A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended Staying at this hotel was a truly pleasant experience. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is strategic—close to everywhere we needed to go, making our trip very convenient. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service. The reception staff were professional, polite, and friendly. Every one of them was genuinely helpful. The breakfast staff were always smiling, which made each morning feel warm and welcoming. This hotel deserves more than just 5 stars. I highly recommend it and want to thank the entire team for their excellent service. Well done!

Need to go uphill to reach the hotel from the station. Otherwise, it’s a walking distance to the main areas. The room was very clean and comfortable as well.

Tinha reservado um quarto com vista para a cidade com cama de casal e foi-me atribuído um quarto sem vista para a cidade e com duas camas individuais! Quanto ao resto o Hotel tem bom serviço e está muito bem localizado!

Gençlerin çok düzenli bir şekilde mükemmel yönettikleri, çok nezih, keyifli bir otel. Çalışan herkes çok güler yüzlü. İlk gittiğimiz günden itibaren bize her konuda yardımcı oldular. Gezeceğimiz yerlerden, bineceğimiz otobüs rotası ve saatlerine kadar bize çizelge çıkarttılar. Kahvaltı ***et yeterli ve kaliteli idi. Her yer çok temizdi. Çünkü gençler ellerinde bez ve temizlik spreyleriyle dört döndüler etrafta. 24, saat açık ve ücretsiz olan sıcak, soğuk içecek olanağı da bir o kadar artı puandı bizim için. Dekorasyon çok şık ve nezihti. Odalardaki buzdolabı ve kahve makinesi de başka bir artısı. Konumu da havaalanına 4 durak, hatta yürüme mesafesinde. Yakınındaki otobüs durağı bize bütün Porto da gitmek istediğimiz yerlere taksi gibi tek seferde ulaşım kolaylığı sağladı. İnşallah yolumuz tekrar Porto ya düşer ve tekrar bu otelde kalırız. Absolutely great host and his son. Nice place ad service,It was the best place of stay of my trip to Portugal due to the host, envronment and service. Breakfast is good and does not cost much,It should be requested separately.I would go there again if I come to Porto.

I booked the wrong Hilton but the receptionist told me I’m not the only one. I went to a concert and they were kind enough to let me check out a bit later. Room is big and bed confortante. Toilet is also big and with amenities. If you’re planning to visit the Porto wine caves and Gaia this hotel is really in a great location. There’s also the food market near by and some restaurants and bars. The
