Very clean good size room which is a little dated but not an issue, apart from the shower head not being fixed to the wall which made showering difficult! Unable to receive Wi-Fi in the room, nor many TV channels! Really good swimming pool with an abundance of Sun beds and shades and great.location close to many bars and restaurants, which is good as the hotel bar didn't have any draft beers available! Staff were friendly enough but reception desk regularly unattended! Big car park but open to outsiders! So, all in all, a mixed bag but ok for the 3 nights we stayed, although I couldn't take much more of that shower!!

Otel yeni olduğu için her eşya güzel , konumu her yere (plaja vs) yakın olmasa da taksi ile gidilir güzel bir yerde temizlik olarak aşırı temiz diyemem ama söyleyince hemen ilgileniyorlar. Ben genel olarak memnun kaldım. F/P oteli.

MMisafir KullanıcıHer şey çok kötü bir olay dışında harikaydı. Bir akşam eşim ve 2 yaşındaki çocuğum odada uyuyordu ve arkadaşımla lobide geç bir içki içiyorduk. Gece yarısı eşim beni aradı ve odaya iki adamın girdiğini, tüm ışıkları açtığını, bağırdığını ve eşim gibi çok üzgün olan bebeği uyandırdığını söyledi. Odamızın anahtarları artık çalışmıyordu. Gece yarısı odanıza yabancı adamların girmesine izin verilirse her şey olabileceğinden, olaydan oldukça sarsılmış bir şekilde resepsiyona gittim - hemen özür dilendi ve odamızı başkasına verdiklerinin bir hata olduğunu söylediler. 5 yıldızlı bir otel için böylesine ciddi bir hata beklemezdim ve olayı telafi etmek için biraz daha fazla özür beklerdim.

Every single staff member has been amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our holiday special. From the restaurant team constantly keeping everything spotless and clearing plates so efficiently, to the entertainment and bar staff who truly made the experience unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for more. The food has been some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and consistently high quality. As well as great food at the hotel they also give you the option to dine out of the hotel twice during our 5 night stay at a choice of 4 different restaurants on the strip which was about a 5 minute walk, we visited the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and the Marcello’s Italian restaurant and the food at both these restaurants were really high quality and again the staff were lovely Although every staff member we met was wonderful, we’d love to give a special mention to a few who really stood out: • Nisan and Roy at the main bar – always so welcoming, attentive, and full of energy. • Raj at the pool bar – brilliant service and such a friendly presence. • Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids’ disco. • Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced. • Tracy at reception – always cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist with anything. The whole team at Oasis Sunrise made our holiday one to remember. We can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic, welcoming, and fun-filled stay.

IIkuo MMy Best Hotel Experience! Here are the things I loved: * The room was clean. * The pool was excellent in both quality and atmosphere. * I didn't have breakfast, but it was affordable, even cheaper than surrounding restaurants. * The presence of muscular security guards made me feel safe. * The location was excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. A special mention: I was in a difficult situation because I only had Japanese Yen and couldn't pay for the bus. A female staff member helped me out by giving me Euro. I'm truly grateful for her kindness. I want to express my deepest respect and thanks to her in this comment section. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

MMisafir KullanıcıTekrar gelmek isteriz. Rahat bir aile oteli, sakin hafta sonları için ideal ama genç misafirler için uygun değil. Artıları: Oda girişten önce hazırdı ve içimizden birinin doğum günü olduğunu fark ettiler, bu yüzden ikram olarak meyve ve bir şişe şarap verdiler, ayrıca Wi-Fi da vardı. Oda güzel ve temizdi. Muhteşem bir manzaramız vardı. Restoranda yeterince farklı yemek çeşidi vardı, kahvaltıda bile çok fazla seçenek vardı. Genel olarak her öğün harikaydı, akşam yemeğinde de deniz ürünleri vardı. Hintli çalışanlar bazen kaba şakalar yapıp onlarla iyi bir sohbet beklediklerinde anlamıyorlar. Ama birkaç şakadan sonra onlarla konuşma motivasyonumu kaybettim. Maalesef havuz alanında tuvalet yok ve resepsiyonun yakınındaki tuvaleti kullanmak zorundasınız, bu rahatsız edici ve kuruyana kadar beklemeniz gerekiyor. İçecekler yarı yarıya, bira iyiydi, şarabı beğenmedik. Ayrıca su şişesi yok, bu yüzden barda her zaman bir bardak su istemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. AAnči K.I give high recommendation to Milea hotel! The location is just perfect, down the street is beautiful long and wide Pantachou beach, bus stops and supermarkets are also within 100m, rooms are clean, simple and modern, with just everything you need. Beds are comfortable, balconies (specially with inland view) are also super chill, calm and not noisy during night, eventhough it's in the center of Ayia Napa. Breakfast is amazing, with varieties of food, drinks, coffees, fruits... Stuff was always trying to be as helpful as they could, and dear receptionist Antonia on the day of our arrival managed to change our original room to the higher floor, despite the hotel was fully booked. Also, hotel's lobby is so well air-conditioned with modern and cool ambient where you can always chill and rest for a while. One very pleasant experience.

There’s a shuttle that can give you a ride to the nearest one but unfortunately was out of service during my stay - I do recommend Konnos and Fig Tree beaches that are slightly farther. The spa services (e.g. massage, exfoliation & hydration, etc.) were very underwhelming and not worth the price. The bathroom had the previous guest’s hair strands on the shower’s wall and mold in the tile’s crevices - a person was sent to “clean up” after a call to the reception. On the other hand, breakfast was great and inclusive. Pool was nice and the bar was right next to it with drinks and quick snacks (e.g. salads, club sandwiches, wraps, etc). Parking was also accessible and easy.  Overall, the stay was good but the cleanliness and spa services should really be focused on by the facility.

MMisafir KullanıcıWhere our room was situated meant that we had the very loud sounds of the bars along the strip every night. Most of the bars were karaoke or tribute acts with customers singing along so even with the balcony door shut you could hear it as if you were there!! I personally didn’t like the sun beds being on the grass, get messy feet and sun beds. Because of people going in and out of the pool, you start getting muddy patches. The sun shades are not movable and the sun beds are quite packed in so not much room to move your sun bed into the shade. Food was great. Bar staff very friendly. Lifts are far too small for such a big hotel so you are waiting ages for a lift. We ended up on the beach most days, nice clean beach.  Cheap to get sun beds  for the day.
