Luckily this onsen hotel has a Family Mart right next to it. Everything there is clean. Onsen on 6/F is also very clean, loved it very much. The best part was to bring my family to the Yunessun swimming facility right across the road. Free entry if you get tickets from the hotel front desk.

The hotel location is perfect and it is just opposite to Yokohama CosmoWorld. Special thanks to Guest Experience Manager - Hong-Sun Synn, he helped us to exchange the room while we found our room had some noice which is caused by strong wind and made us cannot sleep. Mr. Synn came to our room and handle our case immediately, we appreciated to his care and handling.

The location of the hotel is very good. It's facing the sea, and very near to the beach. Basically just need to cross the road to the beach. The room is clean, space is not big. For my room, seems there was not a ventilation fan in the toilet or it was not working. There was a lot steam after taking a shower. The car park is big and parking fee is 1000yen. A free spa is available for every guest. Everyone needs to pay spa tax at 150yen per head regardless using spa facilities located at 3 floor or not. A premium spa service is available at 4th floor with 1500yen charge. The breakfast is at 3200yen. Overall, in my opinion it's a bit pricey. I stayed in the hotel on 16 Mar 2024. It's still a bit cold, so I didn't have the spa even though paying the spa tax. It's a bit wasted. I wouldn't recommend this place for winter time.

Otel, Gora İstasyonu'na çok yakın, sadece 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Bölge düz, bu yüzden bagajları itmek kolay. Oda harikaydı! Ocak ve tabaklar vardı ve her şey özenle düzenlenmişti. Banyo tezgahı da genişti ve cilt bakımı ve makyaj için bolca alan vardı. Banyoda ayrıca istediğiniz zaman ıslanmak için mükemmel bir kaplıca küveti vardı. Banyo malzemelerinin tamamı bitkiseldi ve çok rahat hissettiriyordu. Otelin suyu ücretsizdi, bu yüzden susadığınızda içebiliyordunuz. Ayrıca, erkekler ve kadınlar hamamlarından sonra dinlenme alanında sınırsız dondurma vardı (ben denemedim çünkü sınırlı iştahımı matcha dondurmasından korumak istedim). Kaplıca havuzu kapalıydı ve yaz olduğu için çoğunlukla boştu. Gittiğimizde özel bir hamam gibiydi. Ayrıca bir sauna da vardı. Rezervasyonumuz kahvaltı ve akşam yemeğini içeriyordu. Kahvaltı, Japon ve Batı yemeklerinin bir karışımıydı. Akşam yemeği ise üç ana yemekten oluşan yarı açık büfeydi: ördek, domuz güveci ve balık güveci. Açık büfenin geri kalanı geniş bir seçkiye sahipti ve ayrıca geniş bir alkol yelpazesi de vardı. Yakınlarda, cam eşyalarınızı kendiniz yapabileceğiniz bir alana sahip, güzelce bakımlı, peyzajlı bir park olan Gora Park bulunuyor. Fiyatlar Çin'dekinden çok daha uygun. Çocuklu aileler için harika bir yer. Eksileri: Demiryolu hattına yakın olduğu için geçen trenlerden hafif bir titreşim oluyor. Ayrıca biraz pahalı. İki yetişkin ve iki çocuk için kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği dahil iki gece için 9.000 NT$'ın üzerinde harcadık. Genel olarak, şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Hem hizmet hem de ortam, gerçek bir tatil hissi veriyor. Tamamen dinlendiriciydi.

We had a lovely stay at Yokohama Bay Hotel—the location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the bay and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel does show some signs of age, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The only minor downside was the gym, which was quite small and had limited equipment, along with unusual operating hours. That said, if you’re not relying on fitness facilities, this hotel is a great choice for a relaxing stay in Yokohama!

This hotel is a great budget hotel right in the center of Yokohoma. The place is very close to all the good amenities and are walking distance. You can see the Yokohoma Dena Blue Star Stadium outside and Chinatown is one station away. The room we had was nice. The staff here is very kind, friendly and helpful. The fact that you can rent your own private sauna is the highlight for this hotel. Definitely recommended if you’re visiting Yokohama for a short stay.

The hotel was right next to the Odawara JR Station, I could walk to the station from the 3/F of the hotel building conveniently ! The 3/F was the restaurant floor with over 20 choices ! Most interestingly, they were operating in an ancient Japanese complex (looking like the Edo Period). I will for sure go back to this hotel the next time I visit Odawara. However, the single room was very small, but acceptable for one person according to the Japan standard. Still, I hope that the bath room could be a little bigger. It was so small that the basin went half into the bath tub !

If you have extra money, this could be a nice way to indulge. However, a word of warning. If you're arriving at Odawara train station, there's no way to get to the hotel except by the hotel shuttle. Taxis won't take you. And the hotel shuttle won't take you unless you've placed your name on the reservation list ahead of time. Nobody warned me about this. I'd read online that a connecting train takes you near the hotel, but this isn't true either. I arrived during a snow/ice storm and waited over 3 hours before I could get a ride to the hotel. The shuttle driver wouldn't let me on. I called the hotel front desk 3 or 4 times, but they weren't very helpful. I suppose this is the language barrier. They meant well. But regardless, if a shuttle reservation is the only way to access a remote mountain top hotel, it's pretty important to make sure your guests understand this. Once I did arrive, I have to admit the room was beautiful. The buffet dinner was fantastic but not included in the price of the room - a little disappointing, since the room is already so expensive. Lots of extra costs, so be careful. I received a really great massage in my room. The onsen hot spring was very nice, and free (included in room charge). Breakfast the next morning was also included in room charge. The hotel bar was closed, though. There wasn't much opportunity to socialize or meet people. I did check out the lake the next morning, which was beautiful in the snowfall. I'm sharing photos of that. There wasn't time to check out much else because I had to get back on the shuttle bus at 10:30 to catch my next train. I suppose if there hadn't been an ice storm, I would have checked out more of the surrounding area and appreciated it.

I haven’t stayed in this kind of hotel before, so I don’t have much to compare it to — but our experience was great. We did the typical sightseeing route around Hakone. While you can get closer to the Mount Fuji, it takes more time and an earlier start. The hotel had everything we needed, so we didn’t even need to go to a store. Breakfast and dinner were both filling and had a good variety. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a nice view of the station and mountains. The hotel is right next to the station, which made getting around very easy — and the trains didn’t bother us at all, the sound was even kind of calming. The public onsen baths were excellent, so we didn’t actually need a private bath in the room.

The staff at this hotel is incredibly accommodating and friendly, with a special mention for the housekeeper who not only kept things tidy but also brightened my day with warm greetings and a welcoming smile. However, I did notice some dust behind the TV. On the positive side, the location is excellent, making it a great choice for solo travelers. I was pleasantly situated near the bathhouse, which added to the overall convenience of the stay. However, it’s worth noting that I recommend against choosing a smoking room if you’re not a heavy smoker. The floor had a pervasive cigarette odor that was quite strong, and it felt like the scent clung to my clothes. Overall, it’s a decent hotel experience.
