カウアイ島メインだったので、今回はアラモアナ完結で二泊三日宿泊しました。 アラモアナに直結しているのでとても便利 フードコートで食事したり ホテル最上階のSignature Steak&Seafoodでサンセットを見ながらしっかりディナーをしてみたり アラモアナビーチにも行ける 無料ウォーターサーバーもある シャワーの出が悪かったので電話したらすぐ直してもらったりと対応もよかった 景色はあまりよくなかったがそこは求めていないので 少しお安く泊まれました リゾートフィーは取らないところも良いし ホテル下にはスタバがあり空いてる！穴場です アラモアナメインブラブラしたい方にはオススメホテルです 従業員も対応よかったです。

El Royal Lahaina es un hotel ubicado en un entorno ideal para parejas. Dispone de muchas actividades como clases de hula que vale la pena aprovechar o conciertos en un entorno relajado y romántico a la luz de la luna. En las noches es ideal tumbarse delante de la playa a observar las estrellas. Nos ha gustado mucho hospedarnos aquí. Mahalo!

Chose it for the airport pick up/drop off, what a pleasant surprise. Great receptionist, she got me into a room early after a long overnight flight. While room dated, it clean, full amenities and comfortable bed. Pool, restaurant and was given voucher for 2 drinks so enjoyed cocktails in the bar with very nice staff. The service was respectful and helpful. I’d stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience. First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level. I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure. A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised. Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the friendly greetings to the attentive care, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether offering recommendations for dining or arranging memorable excursions, their genuine hospitality made our experience truly unforgettable. As seasoned travelers who have explored destinations around the globe, we can confidently say that our time at the Hilton Waikoloa Village surpassed all expectations. 典型的美式園林風格酒店，大堂大氣典雅，內部有超大規模立體泳池，餐廳有多種類型可選，其中Tidepools餐廳別具南島風味，值得推薦，需要事前預訂。房間很大，但設施過於簡單，所有個人用品最好自帶。綜合評價為簡潔奢華。

Great staff—always willing to help. The lobby is really nice, with a beautiful aquarium and comfortable seating areas. The room is smaller compared to Hilton Hawaiian Village, but we loved the clean décor. Our balcony had an ocean view, which was really nice. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about that resort and plan on going back again next month what a wonderful three nights and four days

Great service, professional staff.  If you are looking to be near the airport this is a great choice.  They have an airport shuttle and breakfast. If I’m in HNL again for a quick layover type trip I would stay here again.
