The location was great for going around the sea side such as harbor land. The hotel is also one of the iconic hotel nearby the port island. This had made me excited to stay, however, there are a lot of problems. For example, they had “eco-friendly” cleaning. This means they wouldn’t change anything except towel the entire 3 days. Furthermore, the hotel did not had adapter for charging, as well the room did not have USB port, the lack of amenities is also concerning. The air con is also very warm (?) apparently, half the hotel room is shut down because of aircon check. But overall, employee were nice and it was a fair stay. The big problem is the price is way too high considering what it has to offer especially in a city like Kobe where prices should be lower than major cities

Bathrooms are the 90's type but overall rooms are clean. Love the shuttle service to Sannoomiya very frequent and convenient to go into the city instead of taking the trains. Front desk helped us to book for a taxi to the airport limousine area and it was Japanese punctuality. Overall pretty nice and decent place might come here again. Lastly the hotel is located next to the Convention Centre so if you have an event there this place is just perfect.

Really good experience in there!!! Love their hot spring!!!!!! You can have the really beautiful view when you enjoy the hot spring!!! The service was really good and they try their best to communicate in English with me. However, don’t expect that the room is so clean. Is still acceptable for me. Strongly recommended if you drive a car to there.

Excellent hotel for a family stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax with children. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help.
The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and family-friendly. Great value for a comfortable and enjoyable family trip. Highly recommended.

酒店挺大，從車站過去要上一個大坡，拉着行李太費勁。想打電話讓接，結果攜程提供的店換號碼少一位，打不通，正好有一個台灣家庭打了接站電話把我們一起接上了。
酒店不錯，服務人員很熱情，窗外山景很美，晚上温泉沒人，享受私湯待遇。
也可以免費開私湯。
因為攜程的電話號碼不對，聯繫不上酒店，沒有提前預訂晚餐，入住的時候晚餐預訂滿了，想在鎮上找吃的，結果好一點的飯館也都訂滿了。旅遊旺季一定要提前預訂晚餐。

温泉宿を決めるときに食事と景色と温泉の質で選んでいます。期待しているところは、特に食事ですかね。
食事は人それぞれ好みがありますが、今回は期待ハズレですかね。最後の締めの淡路ぬーどるっは食べれなかったです。海鮮が多いのでお肉を楽しみたい人には微妙です。
ロケーションはよかったです。温泉も3ヶ所行けて全部良かったです。うっとりするくらい景色には魅了しました。
食事の部屋も綺麗な景色がみれてのんびりできました。
お部屋は小さくコンパクトな感じですが、清潔感あって良かったです。広い部屋は広い部屋なりにコストはかかるのかなと思いました。家族風呂や貸切温泉などあるので、人と関わりたくない方にはいいと思います。
ラウンジバーみたいなのもあったり、カフェ施設もあってありました。ニュー淡路グループの違うとこでまた泊まれたらなと思います。

Probably my favourite hotel room in all my Japan trips. The room was really spacious, had a great balcony, fantastic view, the shower, bathtub and dressing area was big. Because of the hotel's location being right next to Yumebutai (or actually part of it), it is a destination in itself. We spent a morning just exploring Yumebutai and it was nice and chill. We took a cab after Demon Slayer night walk at Nijigen no Mori to the hotel (was just too tired to figure out the bus), it cost us about 2000yen for a 7-10 mins ride? the hotel is one of the main stops for bus route and we were able to take a direct bus back to Kobe Sannomiya the next day. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay at Hotel Okura Kobe. The room was large and very clean, with three comfortable beds that made it ideal for families. The natural light and view added to the relaxing atmosphere. Staff were friendly, attentive and made everything smooth from check in to check out. A truly comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kobe.

島花さんに泊まったのは初めてでしたがニューアワジグループのサービスの良さに感動でした。
夢泉景で釣りが出来て鯛を2匹釣ったのですが夜のディナーに調理して出してくださりとても美味しくいただきました。残りはきれいに処理していただき持ち帰ることが出来ました。島花は対岸の少し離れた場所にありますが湯めぐりも送迎していただけるので問題なく楽しめました。
またホカンスしに行きたいです

