Very welcoming, cozy, and beautiful with a view of a river from my room. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed.
Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend.

With its fabulous location across from the drawbridge of the fortified town the establishment has a fondness for contrasts. This pastoral yet urban hotel in Carcassonne offers pleasing aspects of the perfect harmony between the medieval and the contemporary. The rooms and suites boast vaulted ceilings and exposed stone. The silky fabrics the rich colours the wood and leather imbue each of them with a warm character. The Spa Carita is the place to unwind whereas the terrace from breakfast onwards the panorama bar the heated pool and the jacuzzi in lush greenery craft a calming and delightful universe.

The room was excellent, the staff was polite and provided great service, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The room was new and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast was simple but of average quality. I will definitely come back again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, Bastille Day. The room was very nice, albeit the bathroom was small. The pool was great to cool down at and the bar service was excellent, with views of the castle walls. Many people watched the spectacular fireworks from here.

酒店坐落在卡爾卡松城堡內，教堂旁邊，環境優美，是家有歷史的古堡酒店。我們的奔馳商務車導航位置有點偏差，停在了河邊停車場，步行到了酒店，酒店再用小車把行李拉到酒店。冬天泳池不開放，早上可以古堡徒步。酒店花園很精緻，早餐十點一刻就結束，對度假酒店來説有點太早，晚餐需要預約，我們沒有提前預約衹能去外面吃。酒店推薦了一家旁邊餐廳，步行5分鐘，菜品很驚艷，連吃了兩頓。入住了家庭套房，有張大床和一張80公分單人床，我們入住4人，酒店免費又給我們加了一張單人床。洗浴用品都是嬌韻詩，淋浴水極大，房間內暖氣充足，入住很舒適，非常適合家庭度假。酒店工作人員非常熱情，贈送的城堡黑巧也很美味。

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy céntrico.
Las zonas comunes son geniales, hay juegos para los niños, gimnasio, sauna y una terraza con unas vistas muy chulas.
El punto negativo es que la insonorización no es muy buena y se escucha ruidos de la terraza en los pisos superiores y de los aires acondicionados o calefacción en los pisos más inferiores.
Nosotros tuvimos un problema con los ruidos y nos cambiaron de habitación.
El personal muy amable y resolutivo, dentro de sus posibilidades, el resto perfecto
Por decir algo más las almohadas no son muy cómodas pero eso es un poco personal.

J’ai passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès mon arrivée, le personnel est attentionné, souriant et toujours disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié le calme de l’endroit, idéal pour se reposer.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed.
I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had.
The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.

Ggregory clayThis is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade.
I would absolutely go back.

La habitación que nos pusieron tenía vistas al castillo y con una terracita para estar, pero el frío no nos dejó disfrutarla. Es muy amplia. El único detalle que las almohadas son muy blandas, pero por lo demás, genial.
Una atención estupenda, muy atentos. Hay personal que sabía hablar español.

Dans l'ensemble nous avons bien dormi , le rapport qualité prix est correct , il faudrait cependant un petit coup de jeune dans la partie salle de bain .

CCéline FaurouxCoup de cœur pour cet Hôtel nous l'avons découvert en juin et y sommes retournés en juillet et y retournerons à chaque fois que nous irons sur Montpellier grâce à Medhi qui avec le sourire a toujours fait son possible pour que nos séjours soient inoubliables et le personnel (accueil, barman, serveurs, femmes de ménages agents d'entretiens...) est très accueillant, à votre écoute et toujours disponible. Et pour couronner le tout le cadre est magnifique et reposant avec vue sur le golf, la piscine extérieur, ses transats et sa cabane en bambou pour s'offrir un verre au bord de la piscine. La piscine Spa interieure est immense et l'accès à 19 € la journée est gratuit de 8h à 10h et de 19h à 20h. Un vrai moment de détente au calme. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et agréable à prendre dans sa grande salle donnant sur le jardin ou en terrasse ou vous pouvez également y prendre vos repas le midi et le soir. Le restaurant propose de très bons plats à des prix très attractifs avec une formule accès piscine pour les invités ou personnes de l'extérieur
Le Zenitude Hôtel est l'hôtel incontournable pour un petit ou long séjour à Montpellier..

MMisafir KullanıcıA satisfying stay at this unassuming little hotel, we were greeted by the owners after a long drive, the lovely lady helped us to bring our luggage upstairs with a lovely smile, the bed was very comfortable, room nice and clean, bathroom is like new, there is a lovely little garden at the back. Breakfast was delicious with many home made pastries as the owners are Qualified Boulangers/Patissier. Highly recommend this little gem.

Conveniently located just off the roadway and near shops, supermarkets and petrol station, but quiet nevertheless. The staff were very friendly and kind. We had air conditioning issues with our room on the second night and they immediately changed our room. Breakfast was good. It’s the second time we stayed here. We will come again when in the area.

MMisafir KullanıcıL'allée d'arrivée est très cahoteuse, pas d'emplacement pour stationner et décharger les bagages, le parking clients est dans le parc sans signalisation claire, finalement la réception nous autorise à utiliser le parking pour personnes à mobilité réduite plus proche mais déjà très occupé alors que la clientèle est très réduite.
Du fait du peu de clients le petit déjeuner proposé se fait par commande la veille et toujours facturé à 19 euros !
La chambre est correcte, la salle de bain n'est pas aussi grande qu'espérer avec une vasque et une douche et le WC n'est pas séparé. Pour un 4 étoiles...
Pas de réfrigérateur et pas de machine à café mais une bouilloire avec des dosettes nescafé.
Le ménage quotidien est à améliorer notamment pour la salle de toilette
Donc prestations pas au niveau espéré...très déçu. Même si nous réservons en période creuse,nous méritons mieux et au moins la prestation de la saison haute.
Nous n'avons pris aucun petit déjeuner et n'avons pas dîner au restaurant la Canopée car celui-ci était fermé 2 des 3 soirs où nous étions présents.
