Wi-Fi İçeren Kumamoto ili, Japonya Otelleri

Conveniently located in the city centre, walking distance to the main bus terminal and shopping district.  Room was clean and quiet with needed amenities.  Complementary afternoon drink (n/a) service was a nice touch.  Friendy staffs, snd mostly conversant in English.  Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

A very nice stay in the city of Kumamon! Staffs are friendly, the room is big, amenities are well prepared. Had a three-night stay in the same hotel and enjoyed the convenience of it as it’s right next to the JR Kumamoto station with bus stops nearby and connected to the AMU plaza.

As a seasoned traveller, there are a few things that is very important to me. Below are the following. Mattress : 8.5/10 Pillow : 3/10 Cleanliness : 8/10 Sound insulation : 8:10 Service : 8/10 Remarks : Stone throw away from main shopping street. Many restaurants nearby. Self check in, with affiliated car parks nearby with reasonable price. But pillow was really really bad. They should do something about it. Didn’t have a really good sleep from it. Mattress was ok. They got a good TV though. Regards

The hotel is located at the centre of 黑川溫泉區, which is quite rural so highly recommended to go by car. The service is excellent! The staff helped us to park the car and take the luggages up the stairs to our Japanese style family room. We have ordered full board package and both meals are gorgeous. There are many onsens in the hotel which are non-reserved and private, allowing family to enjoy onsen together. One drawback is that there are many stairs so elderly might have to take it into consideration.

A great value stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. The washing machine facilities were easy to use and managed to find an available machine most times. We stayed for 3 nights and each day bins were emptied and fresh towels given. The extra space under the bed for suitcases is a great touch and overall the room design in excellent. There were several tour groups staying during the 3 days which made it a little too busy, especially during breakfast as these guests all went at the same time. Not a great experience for more independent travelers like us, but the staff tried very hard. Overall one of the better stays we had during our Kyushu trip.

Locaten at a Perfect location (close to airport bus stip and downtown area) and they had a very yummie breakfast. They also gave several free things to use in the room, like a cool foldable hair brush (see picture)

Good if you like old school charm hotel, room and service. Castle view room was a disappointment - have to stand at the side of the window to actually see the castle :( Location was great and parking was onsite. There’s a driveway at the front of the hotel and from there, the staff guided us to their onsite parking. It’s as advertised JPY1000 per day but on day of checkout, parking is until 11.30am. After that, cheaper to park elsewhere (JPY100 for 15mins vs JPY200 for 2hrs at Kumamoto Castle).

8月20日新開幕的飯店，環境優美乾淨，整潔又安靜，免費迎賓咖啡，宵夜拉麵；泡湯區則有冰棒跟養樂多免費享用，閱讀休息室有滿滿的漫畫可以看，全室榻榻米要脫鞋，服務人員也隨時都在維護清潔，3天住下來很舒適，孩子也開心的捨不得離開。 有停車場，住宿旅客需要預約一天是1500日圓，路口有一家24小時的停車塔，跟飯店也有特約15:00-翌日11:00這時間進出停車是1200日圓，很不錯。

Very good location. The room is spacious and well designed for the price. It has a nice window view of the shopping mall across. Highlight of my stay was the public bath, they have both indoor and outdoor baths, which were clean and thoughtfully designed. Definitely a place I would come back for!

Location is superb, just 1-2 min walk to Kumamoto station and AMU Plaza. Plenty of eating choices. Room size is great, but comes at a price. Room amenities working fine, room cleaning service is ¥1000/day. Tram and bus stops to places of interest are convenient and close to hotel. Overall a good hotel stay.
