Data da hospedagem: 27/07/2025 a 31/07/25 Primeiras Impressões: O hotel impressiona pela arquitetura ampla e moderna, com instalações bem cuidadas e um ambiente sofisticado. O atendimento foi impecável: a equipe demonstrou simpatia e proatividade em todos os momentos, elevando a experiência. Infraestrutura e Serviços: Os destaques positivos incluem um ginásio bem equipado (com variedade de máquinas) e uma piscina interior de uso agradável. No entanto, observamos oportunidades de melhoria: - Ginásio: Alguns equipamentos apresentavam desgaste, como monitores sem pilhas e correntes com sinais de ferrugem, indicando necessidade de manutenção mais frequente. Piscina:O tamanho é limitado para o fluxo de hóspedes, causando eventual desconforto em horários de pico. Quartos e Banheiros: Apesar da limpeza impecável, os quartos e banheiros surpreenderam pela simplicidade excessiva. A decoração básica e detalhes como cortinas de banheira (em vez de boxes de vidro) parecem desalinhados com o padrão esperado para um hotel desta categoria. Pequeno-almoço: O pequeno almoço era muito variado, excelente, no entanto á que melhor o serviço de café, principalmente o expresso. Formavam-se longas filas e por vezes os consumíveis terminavam com muita gente á espera. Era recomendado mais uma máquina de café para reduzir o tempo de espera. Custo-Benefício: Considerando o valor investido (4 noites), esperava-se um refinamento maior em aspectos como acabamentos e manutenção. Em comparação com outras experiências (como um hotel 3 estrelas em outra ilha, com custo inferior e melhor desempenho em alguns aspectos), a relação qualidade-preço ficou abaixo do esperado. Хороший отель. Отличное расположение, рядом с центром города. Уютный небольшой отель. Красивый вид из окна на океан и порт. От завтрака много ожидать не стоит, завтрак не выше среднего. Сам отель понравился, вернемся в него еще.

El hotel está en pleno centro de Horta,bajas por una calle y estás en el puerto.Es antiguo pero todo muy limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico.LLevaros bañador y gorro ya que tiene gratuitos piscinas exterior e interior,sauna,jacuzzi y gimnasio.Los trabajadores te ayudan todo lo que pueden y hablan español muchos.Hay cerca aparcamiento gratuito

Whilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening. Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb. It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying. Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show. Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming. Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

Rahat ve sakin bir otel. Personel çok yardımsever. Havaalanına taksiyle 10 dakika uzaklıkta. Soğuk bir kış yürüyüşünün ardından ısınmak için mükemmel bir havuz, sauna ve jakuzi mevcut. Personel gezilerin düzenlenmesine yardımcı oluyor, bu harika. Kahvaltıda daha fazla çeşitlilik olmasını isterdim ama aç kalmazsınız. Misafirperverliğiniz için teşekkür ederim 🤗

The hotel has great facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool which is a huge bonus for children. From the hotel, it's about 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find many restaurants. The room furniture is slightly out of date but the hotel offers great breakfast, I have to say the coffee machine is the best.

Отличный отель с великолепными кроватями и постельным бельём. Бассейн морально устарел , и в нем очевидно не хватает хотя бы сауны , а лучше и хамама тоже. Завтрак хороший.

Perfect location on a beautiful island. Better get the room with a sea view and watch the boats come in. Good breakfast plenty of choice and wonderful fresh fruit. Staff all very pleasant and spread the happiness. Excellent pool kept meticulously clean. Hot tub if rain comes and hot sauna. R3 Restaurant just across the road. Gentle stroll along the front into town and the marina.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA
