"The location is good. It's by the Red River and it's strategically located less than 1km away from the Chinese-Vietnamese border. There're many convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops which make it very convenient. The room is spacious and clean. The staff, although not very proficient in English, did try their best to communicate with me. The limited breakfast options is the only ”wish could be better” for me but this is more than made up for by just how cheap their room rates are! As a business traveler, this hotel goes on my list of preferred vendors."

"We stayed 3 nights in the Grand Room with Mountain View during the winter season. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There is hot water available 24/7 to warm our souls in the cold weather. The huge bath tub was also a bonus. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush/paste and bedroom slippers are also provided. The location of the hotel is superb. Sun Plaza is probably 7 to 8 mins walk away from the hotel (with some slope going up) but it is very manageable. There are many outdoor gear shops, good restaurants and massage parlours around the area and within walking distance (some as close as 1 to 2 mins of walking). Breakfast is served in typical buffet style and included some local dishes. Nothing very fancy but definitely good enough to fill your stomachs. The infinity pool is just right beside the restaurant and offers a very good view of the mountains. The hotel staff are all very friendly and the front desk speaks perfect english. They are always ready to serve your needs and you can arrange tours/spas with them. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth every penny spent and we would definitely recommend it!"

"Lady hill is an excellent resort with every request catered for. Rooms are fantastic and view is certainly mesmerising. I unfortunately had an injury in Sapa, however the resort really looked after our needs throughly. Breakfast spread is delightful especially with the sunrise so be sure to arrive early to catch a view. I am truly grateful to Joseph the resteraunt manager, all reception staff and nurse for giving us a caring and amazing stay over Christmas."

"토파스 에코로지에서 6월초 2박했습니다. 지금까지 수십번의 해외여행중에 손꼽히는 숙소였습니다. 다음에 다시 오고싶다는 생각이 드는 곳이었어요. 숙소는 옆에 숙소와 충분한 거리가 있어서 프라이버시가 보장됩니다. 그래서 아마 방마다 발코니 뷰가 약간씩은 다를거같아요. 스태프들중 일부는 영어 대화가 어려웠지만, 먼저 현지어로 신짜오 인사해주면 반갑게 응대해주었어요. 하나같이 최선을 다하는 모습이었습니다. 4계절 온수풀은 아이랑 놀기에 더없이 좋았어요. 다만, 사파 시내에서도 40분은 들어가야하는 곳이라 주변에 다른 식당이나 상점이 없어서, 모든 음식을 숙소 안에서 해결해야 하는데, 가격 대비해서는 훌륭하다 생각되지 않았습니다. 물론 가성비 생각하면 이 숙소를 잡지도 않았겠지만, 약간이라도 아쉬운것을 굳이 꼽자면 음식이었어요. 그외에는 절대만족이고, 누군가 묻는다면 추천해줄 숙소입니다."

"All I can say is that this hotel is one of the best! It’s very affordable, but they still offer a great breakfast buffet with both Vietnamese and American options. You can even choose how you want your scrambled eggs cooked, which is a nice touch.✨ The staff are very friendly, and they clean your room every day, change the towels, and refill the tissues. The standard room doesn’t have air conditioning has electric fan, but honestly, Sa Pa is very cold, so you don’t really need it, maybe just air conditioning heater. The bed already has a heater, which keeps you warm and comfortable but still cold asf hahaha but again Sapa if very cold tbh!!! This hotel definitely deserves great feedback. I’m from the Philippines, and I really enjoyed staying here. You can even see the train from the hotel, and they also have pools. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to Vietrekking Coffee Shop and you can walk going to Sun Plaza too!😍 Will go back here soon! 😍 Thank you, Joville! They have also hair blower, iron for the clothes you can ask, hot/cold showers!🥰"

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

If you're looking for somewhere quiet and less hectic, this hotel is an excellent choice, as it's situated 2-3 km away from the center of Sapa. However, this also means it's not the most convenient location if you want easy access to restaurants, pubs, or night tours, as there are virtually no commercial establishments nearby. Overall, the receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the mountains. My only minor complaint was a clock in the room that went off at midnight for no apparent reason. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast—the waffle with honey was delicious, and the beef pho was especially good.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Nice and comfy room. Though traveling with a friend but we stayed in family room. It's spacious and its design was practical. The sink is outside the bathroom so one can use it when other persons is showering. The view at restaurant is stunning. Recommend to wake up in early morning and find some window seats at breakfast room. In addition, the service is excellent since the greeting message after complete booking. The staffs are very helpful and polite. They can find the car taking us from Noi Bai airport and also help contacting drivers during our stay.

Everything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view. The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose. Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

All I can say is that this hotel is one of the best! It’s very affordable, but they still offer a great breakfast buffet with both Vietnamese and American options. You can even choose how you want your scrambled eggs cooked, which is a nice touch.✨ The staff are very friendly, and they clean your room every day, change the towels, and refill the tissues. The standard room doesn’t have air conditioning has electric fan, but honestly, Sa Pa is very cold, so you don’t really need it, maybe just air conditioning heater. The bed already has a heater, which keeps you warm and comfortable but still cold asf hahaha but again Sapa if very cold tbh!!! This hotel definitely deserves great feedback. I’m from the Philippines, and I really enjoyed staying here. You can even see the train from the hotel, and they also have pools. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to Vietrekking Coffee Shop and you can walk going to Sun Plaza too!😍 Will go back here soon! 😍 Thank you, Joville! They have also hair blower, iron for the clothes you can ask, hot/cold showers!🥰

We stayed 3 nights in the Grand Room with Mountain View during the winter season. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There is hot water available 24/7 to warm our souls in the cold weather. The huge bath tub was also a bonus. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush/paste and bedroom slippers are also provided. The location of the hotel is superb. Sun Plaza is probably 7 to 8 mins walk away from the hotel (with some slope going up) but it is very manageable. There are many outdoor gear shops, good restaurants and massage parlours around the area and within walking distance (some as close as 1 to 2 mins of walking). Breakfast is served in typical buffet style and included some local dishes. Nothing very fancy but definitely good enough to fill your stomachs. The infinity pool is just right beside the restaurant and offers a very good view of the mountains. The hotel staff are all very friendly and the front desk speaks perfect english. They are always ready to serve your needs and you can arrange tours/spas with them. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth every penny spent and we would definitely recommend it!
