Beautiful hotel with a moor onsen spa and sauna. However it is a 15-min walk from the station and shuttle service is limited. Lots of weddings and royal visit at this resort. Twin Room is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to M fast food chain next door and Aeon shopping nearby. I would highly recommend it.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. They share that the carpark beside the hotel also belongs to theirs and we may pay the car park fee to the hotel and collect the QR code slip each time we exit the carpark to enjoy multiple entrance/exit for the day. The car park fee is really affordable with multiple entrance/exit. However for the hotel room per night considered on a high side but the hotel location was so convenient, few minutes walk to JR Hakodate Station and Hakodate Morning Market. It was a pleasant stay and first time experience in Hakodate - JR Inn Hakodate. We will definitely return if we ever come Hakodate again. Thank you so much!

Room is very clean and short 7mins walk to integrated Sapporo JR station, subway (Namboku and Toho line) and bus terminal. The hotel also upgraded me to a more comfortable double bed room which is kind of standard for all the places I have travelled. Amenities are always replenished unlike some hotels which don’t provide. Staff are very polite. I don’t know how many times I have bowed in return. Also, although the room is facing JR railway, the sound insulation is very good - no disturbance from train movement. Buffet breakfast is also very good with all kinds of sushi such as blow fish, flat fish, blue crab miso soup, ramen, Mongolian bbq mutton Jingkisukan, and even sparkling wine. I would stay here again if come to Sapporo.

I booked this ryokan last minute because I had to cancel my Hakodate trip due to the earthquake and tsunami warning. It turned out to be the best possible alternative! I really loved two things about this place: the incredible Onsen and the prime location. The onsen is, without a doubt, the biggest I've tried in Japan, with more than seven beautifully maintained indoor and outdoor pools. One major plus is that the baths are open for extremely long hours—from 5 AM until 1 AM. If you have a change of plans or delays due to weather, you can always head to the onsen to fully relax and unwind. If you go just before sunset, you can even see a spectacular view of Hell Valley from the onsen. The location couldn't be better; it's just minutes away from Hell Valley. I highly recommend going at night for an evening stroll to experience the ”Path of Demon Fire”—it’s basically a path lit up with small lanterns, creating a really unique and spooky vibe. The hotel also offers a discounted price and provides a free shuttle to the Bear Park—a definite must-go, especially with all the snow!

Love the modernistic look of the room. Excellent location because is so near the seafood market. Car park is next to the hotel and it’s free parking. Need to exchange for the exit ticket and it’s open air car parking. We like the microwave, induction cooker, bowls, plates and simple area to warm up food.

stayed one night at Hotel Amanek Asahikawa and overall had a good experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and efficient. My room wasn’t huge, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was surprisingly cozy, and I appreciated the modern touches in the room’s design. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants, which made getting around simple. The public bath was a nice bonus after a long day of traveling—nothing fancy, but relaxing and well maintained. If I had to mention anything, the walls felt a bit thin, so I could occasionally hear sounds from the hallway. However, it wasn’t enough to disrupt my sleep. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for one night. Good value, friendly staff, and a comfortable place to rest—I'd be happy to stay again if I return to Asahikawa.

2nd time to visit Asahikawa city and stay at the same hotel. It’s very convenient and delicious breakfast. The hotel opposite the AEON and JR Station. We recommend to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Cross Sapporo. One night we asked for heating up the bento food we had from outside. The staff helped warm up the food upon request. And the food temperature was just nice for consumption. Hotel design and space is family friendly. Highly recommended for family for those looking to stay near train stn and within shopping district.

The room, public bath, breakfast and cleanliness. Everything is perfect! Nothing can complain about this hotel.
