The Fuji Mt is just like next to the hotel. You can see it when enjoying hot spring. Luckily our room can also see the Fuji mt. So amazing! The hotel is big and new renovation, although it is 63 years old already!

100% value for money. I had a wonderful stay! The view from the room was perfect, offering direct access to stunning views of Mt. Fuji. The breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I also appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff; they were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I had a great stay at this hotel near Lake Kawaguchiko and Mount Fuji. The hotel offers convenient parking for guests, which is very helpful if you travel by car. One thing I really liked was the modern self check-in system. The hotel provides a check-in machine that makes the process fast and easy. It feels very modern and efficient. The hotel also provides a complimentary breakfast every morning, which is a nice way to start the day before exploring the area. Another highlight is the location. The hotel is close to several scenic spots where you can enjoy beautiful views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. Overall, it is a comfortable and convenient place to stay when visiting the Mount Fuji area.

The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from Otsuki station (a bit longer if the train crossing gates are down). It's a large comfortable room, modern and with a great hot shower. This is a great alternative to the overpriced hotels of Kawaguchiko during the height of cherry blossom time. Added bonus, at night time this is a small town accustomed to very few foreigners spending the night and you will surely get the feel of small town Japan lifestyle and kindness. I was at a restaurant with zero menu English and zero spoken English, yet at the end of the meal the owner gave me a very nice gift. That was a beautiful memorable moment of my time in Japan. Buffet Breakfast is included in the price at the hotel and on some days it was pretty good. Staff's English was not the best but they were patient and helpful during the check in procedure. Seeing Mt. Fuji during Cherry Blossom season is a fantastic experience, and if you're on a tight budget but don't want to stay in a hostel, this hotel is your answer

私の入力ミスで2人で泊る所1名で申し込みしてしまっていたのですが快く追加2000円で泊まれました。 部屋が乾燥が酷くて窓は開けることが出来ず 仕方なくバスタオル濡らして掛けておきました アルコールがホテル内販売なし近くのお店で買ってきて下さいとの事

I really liked the hotel overall 1. The staff was very nice and knew some english so conversation was possible. Fast response times in chat is good service 2. Breakfast was really good 3. Location is very good, got bus stops around the hotel and you can use google maps to know which buses to take, when they come. I used suica card on apple wallet or on app on the scanner when boarding the bus to get around. The bus which is like 5 minutes walk can take you to lake kawaguchiko, gotemba premium outlets, and more. You also got lawson within 4 minutes walk which is a pretty cool convenience store that also has things like katsu sandwiches and cheeseburgers for snacks, ogino a grocery store within 6 min walk, and some other soup restaurants like udon and hoto noodles 4. Close to the lake pier which is great for biking around Lake Yamanaka which was probably my favorite part of visiting besides the local food it is what I would say life changingly beautiful 5. The onsen which is inside the hotel was very relaxing and nice, and you can put cold water into it if its too hot Now i haven't been to other hotels around the area so I cant compare but I would definitely come again

We like the traditional Japanese room experience. The bed is very comfortable. The indoor onsen is okay. The outdoor onsen condition is not very nice and quite small. Their restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the food a lot. Definitely to book a night with set dinner. Very friendly staffs.

Exceptional location, you step out of the train and roll off the ramp to the hotel. On the other side of the station you can already see Mt. Fuji staring down on you. The hotel has nice rooms, more spacious than what you get in the city. The breakfast was not exceptional, but it was sufficient. Staff very polite and helpful, as is the case in all of Japan😅
