The room was really spacious and good for a family. The view was good, the rooms are clean. The location is really good and very easy to get taxis and transportation. The only downside is it only has 1 bathroom but everything else has been exceptional.

An excellent choice for families with elderly or children. Our group of four stayed in the Lakeview family room with bunk beds which had a beautiful view of the lake area and at the side the Grand Lisboa. The suite was very spacious and the bunk beds were almost the size of a standard double. Nothing to fault with the amenities and cleanliness. The hotel breakfast was international/ continental breakfast and of what you would expect for a good hotel. We used the taxi mostly but the bus terminals are steps away from the entrance and the hotel is easily walkable to the ruins of Saint Paul area. The shopping mall was quiet, there arent many shops and Lafayette galleries has closed down,, but the supermarket is very well stocked and had everything you might need for a longer stay. A special mention to Miguel, and Nelson, who offered us warm service and hospitality at check in and upon checkout. We had a great stay and would recommend!

This hotel is right in front of several bus stations which can take you wherever you need in Macau. It also has convenience stores nearby, such as 7-eleven. There is a really good Muslim restaurant with great food right next to it, Zam Zam. I highly recommend it. Sadly the swimming pool is seasonal, so it was not working at the time we were there, but it must be really cool in summer. The door cards employ an old system so be careful not to place it next to your smart phone or it will lose its configuration. Smoking is strictly forbidden, so you'll have to go outside the hotel to do it. Anyways, it's a standard hotel with all the basics you need. Nothing fancy though.

Really luxurious and spacious. We had a balcony that faces the sea and sunrise. Very good view. Breakfast was good! But it's the same everyday. Hoping it'll rotate every few days. Gym was good. Swimming pool, sauna,, jacuzzi, and steam room all good! Swimming pool had some work done tho. Location is pretty far from the cotai area and there nothing much at night. Only one convenient store at the lobby. All in all still enjoyable.

The check in was quick and we got into the room soon after we'd arrived. We ordered some food that was delivered to our room. The choice was slim at that time since it was already past 9 pm. The pasta was okay, but fish and chips we didn't enjoy so much. Breakfast was fine. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. The location is a bit far away from the city center, but every 15 or so minutes, the hotel staff could help you call a taxi. It was a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Stayed at Altira Macau on my birthday and had a fantastic experience. The room was well prepared, and check-in was smooth. Special thanks to the front desk and concierge team for helping receive my birthday cake and for storing a case of wine that arrived ahead of time, which made the celebration hassle-free. As always, the hotel’s service quality was excellent. The telephone operator was consistently polite and addressed me by name, and every staff member provided sincere and heartfelt service. I would gladly stay again. Overall, Altira Macau maintains a high standard of hospitality, and I highly recommend it for special occasions.

Liting'in konumu çok uygun ve Fisherman's Wharf'a ⛵️ yakın, bu da check-in yapmayı seven arkadaşlar için uygun. Odalar yeterli renkli aydınlatmaya sahip ve ortam rahat. Klima, gittikten sonra bile sizi sıcak tutmaya yetiyor. Yaz aylarında dışarıda. Oda geniştir, sehpa, çalışma masası ve elektrik için birden fazla UBS prizi vardır. I’m a local staying here for post-surgery recovery, extended my stay two times. Reception is decent and helpful. The Japanese restaurant on ground floor is really good and so is the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. I’d say give it a try if you’re staying there, the price is average, totally not overpriced for being inside a hotel. The room soundproof is terrible, you’re out of luck if other guests staying in rooms surrounding you talk super loud or have loud kids. You can also clearly hear conversations outside the hallway. You can also hear the water pipe noises whenever people staying upstairs/downstairs shower. Not the most serene environment. Amenities are alright, the provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are a bit small so you’d constantly have to ask for refills for longer stays. The bath tub is bigger than usual ones so that’s a good thing but not a fan of the type of shower head they chose, and the tube is a bit short too but there’s an overhead if needed. I wouldn’t say the location is convenient for tourists as there is nothing surrounding the hotel but they do provide scheduled shuttle buses to get round town and to some hotspots. The walk to the nearest light rail station is around 12-18min (depending on your pace) on foot.

The hotel is a beautifully renovated former fortress with remarkable artistic and historical value. Despite being within walking distance from the bustling city center, it offers a peaceful environment where you can wake up to the sound of birds singing. Its location is also ideal for exploring Macau’s World Heritage sites, being close to the historical preservation area. Most of the staff speak English, and everyone was very kind and service-minded, making my stay extremely comfortable. If I were to mention one minor drawback, it would be that there are not enough power outlets in the room — having a few more would make it even better.

Eğlence fabrikası restoranındaki garsonun tavrı çok kötüydü. Her iki seferde de otelin verdiği ücretsiz kuponu kullanarak ayrılmamı istedi ve bana soğuk bir şekilde baktı. misafir odasında olmama rağmen. *****, ama durumunun da çok düşük olduğunu unutmuştu.
