The two queen beds in the room is smaller than expected (we measured the two beds at 150cm x 188cm) The rooms and inside the hotel can be cleaner as it is a “5 star” hotel. The food at Thai Restaurant is normal (nothing special). The salad bar at the morning buffet is good. I think the location is good. The parking lot is far…. You might have to walk 5 minutes back to the front entrance if the parking spots at the front are taken (usually are and we went during low season). Overall, this hotel offers its services and products like a 4 star hotel rather than “5 stars”.

Strategic location near taiwan railway station and city centre. Room setup is good just furniture a bit outdated. Breakfast provided at level 2. Easy for shopping n food dinning as just next to shopping mall.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency one to two metro stations away from Taiyuan international airport and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and attention to detail. There’s a shuttle bus to the hotel but I chose to take the metro. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Small touches like the attendant pressing the lift button for me showed their dedication to guest comfort. As a family traveler, I was pleasantly surprised when they proactively provided an extra bed without me even requesting it—such thoughtful service! The express check-out was seamless, and the shuttle bus to the airport made my departure stress-free. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. This hotel truly understands hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and top-notch service. Will stay here again!

This hotel is same row as green hotel Taichung. Location is very strategic because it is very near to the Fengjia night market which it is within walking distance. Meanwhile it is no laundry services inside the hotel and you only can bring the cloths to self service laundry shop nearby. Overall the room is not big but it is consider clean and easy access to night market and convenience shops.

Really loved our stay here! Staff is very accommodating. Everything was clean and organized. Our door lock was alarming when we went back after check-in but was attended to by a staff and was fixed. Not super sound proof but great location! Will definitely come back if visiting Taichung again.

You can walk to the hotel from Xincheng station in about 20 minutes. There is a shuttle that takes you from the hotel to either Xincheng or Hualien station for free, which I appreciate. The immediate area around the hotel and from Xincheng station is quite remote and there are basically no stores or restaurants open. Thus you will probably have to eat all meals at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant itself is pretty good though and the pricing is reasonable, all things considered. The main benefit of the hotel is the hotel pool. Personally i have a bit of mixed feelings about the pool because the view of the ocean and the beach is partially blocked by some trees, however, overall it is indeed a nice view especially of the mountains in the back. You can also walk to the beach in a few minutes, which is convenient. Service is good. Overall if you are planning to check out Hualien but don't plan to go to Taroko gorge, I think this is a decent option.

Chose this hotel for its proximity to Taoyuan International Airport, as we had to catch a 8:30am flight back home. The rooms are adequate, with the necessities eg towels, kettle, water, coffee and tea. WIFI are excellent, TV channels sufficient - we have no time to watch much TV anyhow :D Loved the water pressure of the shower. The negative points are: 1) No UBS ports by the bed; 2) there's only space for 1 luggage bag, so I had to use the desk for my other luggage bag. Hotel guests can easily walk to the nearby MRT Station to go to Taipei (quite a long ride) or a shopping mall 3 stations away, which we did. Additional plus point is the hotel packed our breakfast for us to take with us, since we had to leave the hotel before the restaurant opens.

Will visit again, best hotel in Tainan. Room is spacious, clean, noice reduction is legit, and you have a Bluetooth speaker in the room!

Most beautiful view I’ve ever had from a hotel room. Amazing buffet for breakfast/brunch and dinner. Hotel amenities are 11/10 - hotel provides daily bus ticket, map of the area, pillow choices, bike rental services, pool, public baths, and game area. Hotel is a conveniently a stop on the bus route. Gym is a bit lacking though (only yoga mats, treadmills, weights up to ~25kg, and one lat pulldown machine).
