If you're looking for somewhere quiet and less hectic, this hotel is an excellent choice, as it's situated 2-3 km away from the center of Sapa. However, this also means it's not the most convenient location if you want easy access to restaurants, pubs, or night tours, as there are virtually no commercial establishments nearby. Overall, the receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the mountains. My only minor complaint was a clock in the room that went off at midnight for no apparent reason. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast—the waffle with honey was delicious, and the beef pho was especially good.

Room is big and clean, breakfast taste good, nearby by Sun Plaza which is abt 10 mins walk. The service of restaurant is very good and the manager is meticulous. Surprisingly a simple dish fried rice also taste very good but the fish was bit undercooked. Infinity pool is cool pity that the weather was too cold, couldn't enjoy the infinity pool. Massage skill is not very good, miscommunication between the reception and spa caused me wasting time (first time the receptionist told me ok to go at a timing but in fact fully booked, wasted my trip down and waited for 15 mins while nobody was around at the reception of spa; second time the masseur was late for almost 25 minutes) The masseur was having cough but did not wear mask.

The location is good. It's by the Red River and it's strategically located less than 1km away from the Chinese-Vietnamese border. There're many convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops which make it very convenient. The room is spacious and clean. The staff, although not very proficient in English, did try their best to communicate with me. The limited breakfast options is the only ”wish could be better” for me but this is more than made up for by just how cheap their room rates are! As a business traveler, this hotel goes on my list of preferred vendors.

Yakın zamanda KK Sapa Hotel'de kaldım ve vardığım andan itibaren çok etkilendim. Personel beni sıcak bir şekilde karşıladı ve ihtiyacım olan her konuda yardımcı olmaya her zaman hazırdı. Oda geniş, temiz ve nefes kesici dağ ve Mường Hoa Vadisi manzaralarına sahipti; balkondan manzaranın tadını çıkararak bütün günümü geçirebilirdim. Yüksek katta bir oda istemiştim ama ne yazık ki 3. katta bir oda verdiler. Kapalı yüzme havuzu, fitness merkezi ve dinlenmek ve güzel fotoğraflar çekmek için mükemmel bir çatı katı salonu gibi olanaklar mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı hem Batı hem de Asya seçenekleriyle çeşitliydi ve lezzeti mükemmeldi. Şehir merkezine yakın ama yine de huzurlu olan konumu, dinlendirici bir kaçamak için ideal olmasını sağlıyordu. Bu konaklama gerçekten unutulmazdı ve Sapa'ya tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle KK Sapa Hotel'i tekrar tercih edeceğim.

The place and spot is cozy, it is accessible and near to tourist spots such as Moana Sapa(walking distance) and Sun Plaza. Staff is really kind and considerate, we weren't able to go back before our check out time(12PM) but the lady in front desk said we do not need to worry and they gave us time to pack up and checked out at almost 1PM. Super clean room and complete toiletries. Pool is available and has magnificent mountain view as well as the room. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot of choices! Will definitely go back and will bring some friends next time. Thank you!

L’endroit est magnifique à environ 30 min du centre de Sapa. Nous préférons cet endroit pour son calme et son authenticité. Il y a des taxi Grab pour environ 8€ pour rejoindre Sapa. Concernant la chambre il y a le strict minimum. La propreté est moyenne, elle aurait pu être mieux. Attention il y a beaucoup d’insectes du fait qu’on soit à la campagne ! Et les chambres sont très mal isolées et peu intimes. Le matin vous serez réveillés vers 5/6h au levé du jour !! Sinon le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent, nous avons adoré 😍 voici les photos. Les prix étaient très corrects ce qui vous évitent d’aller autre part. Le personnel est très gentil.

We had a wonderful stay at Pao’s Sapa. The hotel has excellent facilities, and the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although our booking did not include free breakfast, we decided to purchase it separately, and it was definitely the best decision. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The hotel also offers great amenities such as a gym and a swimming pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight is its convenient location, as it is very close to Moana Cafe, making it easy to visit one of Sapa’s popular spots. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable experience and would highly recommend Pao’s Sapa to anyone visiting the area.

If you like to immerse in nature, this is the resort you should booked! This resort is up in the mountains with fresh air. We stayed in a bungalow which has a nice balcony to chill. But weather was too cold to chill outside so is a pity. There’s warm blanket already lay on the bed so you won’t freeze to death during winter time😄. Breakfast was good too. There’s free shuttle to bring you to town & back as well. Highly recommended for those who like outskirts stay which are mostly quiet & serene.

Lady hill is an excellent resort with every request catered for. Rooms are fantastic and view is certainly mesmerising. I unfortunately had an injury in Sapa, however the resort really looked after our needs throughly. Breakfast spread is delightful especially with the sunrise so be sure to arrive early to catch a view. I am truly grateful to Joseph the resteraunt manager, all reception staff and nurse for giving us a caring and amazing stay over Christmas.

Very friendly service. Amazing location, less than 3’minutes walking distance from the border. Great to relax after a long journey through China. Shame the swimming pool was closed.
