Smile Hotel, yoğun trafiğe sahip yollardan birinin yaklaşık 50 metre ötesinde, küçük ve sessiz bir çıkmaz sokağın sonunda yer almaktadır. Öğlen 12 civarında geldim ve check-in işleminin saat 14:00'te yapılması gerektiği halde hemen odama çıkabildim. Çok cana yakın ve profesyonel personel. Oda yeterince büyüktü, denize doğru bazı alçak binaların manzarasını sunan açılabilen bir pencere vardı. Banyo iyi durumdaydı. Kahve yapma olanakları (bayıldım) 6. kattaki odamda kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Çatıda birkaç sandalye ve ahşap şezlong bulunan küçük bir havuz var. Otelden Central Nha Trang'daki tüm ilgi çekici noktalara çok kolay yürüyebilirsiniz. Otelden ana yolun karşısındaki Bloğu geçince iki dakika içinde Havaalanı Otobüs Durağı'na ulaşıyorsunuz. Mükemmel. Konaklamamdan gerçekten keyif aldım. Keşke daha uzun kalabilseydim.

I traveled alone on vacation and booked a villa with a garden – it was one of my best trips ever! The resort consists of rooms in a multi-story building, two-story blocks, and private villas. The property has 2 amazing pools: large, comfortable, and packed with cool features for kids. There’s also a shop in the main building where you can buy everything from instant noodles and ice cream to shampoo and umbrellas. Two restaurants offer very reasonable prices if you’re on a breakfast-only plan. The resort is literally a 6-minute drive from the airport and, in my opinion, the greenest, shadiest, and most comfortable among nearby options. They provide a shuttle to Nha Trang twice a day, dropping you off at the shopping mall opposite the Lotus Temple on the waterfront, with return shuttles from the same spot twice daily. The ride to Nha Trang takes about 40 minutes. To get around Nha Trang, I used GRAB taxis – just install the app and set ”cash” as the payment method; it worked perfectly. By the way, the resort exchanges Vietnamese dong (VND) at a slightly better rate than the airport. More about the resort: I booked via Trip.com and handled all communication with the resort through the app. Upon arrival, a free pre-arranged transfer (requested via a form they sent) was waiting. The driver met me at the exit with a sign bearing my name. Check-in was quick since it wasn’t busy. The resort is large and handles multiple check-ins/check-outs smoothly. My villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you could need (even a flashlight, umbrella, ironing board, and all imaginable toiletries). Housekeeping came daily and provided ample bottled water, so no issues there. There were a few mosquitoes, but the in-room fumigator handled them well. My package included breakfast, served for villa guests at the beachfront restaurant. They also offer afternoon tea (2–4 PM) with drinks, fruit, and pastries – perfect for a midday snack. I chose this resort specifically for its lush greenery, and it was a 100% success! The landscape design, variety of plants, and flowers are indescribably beautiful – you must see it! Waterfalls, ponds, and streams with fish create total relaxation. The grounds are expansive: walking the full loop is nearly 2 km. There’s also a golf course, tennis courts, and a small but well-equipped gym. The resort’s private beach is excellent: plenty of loungers, easy entry into the sea, a lifeguard on duty from 6 AM to 6 PM, and it’s very clean. Note: abandoned construction sites flank the resort, and the sea washes debris onto their shores (naturally, no one cleans it), but it’s not excessive. The coastline itself is huge – 17 km long – perfect for endless walks with very few people. The spa is stunning (private lakeside cabins, skilled masseuses), and the Japanese restaurant on the 20th floor of the main building offers incredible views. In summary: This resort suits any type of vacation. For peace and quiet (choose a villa – serene with greenery right outside), or for families/friends with kids (great entertainment, pools, beach, and restaurant menus). I highly recommend it and will return with my family!

Yemekler övgüye değer, çok sayıda meyve, çok sayıda farklı deniz ürünü - midye, istiridye, kalamar, balık, kurbağa, timsah. Ayrıca et, tavuk, ördek de var. Çok sayıda tatlı, lezzetli. Şampanya var. Ne zaman gelseniz, hemen bilezik takmalarını seviyorum, aç kalmıyorsunuz, ancak size sadece saat 14:00'ten itibaren oda verebiliyorlar ve oda hazırsa hemen veriyorlar. Ve çıkış yaptığınızda bilezikleri hemen kesmiyorlar, otelden çıkış yapana kadar rahatça bekleyebilirsiniz.

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new, built less than a year ago. Hotel itself and all the amenities are new and clean. Breakfast is also great and diversified. Staff was responsive and nice.

We had room 1004 suite, ocean view. Excellent location of the hotel not on a noisy street (that's what we wanted), 2nd line, no high-rise buildings in front of the hotel, good view and 5 minutes walk to the sea. The hotel is new, comfortable, clean. They promised to open a spa in May. The room is large, comfortable beds, good quality linen and towels, bath, shower, 2 toilets, there is a desk for work, a large plaza. Very friendly staff, no comments on their work, anticipated all our wishes. We liked everything - the cleaning team, the reception staff, restaurant, pool and pool bar, the friendly Manager. At the reception, a nice Russian-speaking girl, Miss Vi Lee, was very helpful, solved all our problems. The restaurant has good breakfasts. We were also provided with a free transfer to and from the airport, free laundry of 5 things, packed lunch boxes for the road, printed our tickets. We are very pleased with our stay in Vietnam, and this is largely thanks to the Sea Soul hotel. We will choose this hotel next time when we visit Nha Trang. Many thanks!

