The Fuji Mt is just like next to the hotel. You can see it when enjoying hot spring. Luckily our room can also see the Fuji mt. So amazing! The hotel is big and new renovation, although it is 63 years old already!

Service staff were efficient, although queueing to trade your keys for your shoes slowed things down. (Understandable, because this is also a day-trip onsen, so the hotel needs to ensure all tabs are covered before letting guests go.) Facilities were old but well-maintained, although my room window couldn't be closed without force. Wide variety of baths to choose from, and convenient hours. Note that there is no shampoo, conditioner or body soap in guestrooms, as this is an onsen facility - all soaps and bath amenities are provided in the onsen area. Several onsite restaurants providing many food options, which made up for the lack of vegetarian-friendly options around the area.

100% value for money. I had a wonderful stay! The view from the room was perfect, offering direct access to stunning views of Mt. Fuji. The breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I also appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff; they were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Nice & peaceful location. Although it’s about 19 min (1.4m) walk away from Kawaguchiko Station, you would be better off taking the hotel shuttle bus (which takes about 5 min) if you have luggages with you. 😅 Breakfast is simple but good enough to start the day. Please note that there’s no onsen in this hotel. However there’s a Bedrock Bath (lying on some heated floor), which is not very popular. It seems like I was the only guest using it during my stay. I think replacing it with an onsen would be better. Communication with the hotel before the stay is non-existent. The only time they would reply you is when you ask to have a room with Mt. Fuji view. And their reply would be that they cannot guarantee it. I asked about their free shuttle service to Gotemba Premium Outlet was left unanswered even until today. If you intend to take the free shuttle to Gotemba Premium Outlet, you would need to reserve. The last shuttle leaves the hotel at 3.30pm. If you miss that bus, you would not be able to go to the Outlet, unless you are willing to pay S$100+ to go by taxi. We rented a car to go to the outlet & also to visit some attractions. Overall, still a relatively good hotel to stay in when you are in Kawaguchiko.

This hotel is located with minutes walk from Otsuki station, where you can connect to Fujikyuko line to Kawaguchiko. They also got free bus for hotel guests to selected destinations at Kawaguchiko. The room is clean, you can the necessary amenities at the lobby free.

Super fast check in. Self check in available. Big lobby area for R&R with free amenities provided! Room was ok, nothing worth noting. Worth staying a day or 2 as prices for the hotel is very reasonable.

Nice hotel in an amazing location. Spacious room with an outstanding view of the Fuji mountain. Delicious breakfast, clean, nice bath, welcoming stuff. Also, you can rent bicycles and have a cycle around the lake. Bus stop, couple of convince stores and a laundry are nearby. The place is quiet and cozy. Highly recommend.

We like the traditional Japanese room experience. The bed is very comfortable. The indoor onsen is okay. The outdoor onsen condition is not very nice and quite small. Their restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the food a lot. Definitely to book a night with set dinner. Very friendly staffs.

Nice hotel with big room and near to the hill/jungle. Cool temperature...

One of the memorable places I have stayed in Japan. My room has the unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji that I did not wanna leave the room. It was so spacious and complete with amenities (tea set, tatami, kimono, tables and chairs) felt like it was my own ryokan. The hotel has onsen as well that you can freely use anytime. The Chinese owner was so helpful and even gave me free skincare face mask :) It is very close to lake yamanakako as well and has a lot of convenience stores around, too. I am looking forward to staying here again when in Japan 🇯🇵
