We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The value for money is outstanding—everything you get here easily exceeds the price. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant to stay in, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The service was exceptional. The staff were always willing to help with anything we needed, no matter what it was, and they were consistently super kind, polite, and welcoming. You can really feel that they care about the guests. The location is perfect, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it very easy to get anywhere in the city quickly and efficiently. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended!

Geniales Frühstück und Abendessen. Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein wenig hellhörig. Großer Vorraum mit Badezimmer. Balkon mit extra Raum davor zum Entspannen. Separates großes Bad mit Sauna und Onsen, optimal zum entspannen nach der Wanderung.

Splendid sea view from a beautiful, large, bedroom. 2 beds instead of one big. This could have been better to me. Service is excellent. People are nice, always trying to help, being resourceful on how you may handle your visit of the island. Top notch people. The real ”could be better” thing to me is, the restaurant that close really early (8.30pm if my memory is good), does server only buffet for 80kY. The buffet is of quality mixing Japanese, Chinese and Western styles of food. And also comes with nice desserts. However, having the choice to get only one A la carte dish could be a real plus. I personally do not want to get a full buffet for every and each of my diners. And if you do not have a car, finding another place to eat may become a challenge. There is nothing around at a walking distance except a supermarket. The breakfast is definitely qualitative. And if you intend to move early for visiting, the hotel can prepare you a breakfast and a lunch box for no overcharge. Basic but good and appreciated. To have another plus, they serves a local craft beer made with local cedar trees. Quite a good and interesting one.

大病治療を終えてのお疲れ会での宿泊でした。体調が良くない父親の為早めにチェックインしたにも関わらず早めに入室させて頂き親切な対応に有り難いでした。ウェルカムドリンクやお菓子もホッとひと息してよかったです。お料理も工夫されて見た目も綺麗でとても美味しいでした。何と言っても職員の方々の優しさ丁寧に応待して頂き気持ち良かった。欲を言えばお風呂までの階段にスロープあればと、お部屋のトイレがちょっと狭くて使い難かったかな？と。皆んなゆっくりできとても気持ちよく出発できた。ありがとうございました。

Good location, easy access to tram and shopping / restaurant area. Great breakfast. Only problem is air conditioning is set to heating only, outside temperature is over 10 degrees and having cooling will make more sense, we end up turning off the air conditioner and open window instead, rather bearing the traffic noise than a more than warm room.

I love how convenient this hotel is! It's connected to AMU plaza which has lots of stores and restaurants and the JR station where you can immediately take the train/bus straight out the hotel. The price is good for the convenience it gives. Highly recommended this hotel. It was a comfortable stay.

I stayed two nights. This is the second review for the same accommodation. I was very satisfied. This accommodation is really exceptional value for money. Very grateful for a great experience. 鹿児島中央駅からは少し遠い。コンビニは近くにあります、アメニティはフロント前で自由にとるタイプ。朝食は種類豊富でした、今週は関西名物のおかずが出て、串カツが良かった。鹿児島名物も勿論ある。

Even though this is an old hotel and it shows in its facilities and overall design, the service and amenities you get as a solo traveller is worth thw price you pay for an overnight stay. The room is clean albeit small but sufficient. Some points to take note if you're planning to book: This is close to the central station so it's juat a block away from major shopping and transport options. The hotel closes its front desk and doors at 11 pm to 7 am. Checkin before 11 pm. Going in and out of the hotel at that time is possible if you use your key card to open the front doors. Walls are thin and it's very possible that you would hear your neighbor. There's free coffee and drinks at the lobby.
