Comfortable stay - a spacious room for a solo traveller like me. Location is close to the JR station. As I stayed on the New Year's Eve, they even offered free toshikoshi soba, so I finally had a taste of this Japanese tradition.

湯之助之宿長樂園的入住體驗讓我感受到無比的放鬆與愉悅。酒店位於靜謐的環境中，周圍綠樹成蔭，讓人一踏入就感受到大自然的寧靜。大堂設計典雅，傳遞著傳統日式溫泉旅館的氛圍，工作人員熱情周到，讓人倍感親切。 房間寬敞且舒適，榻榻米地板和日式風格的裝潢讓我彷彿置身於另一個世界。私密的溫泉浴池是這次住宿的亮點，浸泡在熱騰騰的溫泉中，讓疲憊的身心瞬間得到舒緩。 餐飲方面，晚餐的懷石料理精緻可口，每一道菜都展現了當地的特色與新鮮食材。而早餐則提供了豐富的選擇，讓人元氣滿滿地開始新的一天。總體而言，湯之助之宿長樂園是一次難忘的住宿體驗，非常適合想要享受靜謐與放鬆的旅客。

石見神楽を鑑賞するため浜田を訪問。駅前と繁華街が至近で立地が素晴らしいです、石見神楽の会場へはマイカー以外の場合は駅前のタクシーが便利ですが乗り場が目の前で楽ちんでした。建物も新築されたばかりでピカピカ✨、お部屋・大浴場・朝食会場のいずれも清潔感がありました。朝食付きプランがデフォルトになっていますが近辺に朝食がいただける飲食店は無いので必要です。朝食の内容についても一般的なビジネスホテルよりも食材や調理が良くて美味しかったです。全般とても満足しました、浜田に再訪することがあればリピートさせていただきます！

スタッフみんな親切で丁寧に対応してもらいました　お部屋　大浴場　食事処綺麗に掃除されています。特に夕食食事はとってもおいしきただきました。　小さいお子様がいなかったのでとっても静かな環境でした

Nicely situated in the centre of one of the two main streets in Yunotsu. I stayed in the bottom capsule which is much more spacious than the top capsule since you get space to put your belongings. Kitchen was equipped with basic condiments like soy sauce and cooking oil. There is a coin laundry facility in the adjoining building - 500 yen for wash and 100 yen per 10 mins of drying. The only concern I had was with the check in process, which luckily for me I was informed about before by reading the reviews. Check in is at Kazeto, another hotel around 5 mins walk away from Watowa. This can be troublesome for guests arriving by foot as you’ll need to backtrack to Kazeto if mistakenly arriving at Watowa first. Staff at check in were helpful and friendly (English speaking) and provided ample information about the facilities and attractions in Yunotsu and surrounds.

ウェルカムドリンクなど、驚くほど素晴らしいもてなしでした。お風呂も素晴らしかったです。沙羅の木というお店との連携も割引券など提供してもらい、サービス満点です。

Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

初めて利用させて頂きました。ロケーションは超最高！従業員の方も優しくゆっくり出来た旅行となりました。大変ありがとうございました。

朝御飯は、美味しかったです。近くにコンビニあり便利よく過ごしやすかった場所も、分かりやすくフロントの、対応も、良かったです何か行く用事があればまた行きます

Un établissement récent, à la décoration soignée, dans le style japonais contemporain. Les chambres sont sobres et bien aménagées, avec un décor zen à base de bois, ce qui apporte beaucoup de charme et de repos. Les équipements pour la détente, autour des bains chauds (Onsens) et du sauna, sont très agréables et facilement accessibles. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, a 4 minutes à pied de la gare. Le personnel est sympathique, mais peu attentif au client, et manque clairement de formation, d'encadrement et de professionnalisme. Un effort doit être engagé à ce niveau. Enfin, l'heure imposée pour le check out est ....8h00, ce qui est simplement ahurissant, et cela mérite évidemment d'être rapidement modifié !
