All staffs are very good. I could feel they were hard working in order to provide their best service. Saha running around every-time when we needed assistance or some information but limited English from other staffs. Dinner and breakfast are not premium but worth for what we paid. Walking distance to everywhere in this little town.

非常好的温泉酒店，一泊二餐，非常划算。早晚餐都是自助餐，自助餐琳琅滿目，非常好，特別是有經驗的牛排還有鮮榨橙汁（當場榨橙汁），還有先做的香蕉奶昔。晚上還有日式民族歌舞表演，還有可愛的草津紀念品非常卡哇伊，很難忘很喜歡很滿足的一次旅行，還有房間自帶的温泉，一直保持38度水温，當温泉水位下降時會自動加水，最經驗是房間的備品是高絲高端洗護髮用品，還有高端電吹風和麪部洗護用品化粧水、潤膚露、沒發產品等等，還有和服備品好幾件。另外預訂室內風呂房間可以下午2：00-7：00享受行政酒廊待遇，還能泡新開的別館VIP温泉，基本就是包場了，非常nice

Location was good,big place with a lot of things.Rooms seems old but very clean and have a balcony with nice view.The free hot spring was quiet ,not much people.I was almost using all the time. Very good experience,definitely recommend.

The hotel is very popular among the Japanese traveller. Lots of Japanese with very limited foreign traveller. The communication can be a bit difficult at the hotel. The room were cleaned but there is limitation of daily cleaning of the room. They only take trash out and change towels. The policy is to clean the room every 4 days. When the hotel is fully occupied, there is a problem with the scarcity of hot water. We have to wait for hot water to be reproducing 2 out of 3 nights we stayed. The buffet is very crowded and the food are pretty much the same for all 3 nights we stayed for both breakfast and dinner. Our highlights are the crab and the beef station for dinner and the live onigiri station for breakfast.

温泉と お部屋から川を見下ろす景色が好きで、二度目の宿泊でした。大浴場が１階と２階 二つあるので、混むこともなく ゆっくり入れます。 お部屋は 和室にベッドで広く バス トイレ付きで快適でした。ただトイレの流れが弱いのが気になりました。 全体的には、朝食も美味しくてこの料金は安いと思います。 富岡製糸場にも車で二十分と近く 、軽井沢もすぐなので、中継宿泊にお勧めのお宿です。

信越線磯部駅から徒歩6分ほどのロケーション。高崎からの温泉街で言ったらここが1番近いと思います。内装は昔ながらの温泉宿という感じで、風情を感じられて素晴らしいです。強いて言うなら、部屋の扉の下部分が数センチ空いているので、大騒ぎは出来ないかもしれないです。

Отель чистый, аккуратны. В отеле отличные ванны Онсен с водой из горячих источников. Можно забронировать отдельную комнату с ванной, это услуга круглосуточная. Из отеля ходит трансфер до центра Кусацу. Мы бронировали пребывание без питания, ездили в центр. В номерах дают одежду и тапочки в японском стиле

お部屋のグレードが低かったですが、清潔感あるお部屋でした。お部屋も広くてよかったけど、インスタ映え？とか狙うならもっとランクのいい部屋の方がいいと思います！ ご飯はバイキングでたくさん種類もあって大満足です！ フリードリンクがあるのも魅力的でした！ 石段には歩いて15分くらいで行けたのでよかったです。

Good point 1 Varieties of indoor and outdoor onsen,both separate and mix gender. 2.Breakfast and Kaiseki dinner are very good quality of food. 3. The classic style of 180 years old buildings and long history of the hotel( 300 years old) 4. Though the building looks old but it is in good maintenance except indoor onsen pool needs some paintings 5.Drinkable natural hot mineral water from mountains. Poor point 1. Price is quite high. 2. The layout of the buildings quite complicated.
