While the hotel is located a bit far from the main shopping district, it is a convenient 6-minute walk (400m) from the Cianjin MRT Station on the Orange Line. The staff and service are excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Amenities are available at the front counter, and there is a great snack bar featuring ice cream, juice, coffee, pudding, and steam buns. Our triple room was quite spacious, featuring two double beds and a large bathroom. Breakfast is Chinese-style and vegetarian-friendly (no meat). Overall, M Hotel is a convenient choice and very suitable for families.

One of the most iconic hotel in Taiwan, especially the Grand Hotel - Taipei, elegant deco all the way from lobby to the room. The Grand Hotel didn't disappoint us, whether the facility, hospitality, entertainment, foods and scenic/view from hotel. Everything was excellent, hotel also have shuttle to nearby MRT station every 30 mins, both driver & staffs were very friendly and helpful. We also did the tour to west gate secret passage, the guide has lot of knowledge about the history and explained the background, history of how the Grand become today's The Grand hotel. We tried two of the restaurants on ground floor next to the lobby, they were both very nice & gave all flavors Taiwan has to offer. We would stay here again next time if we visit again & highly recommend for anyone to try at least once in your lifetime.

No bidet spray, hand soap, hair conditioner, shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. but there’s water dispenser on every level so saved us some money from buying bottled water. Overall it is still provide pretty comfortable stay & good base to be at for exploring Kenting & Hengchun. It’s easy to find this hotel. From Taoyuan airport we took Airport Express Train to Taoyuan HSR (High Speed Rail) station & took HSR to Zuoying THSR in Kaohsiung, then took Kenting Express Bus 9189 at bus stop #2 along the road outside of Zuoying THSR station (need to top up enough fare in your Easy Travel card at the station beforehand otherwise pay cash to bus driver). Alight at Kenting Police Substation bus stop (get ready to press the bell once you pass Kenting Arch otherwise driver won’t stop for you) & walk into small lane walk a short distance to the back door of Kenting Coast Resort. There’s a restaurant called Magic Kitchen for quick breakfast a very short walk to the right of hotel front door. We managed to book half day (4-hr) tour with the help hotel receptionist on both days, just tell the driver where you want to go for sighting/experience/food. We paid NTD 2200 for each half-day tour. We actually checked out early in the morning on the last day & did a 4-hr tour of Hengchun old town with our luggages in the car & get dropped off at Hengchun interchange bus station to catch Kenting Express Bus back to Zuoying THSR. But we discovered actually you can deposit luggages at the Hengchun interchange bus station for a fee then walk around Hengchun old town yourselves without worrying about lugging luggages around haha.

Strategic location near taiwan railway station and city centre. Room setup is good just furniture a bit outdated. Breakfast provided at level 2. Easy for shopping n food dinning as just next to shopping mall.

Nice smallish clean room. Convenient location, a few minutes to rail station and tourist sights in crowded old part of city. Breakfast was set meal of sandwich & salad. one part that needs improvement is better attitude.from staff

The first impression of the hotel was fantastic. The grand entrance with its high ceilings gave off a welcoming and elegant vibe. The lobby also looked stylish and thoughtfully designed, which set a nice tone for the stay. A special mention goes to the young concierge who helped us with our parking and luggage. He was polite, efficient, and made a great first impression. We arrived slightly ahead of check-in, which is strictly from 3pm. Thankfully, the hotel provides access to the Fong Room while you wait. The space offers free drinks, light snacks, games, and a seating area. It was a really nice bonus, not something every hotel offers, and genuinely enhanced the guest experience. We booked three rooms but only two were ready when we checked in. This was a lapse in service, particularly since there was no apology or gesture of goodwill. Honestly, it came across as unprofessional and slightly disappointing. Another observation was the inconsistency between rooms. Even though we reserved the same room type, each had a different setup. One room was missing the couch shown in the listing and didn’t have a tub, while another had a small coffee table instead. That said, the rooms were stylish and comfortable overall. The scented foaming hand soap really stood out, surprisingly memorable! Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable variety. Despite a couple of service missteps, we’d recommend this hotel to travelers looking to stay near Feng Chia Night Market.

バス停から近く　 非常に便利な立地で、予算重視の旅行者に最適です。予約サイトでは10点満点中7.0～7.3点と「良い」と評価されています。長所としては、手頃な料金、便利な交通機関、基本的な客室設備（テレビ、エアコン、ヘアドライヤーなど）、毎日の清掃などが挙げられます。しかし、セルフチェックインシステムが不安定であること、湿気やカビが生えているバスルーム、インターネットとサービスの質が一定でないことが課題です。

Good size room and friendly staff. A bit of walk from train station and not very easy if you carry luggages. It has swimming pools, gym, and a spa but a little bit old though. Plenty of food options and next to a supermarket / convenient stores.

When we arrived in the morning, upon dropping off our luggage, one of the receptionists (woman with a bob cut) was extremely rude when I just asked what time we may return for check in. She rolled her eyes. The other staff are extremely kind, and one uncle even gave us recommendations on where to eat. The room itself is comfortable. The bathroom tiles retain cold, so bringing bathroom slippers is recommended. The comforter/duvet is extremely thick, so AC must be at max to sleep comfortably. The room comes with free thin disposable slippers, coffee/tea, tissue, shower gel, shampoo, and towels. There is free snacks in the lobby at night time (but they do not announce it). Free water dispenser as well on every floor and the lobby. Friday night also welcomes a small band who plays music and sings. They are very talented. It is in a prime location near the train stations, Liuhe Night Market, and a nearby Central Park. I recommend going to the park to see wild animals like squirrels and pigeons as shown in my photos.