Not foreigner ( Western & Asian) friendly. We travelled around 70 Roykan in the last 3 years and this is the wrost service we ever had. Japanese get to seat and offered juices when they checked in while we have to stand at the front desk and no juice offered. We asked for the yukata rental (free rental) and the young staff just ignore us twice. We asked for sizes a few times then he just said it’s all here. Then when we picking the only two small sizes he grabbed and give it to the Japanese girl and ignore us or never ask us before he took it as he knows we are looking into those. Very rude.
Most of ryokan will bring you to the room or assist to bring luggage or already put in the room for you. This one you do everything yourself after check in.
When we get into the hotel room it’s hot as no aircon is on. Then air con is broken so we called reception. With their broken English they insisted I don’t know how to turn on the aircon which I told them the air con is broken, after 15mins on the phone showing me how to on I keep telling them to send the staff up as we are so hot in the room as it’s summer and no window open and no fan was on after moving luggage. They came up and fix the air con for 45mins then told us it’s broken and need to change room. The whole hour we were sweating but no offer of water / drinks or anything and we just stand in the room while they fixing. When they decided the room need to be changed, they asked us to wait downstairs but leave the luggage in the room so we thought they will move luggage to the new room but they did not. Staff see us so hot at lobby didn’t tell us there is free drinking machine that we can get ice juices , they just watch us hot and sweat and not saying a word. When the new room is finished, they gave us the new room key and asked us to move the luggage ourself and return the old key. No help at all and wasted 1.5 hours of our onsen time. No apologies as well. I feel like being treated like a trash. Not enjoyable at all.
I paid extra for the sea view room which when they change my room they offered a slightly bigger room but my sea view was mostly blocked (in the pic )which I am not so happy.
There is amenities corner at the lobby, at night after the onsen we come back and want to take the lotion as early on it was gone and they didn’t replenish, the female staff have a bad attitude and flip her eyes ask us which room we stayed, we showed her the key and she said the cream is already in the room which her broken English. There is one set in the room but those are small one time pack which we finish after we had the onsen so we want to take another one. She was rude and insist we can’t take. Her attitude was so bad seems like we are stealing. There is an amenities cornor, if you not allowing guest to take please do not have this setup.
Food is okay with the buffet. Wagyu beef is nice but they is a normal standard for Japanese onsen buffet nothing too special.
Overall, with the price paying compare to other roykan in Japan, this hotel have very bad service to non Japanese. There is also nothing special for this onsen. Probably best to try somewhere else.

CCaoyifanmama入住的日式山景房，酒店面朝大海在半山腰上，必須自駕才能到達。大堂很大，下午有免費小食和各種飲料及啤酒提供，還有免費乒乓室可以娛樂。日本人居多，晚餐和早餐都是自助餐形式，品種很多刺身也很新鮮。唯一感覺不好的是晚上需要自己鋪床，但是也能接受。工作日人也挺多

Проводили в номер, рассказали о порядке. Брали традиционный номер с футонами, вид из окна просто потрясающий. Онсен включает два источника, удобную зону раздевалок, массажных кресел, сауну и бассейн с холодной водой. Выдают фрипассы во 7 общественных бань деревни. Имеется шатл, который возит по точкам для прогулок. Цены не завышены. Завтрак на шведском столе был прекрасный. Остались очень довольны, хотелось бы вернуться сюда ещё!

MMisafir KullanıcıThis hotel is next to the ropeway to herb garden. There is a supermarket , train station and ¥100 shop within the same building. There is a 7-11 just outside (level 1). Parking is available at 8th floor for hotel guest chargeable at ¥1500 per night. Breakfast is fantastic - their curry , omelette and smoothie are their specialty. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel .

Ужин кайсеки красивый и вкусный, моя мечта попробовать его исполнилась :)
Завтрак обычный завтрак шведский стол, с японскими и европейскими блюдами
Также при въезде можно выбрать юкату, выбор широкий, одежда очень симпатичная.
Большое спасибо персоналу за помощь и особенно персоналу ресторана, мне очень помогли (у меня сломан палец и было неудобно есть палочкам и накладывать еду) и отнеслись максимально дружелюбно.

MMisafir KullanıcıLocation is not hard to find with clear signages and correct Google Navi - winding on the mountain road but manageable (on the way down though Google led us to a private road but it's not relevant here). The building is gorgeous - a little inconvenient dragging the luggage from the car to the room if you have lots of stuff. We kept the large suitcase in the car and only brought in what we needed for the night. Front desk lady's attitude was a little cold. There's no Futon service though - it shocked us a little that we had to lay out the futon in the Tatami room ourselves. All the Ryokans/Jhalf board hotels we went to would have Futon service during dinner time. Also the room was cold and we couldn't get the A/C to heat up properly; there might not be a heating function at all? There was also loud banging noise at some points (it was windy that day), but thanks goodness someone fixed it before we went to bed. Breakfast and dinner are OK, and meal service is good.

快快適旅温泉でゆっくりしたくなって、当日に予約しました。
3歳の子供と2人で宿泊しましたが、窓からの風景を観ると、六甲ライナーが頻繁に通って子供が喜びました。
数年前、独身の時に宿泊して良かった記憶があり、今回子供を連れて訪れてみましたがやっぱり良かったです。
築年齢が古いので、椅子や家具などの古さは感じますが、滞在していて何も支障はありませんでした。
三宮から離れており、六甲ライナーの終電時刻も早いので音に敏感な私にとってとても静かに過ごせて嬉しかったです。うるさいといつも耳栓をしますので…。
フロント近くにはキッズスペースがあり、本や積み木があります。マカロンクッションがカラフルで可愛いです。10月なのに３０度近くあり、暑かったので、子供が靴を脱いで遊べるスペースはありがたいです。
温泉はキレイでいくつかの温度のタイプに分かれており、気持ちいいです。部屋からタオル持参しなくていいところも便利。
