2nd time I've stayed here, room clean staff friendly and helpful. A tad on the noisey side on sat night but suppose u get that. Overall would recommend and will probably be back if the price is right.

Good value for money compared with other hotels we have stayed at in Nelson. Decor and comfort was good.
A bit of noise from the music in the outside bar area in the early to mid evening, the speaker was right under our window, which might be a problem to some, not to us.
Food was good , but a little on the expensive side for us, personally,
Lovely location right on the water, lovely looking building.

We didnt realise we could have requested a groud floor bedroom. It was tough as an 80 year old lugging three cases and various other items up the stairs. I looked for a lift but couldnt find one. Otherwise apart from the inside of the bathroom door which needs some attention it was ok.

호텔을 하루전에 직접 방문하여 예약을 확인하였으나. 호텔에선 예약이 안되었다고 했습니다. Trip.com에서 뭔가 실수가 있었던거 같아요. 신뢰하기 어렵습니다. 가까스로 한국에 있는 직원과 연락이 되서 잘 해결해 주었습니다. 그직원에게 감사합니다. 호텔에서 저희가족은 아주 만족했습니다. 직원들은 친절하며 시설은 좋습니다.
오래되었지만 실망할정도는 아닙니다. 호텔내에 사우나를 이용 하였는데 오랜만에 정말 좋았습니다.

受付のスタッフの方が親切に迎え入れてくれました！設備も食器や調理器具等が備え付けてあり、滞在時の選択肢が増えてよかったです！
ネルソンに来る際はまた泊まりたいです！

We were very impressed at how well appointed the room was. Great facilities. We had come to see a show at a theatre a 5 min walk from the Motor Lodge so the location was a dream. Staff were very friendly & accomodating. We will be back & highly recommend. The price was brilliant too.

Had a private room which was clean and very comfortable. Cosy too. Only spent two nights but would’ve been happy there on a long trip. The shared areas were great too, especially for socialising. Staff were super friendly. Would definitely stay again.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe booked a 2 room cabin, the place was quiet that was nice but the place wasn't clean a dirty oven try left in the oven! Plates with crumbs on them! The bathroom fan didn't work so the cabin was super super damp, no soaps or shampoo dispensers were all empty! The bathroom and toilet door didn't close properly or quietly. The main bedroom must have a leak somewhere it rained on the last day and the carpet in the morning was super wet along the window. Couches were uncomfortable feels like it pushes you head forward and the TV had no Internet connection to watch Netflix like advertised. The place is very run down and needs a really really good clean! The accommodation was close to town and quiet. I wouldn't recommend this place spend an extra $100 and stay somewhere else

They were swiftly dealt with by staff within about 5 minutes after reporting. I was grateful for being able to leave luggage prior to check in but a bit disappointed i had to pay 2 nzd to store luggage in a locked on departure for about 90 to 120 minutes. I can understand charges for longer periods of left luggage on check out, but under 2 hours seemed a bit unfortunate. However i would still recommend the YHA for others, although if you want a more ”party” type hostel, this isn't it.

CCanadian wandererWe thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights at the Apex. Our 1 bedroom suite was spotless- even the windows. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and large tv with dozens of channels as well as access to sign in to your Netflix or Amazon Video accounts. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the beautiful, sandy beach is about a 7 minute walk. It is privately owned and the couple who run it go out of their way to make sure all of their guests are taken care of. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Especially watching a live game of rugby( all blacks beating the boks)
Very comfortable beds great linen and pillows we stayed in a twin poolside room with spabath and 2 double beds
Highly recommended and at a great rate
We looking forward staying here again

MMisafir KullanıcıNice welcome friendly and helpful when enquiring about things, not happy with wifi constantly fading and their answer was “ tried to get it fixed but ? “ on website they offer airport drop offs but don’t due to complaints from the local cabbies so why still advertise this !!! And finally when dropping off key on checkout didn’t ask how our stay was or anything so not happy with the service.
