I rarely write hotel reviews but this one is a true hidden gem! My partner and I stayed for one night and we used this guesthouse as our little getaway from the busy center of Shanghai. It’s perfect for a romantic and cosy staycation, very quiet and private! The water in the private hot spring, surprisingly, comes from a real underground spring so it’s quite hot. Because it’s summer, we had to wait for it to cool down a little bit but it was perfect later on, especially during the night, we stayed in there past midnight and it was amazing. The staff was also really nice to us, with nice service! Overall, we were really amazed of the quality of this experience for this price, one of the best we have tried! ☺️

環境：房間乾淨整潔，周邊環境優美，泳池的水都是三天一換，第一天入住剛好換水，寶貝遊得都不想出來。 服務：老闆及阿姨都服務熱情周到，主人家的小朋友也特別可愛，還送了寶貝一個拼圖🧩，寶貝離店2天又強烈要求去住兩晚，要回去和弟弟玩，還要去迪斯尼玩一天。 商務車迪士尼接送:去迪斯尼都是按客人的時間隨時專車接送，晚上去美食街老闆還提供了電動車，他家還有童車租賃很新很乾凈，住這非常方便，以後去迪斯尼都選森泊酒店了！非常感謝老闆第二次預訂又給了優惠！㊗️老闆生意興隆！

This house was spectacular. The facilities are amazing. The rooms are large and comfortable. My friends and I were able to cook a huge Thanksgiving dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. The surroundings were also beautiful. The location is great: It's far enough out to be peaceful, but you can still get deliveries. 

很適合大家庭的聚會，過年3天2晚的行程早早的就預訂好了。全屋11個卧室，每個卧室都有配有衞生間。室內設施齊全，廚房配備蒸箱、烤箱、洗碗機，客廳配備100寸投影，遊戲機，還有KTV和麻將室，室外還有秋千，泳池，滿足全家人的需求。特別感謝管家妹妹細緻入微的服務，還有阿姨，早早的就來為我們準備早餐了。一次非常好的入住體驗！

I booked at Soho Garden Villa because I was traveling with my dog and needed a place to have a day of rest in Shanghai before continuing our trip. Booking for an additional dog was extremely easy, and the staff at the hotel were all extremely kind and helpful despite our language barrier. I am very grateful!! In terms of space, the room I had was quite basic (small) size-wise and it would be a squeeze for more than 2 nights. If I had been staying for other reasons I might have asked for a view. That said, what existed what quite comfortable and very functional. The fruit and snacks were a nice additional touch. (I would just suggest that the refrigerator be colder.) The location is excellent, especially for exploring the French Concession area and generally walking around. Especially true if you have a dog (or any travel companion who enjoys a walk!).

The location of this hotel is it's saving grace as July street is a fascinating walk in the old french quarters and it's many speakeasy bars. This hotel only appeals to those interested in old western living, which is true to it's detail. The old wooden floors, windows and very quiet surroundings so take you away from the city. The concierge was unhelpful to say the least to our needs, especially compared to the hotels we have stayed in the last week. He was very reluctant to assist with our restaurant reservation, which was unusual given their hospitality standards. Stay for the vibes and Julu street.

環境設施挺不錯的，拍照也很出片，最主要的是服務貼心，白天在園區內玩累了，晚上回來有熱氣騰騰的麪食和餛飩之類的暖胃飽腹，消除一天的疲憊，非常適合親子旅遊居住

✨進入民宿院子第一眼就眼前一亮，是我喜歡的風格，可以拍出美美的照片😃 🙋🏻♀️管家很貼心，有問必答，上海是真熱呀，辦入住時得知管家提前把房間空調給打開了，太愛她啦♥️ 💡民宿真是什麼都有，小到創可貼🩹，大到洗衣機冰箱，在這裏我把全家的臟衣服都給洗香香啦！院子裏的大泳池給我家小朋友開心的不得了！一家老小在泳池裡玩的好開心⸝⸝ ᷇࿀ ᷆⸝⸝院子裏好多我不認識的漂亮花花😻 🚌民宿位置很好哦，距離迪士尼十分鐘左右路程，店家有免費班車接送我們迪士尼，民宿提供香噴噴的早餐，熱情的早餐阿姨和班車大叔帶來了出發前的好心情 '͜' 此次入住體驗很好，乾淨衞生，温馨愜意，如同家般的存在，心情超美麗🤩下次來上海還住你家🏠。

The place is quaint and cosy, especially the hallways and the building, the rooms are a bit more basic. It’s a foreign Shanghainese villa, so the atmosphere is there. Despite the area being very quiet there was a droning noise so I couldn’t sleep, they said it was from the water heater on the roof. The staff was very kind and understanding and they moved me to another room without any problem. Really big points to the staff and the vibe of the place! Another thing, if you’re staying there during winter, the AC was not enough to warm up the room, it was quite cold.
