Everything about this hotel is up to my expectations except the male receptionist in the front desk during my check in really make my mood foul, that male receptionist is quite arrogant and unfriendly, it really tarnish the image of this hotel, since almost everything about this hotel is perfect but end up tarnish by an arrogant male receptionist in the frontdesk.

Very great location and clean. Worth the price for budget travelers. Although it’s really packed but the hotel is just for rest of the night so that’s okay, the bed is good and give you good sleep

Fantastic hotel nestled @ the bustling city centre of Ssukino where the prominent Nikka OOH billiboard is. The hotel is situated right above Susukino train station 🚉 & within Cocono Shopping Mall for easy access & great convenience to travel to anywhere in Sapporo. Arrived @ the perfect timing to indulge in the reowned 🇯🇵 Sapporo snow & ice festival 2026 ⛄️❄️🧊 . The place come into life @ night with iconic ice sculptures, diverse entertainment & diverse F&B options. Best thing is it’s merely 250m away from the Tanukikoji Shopping Street with countless Sapporo Beauty Stores & Don Donki. The hotel is modern, stylish & contemporary, boasting clean & comfy room for good slumber dreams 🛌 . An incredible discovery was the buffet breakfast 🍳🍞 was definitely thr best ever which we have savoured in Sapporo, with ingeniously decorated F&B offerings to feast your senses. Exvellenr choice, Next to best, Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻🤛🏻

Amazing hotel. Close to the TV tower and the park. The train station is also not far away. It's convenient for when you have to walk with your luggage in the snow. Relaxing hot bath. Lavish breakfast with a lot of options. Outstanding service. The only complaint is that the laundry service was closed for the holidays and there is no self service laundry in the hotel. The closest one was 20 minutes away.

I have stay this hotel for 5 nights. gotten a free upgrade , and the room size is spacious. The room is very comfortable and clean. However, the TV cannot play YouTube, this is one of the shortage

The hotel just opposite Aeon. Very strategic location, near JR station and main bus station. Great service by the front desk and we love the amenities provided especially the salt bath and face moisturiser. Plenty of parking around and can park in Aeon as well. Went Christmas week and have this Christmas tree right in front of the hotel.

We had a good overall stay at Daiichi Takimotokan, a large traditional ryokan-style hotel. While the property is a little dated, it is well maintained and kept clean. The hotel itself offers plenty to do, including restaurants, a souvenir shop, simple arcade games, karaoke, massage services, a public onsen, and even a small reading area with Japanese books. You can easily spend time exploring the building without needing to go out. The location is very convenient. It is just outside the main (short) shopping street and within walking distance to Jigokudani, making it easy to explore the area. Our stay included breakfast and dinner buffet. Dinner had a wide variety of options, including popular sashimi selections and steamed snow crabs, along with both Japanese and Western dishes. Breakfast was a simpler spread but still satisfying. We stayed in a Japanese-style room and found the futons comfortable to sleep on. As we visited during winter, the room had central heating only. At times, we cooled the room by slightly opening the window to let in some cold air. Yukata robes are provided in the room (or you can choose one that fits you at the lobby), and you can wear them around the hotel when heading to the onsen, restaurants, or arcade. The public onsen area is spacious and features many different pools with various functions, so you can take your time and enjoy the experience. Just remember to wash yourself thoroughly at the shower stations before entering the onsen pools. Unfortunately, we did not try the outdoor onsen despite it being open — we were a little intimidated by the winter cold! Overall, we would recommend this hotel, especially for first-timers who want to experience staying in a traditional ryokan. Tip: There are direct buses to and from the hotel from New Chitose Airport and Sapporo. The bus stop is only about 50 metres from the hotel entrance, which made walking in the snow much easier for us. However, the service runs only once a day, so be sure to check the schedule and plan your itinerary accordingly.

Hotel Gracery Sapporo is a convenient and comfortable choice for travelers visiting Sapporo. Its location is excellent, just a short walk from Sapporo Station, making transportation, shopping, and dining very easy. The rooms are clean, modern, and well equipped, offering a cozy space to rest after a day of sightseeing. Staff are friendly, professional, and helpful, providing smooth check-in and good service throughout the stay. The hotel also offers useful amenities and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, Hotel Gracery Sapporo delivers great comfort, convenience, and value, making it a reliable option for both leisure and business travelers.

The room was very clean and comfortable, big enough to fit 2 large sized luggages and additional baggage. Location is so convenient just opposite the Hakodate train station and bus station making it ideal for sightseeing around Hakodate. There are souvenir shops and a drugstore just beside the hotel. It’s also just one street beside the Hakodate morning where you can hop over for fresh sashimi and uni. The Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses is just a walkable distance with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The hotel bar is also nice and cosy with an amazing night view.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. It’s conveniently located — just a short walk to AEON and directly connected to the train station, which makes it very easy to get around. Parking is available, although it comes with an additional fee. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
