Good experience ......Easily accessible.......friendly and considerate staffs.......Enjoyed the stay very much ....

Hotel is a bit old and lack of refurbishments. The room doesn't have good insulation especially during cold night one radiator still feel very chilly inside the room. Only one soft and no chair to sit in front of desk, the bed was a bit tilted. Overall it's an okay hotel if you want to have a short stop.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore everything Chester has to offer, and the hotel itself is both comfortable and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, well presented, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the service, we found the staff to be incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The little touches throughout our stay made it extra special, and we left feeling refreshed and very well looked after. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chester.

A great hotel with funky rooms, and very good facilities including a gym and pool. The bar is great with a number it sports screens and even a little cinema area, food is also served here. There is also a Starbucks with little cafe area. The staff can’t do enough for you and parking is free whilst staying the night at the hotel. A great find.

Hotel lovely , room was ok twin quiet small but adequate, nice walk in shower , breakfast was nice and hot good selection, really nice golf course which i Played photos attached

We arrived to a very warm welcome, the room was clean and cosy, very happy for the price paid. We will return

I had a good stay with my girlfriend at The Tytherington. The only thing we were unhappy with was the food. It took about 1 hour to receive our food, and we were also told different information about the Kitchen closure time. Likely, we could give our order on time, but someone who was served after us was not able to. It seemed that on the day we visited, the kitchen staff was either short-staffed or had other issues. The staff behind the counter looked inexperienced, with only 1 or 2 who knew what to do, though they had too much to do already and couldn't assist. The view from their garden was great, over their golf pitch.

Hello, I stayed at your hotel for one night in a twin room with my dad in July. Date Friday 14th July 2023. We have just received a parking fine for parking in your car park. This is strange as we provided our car registration number when we checked in? Our booking number from Trip.com is: ***********. The check in voucher number is: **********. Please can you look in to this for me as I don’t live in the UK, I live in China. My dad received the letter and doesn’t know how to deal with this as he is 89 years old and can’t use the automated service on telephones and struggles with hearing, and my mum can’t help as she doesn’t speak English well. Check in was quick and easy although there was no information given about the hotel eg pool opening times other than dinner may be busy due to several coach parties being booked in. The room was clean and tidy and there was a nice handwritten note welcoming us alongside 1 single serve pack of digestive biscuits even though the booking was for 2 people. The bathroom had 2 large dispensers for shampoo and shower gel but the shampoo bottle was empty and this was only discovered once in the room. There was air conditioning which was appreciated due to the rare appearance of the British sun that day but unfortunately the unit itself was very noisy whilst running so needed to be turned off overnight. Beds were comfy and there was the option to order additional pillows from reception that wasn't needed. Check out was quick and easy and the staff did try to help us answer a question about a local bus route to aid us on our onward journey but unfortunately they did not have this local knowledge.
