I originally planned to stay for just one night since the hotel was newly opened and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was so impressed that I extended my stay to three nights! It truly made my trip to Auckland unforgettable. From the excellent facilities to the exceptional staff, everything exceeded my expectations. The morning tea at the restaurant across the hotel parking was also absolutely delicious, adding to the wonderful experience. The hotel offers great value for money, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

Heritage Hotel is really a grand old dame. Her floor boards creak and often I was woken up by the guests above me. The kitchen sink leaked and flooded the dining area. TV signal got knocked out by blustery winds. Internet reception in the room is rather poor. In public areas no issue. But in the rooms, bad! However, service is great. Issues reported were attended to quickly.

I am travelling with family with kids and elderly. The grand is probably the best central location that you can find in Auckland if you are taking public transport. The pickup and dropoff for Skybus to Auckland airport is a 5 min walk away. The surrounding has plenty of restaurants including japanese & Chinese food. Facilities wise it has a gym and a heated swimming pool which the kids enjoy. Room is clean & spacious. Hotel price wise is on a high but weighing all the plus points, I will book it again for all the reasons above.

Amazing hotel! The staff were so kind and generous especially Jose in the club lounge. Excellent cleanliness in the rooms and great amenities. The pool needs a bit of maintenance though, some tiles had come off and only the glue was visible. Lockers were hard to use.

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms - location in Mt Wellington close to Sylvia Park shopping. Did not try the food although the menu prices look very reasonable.

攜程大促買的房券！性價比超級高！ 我要實名錶揚攜程大大！請多多和新西蘭酒店合作！ 超高性價比住五星級！ 雖然在city比較亂，但是好的酒店真的可以給人滿滿的安全感！ 服務：入住當天checkin的時候，小哥就會幫你把行李送到房間！前台小姐姐也非常的熱情離開那一天，因為訂的是晚上的航班,客房空餘的情況下，小姐姐安排了推遲兩小時退房。還熱心告訴我們如果航班是晚上的話可以退房後在樓下健身房洗完澡再離開！ 衞生：衞生總體來説都很不錯，健身房也非常的乾淨，晚上去健身的時候發現工作人員每晚10:00多在很認真的搞衞生。唯一美中不足就是入住的最後一天，在房間裏茶水櫃上發現了巨大蟑螂，對於終極怕蟑螂的我來説真的非常可怕。建議加強害蟲消殺。 如儘管美中不足，但是下次來奧克蘭，我還是會毫不猶豫地選擇so/hotel.

The receptionists Camila, Chloe and Henry were very warm, friendly and helpful. The Executive Lounge was well presented and provided adequate drinks and snacks. The bedroom was spacious and the breakfast had various options. The chef who took the orders was friendly and efficient. The swimming pool was well maintained, however the bathrooms in the change room appeared to be not adequately maintained and cleaned.

Was very happy with the new serviced apartments. Lots of space. Customer service was great. The lady at the reception was very helpful. Definitely will recommend the place to others.

For the extremely low price we paid to stay there's really nothing to complain about. So much parking space close to the hotel entrance so easy to get luggage in etc. Easy check in. Big room. Beds were comfy. Located close to everywhere we needed to be that weekend. Would love to have had things mentioned to us at check in that were listed in the room description on the website such as the breakfast option and shown where the spa was etc Thank you for having us =)

We just had a courtyard room so it had everything we wanted for the price. Great location, beautiful beach, close to the restaurants and right next door to the bus stop. We will come again!! Hopefully we can afford a beachfront room!!!
