The room was nice and very clean and the location was alright given that it is 2' from the station and Matsue is a small town. Though there were enough dishes for breakfast they were more what you'd expect for lunch, the coffee was absolutely horrendous and there was none in the room, get your own. That said it was a good experience all in all, would go again

Comfortable stay - a spacious room for a solo traveller like me. Location is close to the JR station. As I stayed on the New Year's Eve, they even offered free toshikoshi soba, so I finally had a taste of this Japanese tradition.

Although the public areas of this hotel look outdated, the rooms are modern and clean. However, the room is too small for two people. Considering the location and price, it's decent for just an overnight stay.

Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

設施：這個route inn是可以説堪稱日本全季酒店了，很多連鎖，房間的佈置，大堂設計都差不多。給安排了了一個江湖景房，非常不錯。 衞生：還不錯 環境：距離松江JR站步行15分鐘左右，離一畑電車去出雲大社的始發站也大概步行15分鐘。邊上步行3分鐘有個公交車站，來回JR松江站的公交車車還挺多的，推薦坐公交車來回。附近便利店在小河對面，大概需要步行5分鐘。周圍吃的店非常多，燒肉、居酒屋等應有盡有，住這個酒店吃飯是不愁了。 服務：早上到大概10點鐘大概每半個小時酒店有一班車能把客人送到松江JR站，時間表可見圖二，車是7座商務，先來後到，坐滿了可能就得等下一班車。

チェックイン、チェックアウトは機械でスムーズ。設備も綺麗で気持ちよく過ごせました。駐車場は1泊700円で、係員のおじさんもフレンドリーで親切。松江に行くと話したら観光案内のパンフレットや松江城周りの駐車場案内をくれました。朝食バイキングの種類は少ないですが、手作りな感じの優しい味付けでおいしかったです。出雲ぜんざいもあり、前日に食べてなければ食べたかった…。

朝御飯は、美味しかったです。近くにコンビニあり便利よく過ごしやすかった場所も、分かりやすくフロントの、対応も、良かったです何か行く用事があればまた行きます

お部屋も広くてベットもセミダブルと大きく、 こちらのホテルは大浴場がありましたので 内風呂は使わなかったけど とても広いです。 大浴場はシルキーなお湯で温泉のように とても体が温まりました。お風呂場に垢すりタオルや 歯ブラシなど至れり尽くせりで何回も 入りにいきました。 朝食も洋食、和食と選べおいしかったです。 夜食の無料のしじみラーメンも美味しかった🍜 スタッフの方もみなさん感じがよくて また出雲大社に行く時は利用したいと思います。
