Yakın zamanda KK Sapa Hotel'de kaldım ve vardığım andan itibaren çok etkilendim. Personel beni sıcak bir şekilde karşıladı ve ihtiyacım olan her konuda yardımcı olmaya her zaman hazırdı. Oda geniş, temiz ve nefes kesici dağ ve Mường Hoa Vadisi manzaralarına sahipti; balkondan manzaranın tadını çıkararak bütün günümü geçirebilirdim. Yüksek katta bir oda istemiştim ama ne yazık ki 3. katta bir oda verdiler. Kapalı yüzme havuzu, fitness merkezi ve dinlenmek ve güzel fotoğraflar çekmek için mükemmel bir çatı katı salonu gibi olanaklar mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı hem Batı hem de Asya seçenekleriyle çeşitliydi ve lezzeti mükemmeldi. Şehir merkezine yakın ama yine de huzurlu olan konumu, dinlendirici bir kaçamak için ideal olmasını sağlıyordu. Bu konaklama gerçekten unutulmazdı ve Sapa'ya tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle KK Sapa Hotel'i tekrar tercih edeceğim.

Location is considered nearby the main Sapa centre where down the road on left turn after coming out of the hotel, nice steamboat and bbq, massage parlour, clubs, places to drink at night and Sapa market are located, walking distance ard 10 to 15 minutes. Its also 10 minutes away by walking near the bus station to pick up for those taking the sleeper bus back to Hanoi. View of the hotel is nice, with mountains but a little foggy during the stay. Direct sun into the room in the morning. Hotel staff is kind enough to arrange for transportation to the interesting places in Sapa without any additional cost, payment is 100% to the driver. Downside is hotel does not have lift, all luggage and items has to be taken up using the flight of stairs beside the hotel, and its in the open area with no roof/shade, if raining will definitely be wet. But hotel does provide umbrella and hotel staff will assist in bring up the luggage. Hotel itself is also located up an upslope before reaching the lobby. Hot water shower only last at most 15 minutes, afterwards water starts to turn cold, not good for a cold weather as such.

Room is big and clean, breakfast taste good, nearby by Sun Plaza which is abt 10 mins walk. The service of restaurant is very good and the manager is meticulous. Surprisingly a simple dish fried rice also taste very good but the fish was bit undercooked. Infinity pool is cool pity that the weather was too cold, couldn't enjoy the infinity pool. Massage skill is not very good, miscommunication between the reception and spa caused me wasting time (first time the receptionist told me ok to go at a timing but in fact fully booked, wasted my trip down and waited for 15 mins while nobody was around at the reception of spa; second time the masseur was late for almost 25 minutes) The masseur was having cough but did not wear mask.

If you're looking for somewhere quiet and less hectic, this hotel is an excellent choice, as it's situated 2-3 km away from the center of Sapa. However, this also means it's not the most convenient location if you want easy access to restaurants, pubs, or night tours, as there are virtually no commercial establishments nearby. Overall, the receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the mountains. My only minor complaint was a clock in the room that went off at midnight for no apparent reason. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast—the waffle with honey was delicious, and the beef pho was especially good.

I had stay for 2 night the room is good have heater and hot water excellent in winter time room is clean Breakfast is include . Convenient to go cat cat village and Moana cafe . The owner very kindness and helpful🥰

The stay was wonderful. Room is cozy and toilet is clean too. Had the sofa bed for my daughter. Great views of hills in the morning. Enjoyed the pool and good morning breakfast from set menus. Loved their pancakes. Pearline was very helpful in keeping me updated even before we arrived. We came in midnight by bus and our key was at the reception with videos sent us to find our way to rooms. We got motorbike rental for all 3 days we stayed and she was helpful with suggestions. Overall we loved sapa and also the JK homestay too. I would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Pao’s Sapa. The hotel has excellent facilities, and the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although our booking did not include free breakfast, we decided to purchase it separately, and it was definitely the best decision. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The hotel also offers great amenities such as a gym and a swimming pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight is its convenient location, as it is very close to Moana Cafe, making it easy to visit one of Sapa’s popular spots. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable experience and would highly recommend Pao’s Sapa to anyone visiting the area.

L’endroit est magnifique à environ 30 min du centre de Sapa. Nous préférons cet endroit pour son calme et son authenticité. Il y a des taxi Grab pour environ 8€ pour rejoindre Sapa. Concernant la chambre il y a le strict minimum. La propreté est moyenne, elle aurait pu être mieux. Attention il y a beaucoup d’insectes du fait qu’on soit à la campagne ! Et les chambres sont très mal isolées et peu intimes. Le matin vous serez réveillés vers 5/6h au levé du jour !! Sinon le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent, nous avons adoré 😍 voici les photos. Les prix étaient très corrects ce qui vous évitent d’aller autre part. Le personnel est très gentil.

Nice and comfy room. Though traveling with a friend but we stayed in family room. It's spacious and its design was practical. The sink is outside the bathroom so one can use it when other persons is showering. The view at restaurant is stunning. Recommend to wake up in early morning and find some window seats at breakfast room. In addition, the service is excellent since the greeting message after complete booking. The staffs are very helpful and polite. They can find the car taking us from Noi Bai airport and also help contacting drivers during our stay.
