服務不錯，本館9F的法式餐廳，接待人員服務也到位，整體來說還不錯。若是訂較高檔的房型，會贈送本館10F的飲料券，可到樓頂看附近的景色。 前台的英語不太行，但第二天有派出懂中文的人來接待，也算是有誠意的，反正現在用翻譯機就能了解對方的意思，不算大問題。 地點對於自駕的人來說是好的，因為位於中間，往北走路的松江城，往南走到島根縣立美術館，都不算遠。我第二天沒開車，早上去島根縣民會館的Pane D'Oro吃早餐，接著去松江城、カラコロ工房看銀行金庫、山陰合同銀行本店展望フロア、島根縣立美術館，傍晚再去坐宍道湖観光遊覧船，挺悠閒的。(下午還可以回旅館休息一下) 基於以上原因，我給五顆星。然而，我覺得此旅館的定位上有問題，下次我不會想再住這邊。此旅館應算是商務旅館，等級跟Route Inn差不多，但收費採溫泉旅館以人計價的策略(1人還可以；2人偏貴；3人以上太貴)，若是訂便宜的房型，價格跟Route Inn差不多，我覺得還行；若是高價的房型，房間只是大了點但水準普通，沒有那個價值。最好的房型 湖夕(附樓好萊塢和洋式)標榜可以在房間看泡湯，但對外看不出去，對於我這種喜歡看View的人來說，一樣的價格，還不如去住望湖樓的轉角房，那邊還多付了一豪華的晚餐。另一種別館豪華湖景房也一樣，基本上別館(又稱附樓或Annex)內縮進去，看湖的角度不好，窗戶不能打開還有網格，CP值不高。 既然是溫泉旅館，所以就收了￥150溫泉稅，但大眾池只有一池且非常的普通，比Route Inn不收溫泉稅的大眾池還要差，我第一晚泡了一次，第二晚不想去就在自己房間洗澡了。

Perfect hotel for those traveling by public transport around Japan -- so convenient to walk right out the door to the station :). As mentioned by other reviews, facilities and free foood are fantastic -- in additional to the bathing spaces, there are a number of lovely sitting areas spread across the building to work in. Room was clean and up to standard albeit on the smaller side and staff is friendly and helpful!

Matsue universal hotel is a good hotel. It is located nearby train station which is more convenient to transport. I can go to the city closed to hotel. It is comfortable for me to go shopping. Bedroom is good but there is small smell from furniture. It is a big room and service is good. I recommend you to book this hotel, good price, good place and good facilities.

I am happy with the hotel. No complain at all. I will stay there again if I visited Matsue again.

Just opposite Izumo-shi JR station and walk 3-5 mins from Izumo-shi dentetsu station. Super easy to check in and check out. I used the machine there. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This was a very nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable and had a large window which was great for letting the light inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was quiet. There was one tiny issue where I could hear a buzz noise from outside but that was blocked out when the television was on.

Great location close to Izumoshi station. The bath and sauna are fantastic particularly on a cold windy day. The room was comfy enough for one night.

いつも宿泊するホテルが取れずこちらに滞在しました。　 出雲市駅の目の前で　出雲空港行き連絡バスも出たら目の前です。　 近くにはコンビニもセブン　ローソンとあり　夕食は近所の居酒屋で困りません。 室内もとても綺麗でした エレベーターホールには朝刊のサービスもありました 長期滞在はそんなにないのか　ランドリーは無く　歩いて5分程度のところのコインランドリーに行きました クリーニングはしてくださるようです 今回の滞在で　唯一気になった事は　シャワーカーテン！洗濯物の生乾きのにおいがしてゆっくりバスタブに浸かっていられませんでした お忙しいのでしょうから毎回きちんと乾燥させるのは不可能だとしても　せめて　交換できるようにしていただけたらなと思います それ以外は本当によかったです。 後アメニティはロビーで使うものを持って上がるのですが　 1宿泊で1つまでと書いてありました。 私は女性ですが　さほどスキンケア等しないのでお化粧水やクリームのパウチは一つで朝晩使えましたが　しっかりなさる方は足りないと思います　 ただ　本当に駅前というロケーションは便利だと気がついたのでこれからは予約が取れたらまたお伺いしたいと思います^_^

The room was nice and very clean and the location was alright given that it is 2' from the station and Matsue is a small town. Though there were enough dishes for breakfast they were more what you'd expect for lunch, the coffee was absolutely horrendous and there was none in the room, get your own. That said it was a good experience all in all, would go again

Although the public areas of this hotel look outdated, the rooms are modern and clean. However, the room is too small for two people. Considering the location and price, it's decent for just an overnight stay.