We spent 4D3N at JW Marriott Cam Ranh Resort & Spa and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, largely thanks to the wonderful service from the staff. The resort itself is still relatively new and it shows — the grounds were well kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. The pools were in great condition, and the slow river was a highlight, especially drifting along on a float in such a peaceful setting. The location, however, is something to plan for. The resort is about a 40-minute drive from Nha Trang city, so it’s best to plan your days properly to maximise time spent within the resort rather than commuting back and forth. We were assigned a ground-level room, which was convenient for access, but it came with a few drawbacks. Every morning, we experienced noticeable footsteps from the room above, along with cleaning noises from the corridors and sidewalks outside. The bigger issue was the shower drainage — it was consistently poor, often overflowing and spilling water outside the shower stall. I had to manually remove the drain cover to allow water to flow. Given the visibly wet area outside the shower and the removed drain cover, I would have expected housekeeping to notice and address it, but unfortunately this issue persisted throughout our entire stay. Where the resort truly shines is its people. The ground staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — not once were my partner and I delayed or told to wait. Buggies arrived promptly whenever we needed transport around the resort. Despite some language barriers, everyone was full of smiles and genuinely eager to help. One gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) remembered my name from the breakfast manifest and greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths elsewhere in the resort — always with a smile. Special mentions: • Hau was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Her impeccable service made us feel relaxed from the start, and even on check-out day, she remembered my name, greeted me warmly, and checked in to see how our stay had been. • Bryan was proactive and enthusiastic, offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance our experience. He also consistently checked in with us whenever we bumped into him. • Linh and Andrew at the front desk were excellent — check-out was smooth, and all our questions were answered clearly and efficiently. Dining-wise, the seafood grill restaurant was just alright. We enjoyed some dishes, but others missed the mark. The steak, in particular, was overcooked and grainy, even for a striploin, and our preferred doneness was not checked beforehand. While we provided feedback, it was merely acknowledged without any follow-up, which was disappointing given the brand and pricing. The spa experience was very enjoyable. The therapists were skilled, the singing bowl was a lovely touch, and combined with the serene surroundings, it made for a truly relaxing session. That said, for the price paid — even with the Bonvoy discount — it may be worth exploring other spa options around Cam Ranh. Overall, this was a nice and relaxing stay. We would definitely return for the outstanding service and the genuinely warm and attentive staff. Next time, however, we would likely skip the resort restaurant and opt for a spa in town instead.

A lam was magical, such a beautiful place to enjoy the beauty of Vietnam. Beaches, activities in the resort- hiking, fun fishing, swimming, the food was incredible. Both local Veg and meat options were delicious and fresh. The Italian was good too. The viet coffee is a must try, deserts were amazing- we tried the viet coffee crème brule and tiramisu, the apple crumble was a winner! The jungle spa was a nice and natural environment to destress after your flight and travels. The boat pick up and transfers were organised for us as we preferred. The service was amazing. They helped us check into our flight on priority as we had a last minute flight change. Thom’s service was impeccable! ✨ highly recommended stay for luxury and peaceful at its best!

２年前に主人と宿泊してとても良かったので今回も宿泊しました。ビーチ前でオーシャンビューなのは前回同様堪能しました。ルームサービスが美味しかったので今回も利用しようと思いましたが、部屋にあるQRコードが読み取れません。見るからに使えそうにないQRコードです。フロントにQRコードがほしいとお願いしたら、電話でルームサービスのオーダーをしろとのこと。メニューがわからなければ電話でオーダーもできず、今回は１度もルームサービス利用しませんでした。気に入っていたホテルだったのでたいへんショックを受けました。ニャチャンはとても魅力的なビーチですが、次回は無いかなと残念な思いをしました。

Fena bir yer değil, manzarası harika, ama Ned'i Bice manzarasının tam karşısına koymuşlar. Bence uyanıp denizi görmek, yandaki otellerin duvarlarını görmekten daha iyi. Zemin kirliydi... kahvaltı güzeldi, birçok seçenek vardı, hatta bir parça devekuşu eti bile denedim. Sığır etine benziyordu. Yüzme havuzu büyük ve sabahtan öğleden sonraya kadar güneş yok, bu yüzden güneş yanığı olmadan güvenle yüzebilirsiniz. Aşağıda birçok güzel kafe bulabilirsiniz. Ayrıca plaj hemen köşede. Ama ekstra ücret ödeyip saat 17:00'de çıkış yaptım ve bana boş oda olmadığını söylediler ve tahmin edin ne oldu? Şimdi trip.com'da kontrol ettim ve benimkine benzer 3 oda boş ve rezerve edilebilir durumda!! Not: Bir sky bar var ama çalışmıyor, çöl gibi bomboş.
