The hotel in general has good facilities, staff are polite except the lady who checked in for us on our first night. There was some confusion between the booking at the trip.com and the hotel, but the receptionist was being rude and stated that only booking for 2 adults can be seen on their system and wouldn’t check us in while we paid for the extra kid. While we understood she was doing her work, her attitude appeared cold and rude and not helpful. Apart from that, the stay was pleasant.

Yakın zamanda Oxford'daki The Randolph Hotel by Graduate Hotels'de kalma zevkini yaşadım ve tüm beklentileri aşan bir deneyimdi. Kapıdan adım attığım andan itibaren otelin ihtişamı ve zarafeti hemen göze çarpıyordu. Personel beni gerçek bir sıcaklık ve profesyonellikle karşıladı ve kendimi evimdeymiş gibi hissetmemi sağladı. Kaldığım oda, klasik cazibeyi modern olanaklarla kusursuz bir şekilde harmanlayan, güzel bir şekilde döşenmişti. Yatak inanılmaz derecede rahattı ve huzurlu bir gece uykusu sağlıyordu. Her sabah sunulan kahvaltı, güne iyi başlamak için çok çeşitli taze ve lezzetli seçenekler sunan, son derece keyifliydi. Randolph'u gerçekten diğerlerinden ayıran şey, rakipsiz konumudur. Oxford'un kalbinde yer alan otel, şehrin tarihi kolejlerine, rahat kafelerine ve hareketli alışveriş bölgelerine bir taş atımı mesafededir. Keşfetmekle geçen bir günün ardından otelin spa'sı gevşemek ve yenilenmek için mükemmel bir yerdi. The Randolph Hotel'i Oxford'u ziyaret eden herkese yeterince tavsiye edemem. Kusursuz hizmeti, lüks konforu veya mükemmel konumu nedeniyle bu otel, bu tarihi şehrin ruhunu gerçekten temsil eden bir mücevherdir.

Booked this hotel for an evening on Trip, which noted that breakfast was included in the price, and part of the reason for booking. We travelled, we arrived, we booked in: “your room does not include breakfast, but can be purchased at extra charge”. While checking in an American lady was talking to the other person on the desk about how hot her room was and the fact that there was no air conditioning, this should have been a warning sign. Went to our room dropped out stuff off, went and had an evening out, got back to the room, in a short space of time the room begins feeling hot, too much so for a comfortable nights sleep. Where’s the thermostat… oh no, refer back to the lads complaining earlier, there is not thermostat, there is no aircon. Check if the windows open, one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom: Open the bathroom one, oh heck, this opens out onto the room next doors balcony (something we didn’t have), which is then both a privacy and a security issue, as they could look into the bathroom, or indeed get through the windows if they really wanted to, so not an option. Open the window in the bedroom, it’s right night to another rooms balcony, and whoever is staying there is up late taking and we can hear it all. Eventually get to sleep, 04:30 first car starts up in the car park, which is gravel and now making an amount of noise. Made reception aware on checking out, didn’t seem in the least bit interested. And let’s face it, they already know, we’d heard someone else complain the day before.

Oxford'a kısa bir yolculuktu ve bu otelde bir gecelik konaklama rezervasyonu yaptık. Oxford şehir merkezinden kısa bir otobüs yolculuğu mesafesinde olması nedeniyle konumu çok iyiydi. Oda üçümüz için temiz ve ferahtı. Tamamen başkalarına tavsiye ederim.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location! The riverside setting makes for a lovely view! We stayed in a spacious suite and were accommodated with an extra bed with no problem at all. Decor is a little dated and the accommodation could have been a little cleaner however, the staff were wonderful and the breakfast was great! We would stay here again, thank you for a lovely stay!

Around 30 minutes by car away from Oxford city area via motorway. Offered free parking in front of the hotel. Suitable for who is traveling by cars. Add on 10 pounds for the breakfast. Variety is limited yet good enough to start a day with it.  Room itself is wide and clean, just Marriott standards so need need to worry.

Would highly recommend, very friendly and helpful staff. We had the room with castle view, which was lovely. Nespresso machine and extra options for hot drinks was great. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and delicious. We will stay here again for sure.

We have visited Sunbury Hotel a few times now , this time we were disturbed by person or persons at 02.47am and also experienced a lot of noise transmitted from above, both of which were a first for us and certainly surprised us. The cleaning service over the three nights amounted to pulling up the bed covers which is a definite lowering of previous standards. The complimentary bottles of water and snack biscuits were not refreshed at all, and the room itself now has two large areas of damp showing in the corners which should have been attended to and at least kept clean. The hotel was busy during the weekend but the Tuesday am breakfast was attended service rather than the buffet which was great as the food was freshly prepared and served to us. A warning if you have a pet it's £20 per night now and segregation in the bar area for breakfast which is fine except for the walk through with your serving from the restaurant area before it gets cold. The grounds are superb and the outside patio are excellent, plenty of car parking. It would be interesting to see if management comment.

The location is great and there are lots of food choices. The room is clean but the heating wasn’t working so the staff gave us a small radiator. The staff are quite nice overall
