I love how convenient this hotel is! It's connected to AMU plaza which has lots of stores and restaurants and the JR station where you can immediately take the train/bus straight out the hotel. The price is good for the convenience it gives. Highly recommended this hotel. It was a comfortable stay.

Pluses: restaurant and family mart on-site. Close to tram and bus routes and in the edge of Tenmonkan entertainment zone - if that's your thing. No real complaints. Good solid hotel.

The stay was average. Ample car park space. If there isn't, just ask front desk and they will direct you to park at adjacent site, which we did. Hotel did request we surrender car key to them, probably to move car in event of need. We chose not to. The breakfast spread was great, a typical Japanese full breakfast. Was pleasantly surprised by the generous servings and beverages. Room has musky smell so we had to use personal air freshener to at least sterilise the air in room. Else, all average. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The value for money is outstanding—everything you get here easily exceeds the price. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant to stay in, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The service was exceptional. The staff were always willing to help with anything we needed, no matter what it was, and they were consistently super kind, polite, and welcoming. You can really feel that they care about the guests. The location is perfect, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it very easy to get anywhere in the city quickly and efficiently. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended!

Very clean place. Rooms quite small. Breakfast was great. Would recommend and stay here again.

Good location, easy access to tram and shopping / restaurant area. Great breakfast. Only problem is air conditioning is set to heating only, outside temperature is over 10 degrees and having cooling will make more sense, we end up turning off the air conditioner and open window instead, rather bearing the traffic noise than a more than warm room.

鹿児島中央駅からは少し遠い。コンビニは近くにあります、アメニティはフロント前で自由にとるタイプ。朝食は種類豊富でした、今週は関西名物のおかずが出て、串カツが良かった。鹿児島名物も勿論ある。

Hotel 's located not far from JR Station within walking distance. Reasonable price which can redeem TRIP vouchers / coins. Hotel staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel' s room is bigger than my expectation. As all of us know the size of the hotel room in Japan are not large. Self service for all amenities based on own needed usage. Opposite is a supermarket which operation business until late night.

Very well located near everything. We could walk to the water front, buy food till midnight in the neighbourhood. The clothes freshener was very convenient. 12th floor had ice and water dispensers, vending machines and a public bath. The included breakfast coud serve as our lunch. Overall we loved our stay.
