Konum şehir merkezine yakın değil, ancak yakınlarda birkaç restoran var. Oda temiz ve rahat. Ancak tuvalet ve küvetin ayrı kapısı yoktu, biraz kullanışlı değildi. Resepsiyon personeli gerçekten nazik ve yardımsever. Ancak restoran personeli kötü, onlardan bir şey almanız gerektiğinde nazik değiller. Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.

Güzel otel, harika konum. Kolay erişilebilir otopark. Zengin açık büfe kahvaltı ve 25. katta harika bir spa. Odalar geniş ve kısa bir seyahat için ihtiyacınız olan her şeyle donatılmış.

A very bad experience. I hung the “Room Cleaning Requested” sign on the door, but my room wasn’t cleaned that day. The next day, there was no cleaning sign hung on the door, yet someone came in to tidy the room, but the daily necessities weren’t refilled. On the third day, I was due to check out at 12:00 noon, but at 8:00 in the morning, someone unlocked the door and tried to come in. Then at 10:00, the door was opened directly and someone entered the room, which really scared me. I couldn’t sleep the whole morning, fearing that a stranger might break in. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed in a hotel where someone repeatedly opens the door on their own. I reported this to the front desk, and they said it might have been the cleaning staff, but I was already so frightened. This hotel made me feel very unsafe and is really not suitable for women traveling alone.

The room is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly too ! On this level that we stayed, there is a gym and sauna room too. We really enjoyed our stay here. Will stay in this hotel again if were to travel to Belgium again. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good place to rest and easy travelling to places like Grand Place, Mont des Art, Brussels North Train Station, etc. This hotel is also near to the station Rogier, it is within walking distance. Hence, it is easy to travel to other places. Many shops and eateries nearby. There is a beautiful Starbucks nearby too. Do have a cup of coffee there and enjoy. If you are looking for soup noodles, you must try Pho Pho opposite Thon Hotel. The noodles and soup are very tasty!

Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble. Personnel très à l’écoute mais beaucoup de petits défauts dans la chambre pour un hôtel 5 étoiles : calcaire, pas de brosse à cuvette, meuble un peu usé. Très belle piscine, le petit déjeuner est bon assez varié. Son emplacement n’est pas loin du centre ville donc c’est parfait.

Çok güzel konaklama, tren istasyonuna ve Brüksel'deki turistik yerlere yakın, Grand Place'e 20 dakika yürüme mesafesinde.

Marriott, eğlence ve rahatlık markası olmasına ve seyahatin en iyisi olmasına rağmen, uyku tulumu, bornoz, çay/kahve miktarı gibi temel olanakların yetersiz olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Im Hinterhof des Hotels war eine große Baustelle, die in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht stand. Leider war diese Baustelle zu hören. Die Zimmer waren auch etwas hellhörig. Im Badezimmer in der Dusche war die Fliese in der Mitte gebrochen und kaputt, da war ein halbes Loch, Verletzungsgefahr. Ebenso konnte man die Badezimmertür nicht schließen, weil man die sonst nicht mehr auf bekommen hat. Der Wellnessbereich war schön aufgemacht, jedoch waren am ersten Abend ganz viele weiße Stücke (keine Ahnung was das war) im Becken auf dem Boden. Durch die Whirlpool Funktion wurde das ganze Wasser aufgewirbelt und irgendwann wurden sie raus gespült. Die Sauna wird wohl von vielen ohne Handtuch benutzt, weswegen das Holz schon ”schrumpeliger” ist. Aber schön gemacht. Beim Frühstück, wenn es sehr voll war, kommt der Mann oftmals mit dem Nachräumen der ganzen Sachen nicht hinterher. Dann muss man echt länger warten bis neue Säfte, Croissants, Toast, Früchte und Rührei da sind. Man konnte sich jedoch echte Belgische Waffeln selber machen. Der flüssige Teig steht neben dem Gerät und man konnte es einfach rein gießen und das Gerät schließen und umdrehen. Sonst ist das Personal echt nett und hilfsbereit und es ist sonst auch echt sauber.

Artıları: Oda olanakları iyiydi ve fiyat çok uygundu. Sabah 9'da vardık ve zaten bir oda verilmişti, bu mükemmeldi. Oda geniş ve rahattı. Spor salonu olanakları mükemmel ve kapsamlıydı, hatta meyve bile vardı. Eksileri: Odada çeşitli içeceklerle dolu küçük bir buzdolabı vardı, bu da minibarın bir parçasıydı. Biraz kola alıp masaya koyduk, sonra biraz yoğurdu buzdolabına koyduk. Akşam döndüğümüzde buzdolabının kilitli olduğunu gördük. Resepsiyona başvurduk ve misafirlerin kendi yiyeceklerinin buzdolabına konulmasına izin verilmediğini, sadece minibar ürünlerinin konulabileceğini söylediler. Otomatik olarak kilitleyen bir dedektör olduğunu ve açmanın çok zor ve pahalı olacağını söylediler.
