to Dogo Onsen, they did recommend to go there instead, and after all, it was why i chose this location in the first place. Location is really close to the Dogo Onsen and the Yuzuki-Castle ruin, which was a lifesaver for me I would say that all other sight-seeing locations are within walking distance as well since I did walk to all those interesting places. However, I do realize not all people like to walk like I do. To counter that, Fujiya is practically next to the tram station, which you can use it to go to many places in the city. tldr, would recommend

The wall between my room and the next is incredibly thin, and it even shakes. I have no idea what kind of ******* is staying next door, but around 12:30 a.m., they suddenly started banging on the wall multiple times. My bed is right up against that wall, and it shook violently three or four times, waking me up in shock. After that, about every hour, they kept hitting the wall again, making it shake like it was during an earthquake. I honestly never expected a hotel room at ANA to have walls of such poor quality! Even now, thinking back to that night still frightens me. 全体的な環境はとても良かったです。ただ、一つだけどうしても納得できない点があります——それは壁です！私の部屋と隣の部屋の壁が非常に薄く、揺れるほどです。隣の部屋にどんな狂人が泊まっているのかわかりませんが、夜中の12時半ごろ、急に何度も壁を叩き始めました。私のベッドはその壁にくっついているため、壁が激しく揺れ、3〜4回ほどで目が覚めてしまいました。その後も1時間おきくらいに壁を叩かれ、まるで地震のように壁が歪むような感覚でした！まさかANAのホテルの壁がこんなにひどいとは思ってもみませんでした。今でもあの夜のことを思い出すと、怖くなります。

가가을향커피오래된 시설의 호텔이다 보니, 아무래도 좀 낡은 건 감안을 해야할 거 같아요. 위치는 산 중턱이라 개별로 접근하게엔 좋지 않지만 도고온천역에서 셔틀을 이용하면 되고, 데일리 셔틀 버스를 이용해서 마쓰야마 시내에 다녀오기에도 괜찮습니다. 객실은 양실을 이용했는데 넓은 편이지만 전반적으로 오래된 시설임은 부정할 수 없네요. 하지만 전체적으로 관리가 잘되어 있습니다. 조식은 나름 먹을만 하고, 석식 뷔페 또한 스시와 스테이크 등 꽤 괜찮았지만, 이틀 연속 이용하기에는 메뉴가 동일하다보니 조금은 아쉽네요. 하지만, 어머니 생신으로 방문한 거라 생일 축하 레터링이 된 디저트를 준비해주는 세심함은 좋았습니다. 서일본 최대크기의 온천 리조트라고는 하지만 온천 시설이 엄청 크진 않지만, 이용하기에 충분한 사이즈였고, 수질 또한 좋았습니다. 특히 프라이빗 배쓰는 꼭 이용하면 좋을 거 같습니다.

The manager drove us to and from a terrific onsen nearby and afterwards we were served a delicious multi-course dinner. The drink list was excellent too. After a tasty Japanese style breakfast we needed help making an onward reservation, so the manager made several calls on our behalf and found us a place that had a last minute cancellation. I would recommend the Ryokan Chaume to anyone looking for a high quality inn.

AayutripA Perfect Business Hotel! The rooms are new, clean, and compact but very functional. The bathroom was spotless and shiny. Personally, I really liked the library café in the lobby — a cozy space available to hotel guests even before check-in and after check-out. It offers free drinks, Wi-Fi, and power outlets. Breakfast had a limited selection, but everything was delicious.
