Bathrooms are the 90's type but overall rooms are clean. Love the shuttle service to Sannoomiya very frequent and convenient to go into the city instead of taking the trains. Front desk helped us to book for a taxi to the airport limousine area and it was Japanese punctuality. Overall pretty nice and decent place might come here again. Lastly the hotel is located next to the Convention Centre so if you have an event there this place is just perfect.

島花さんに泊まったのは初めてでしたがニューアワジグループのサービスの良さに感動でした。 夢泉景で釣りが出来て鯛を2匹釣ったのですが夜のディナーに調理して出してくださりとても美味しくいただきました。残りはきれいに処理していただき持ち帰ることが出来ました。島花は対岸の少し離れた場所にありますが湯めぐりも送迎していただけるので問題なく楽しめました。 またホカンスしに行きたいです

it was a nice stay but the room was quite old. the reason i stayed in this hotel was because the gym but apparently not everyone can use it and i think this is something that should be told prior of booking.

seventeenのペンミの前日に宿泊させて頂きました！中公園駅からアクセスもよく、部屋も清潔で、アメニティもたくさん揃っており、お風呂が24時間開放だったのでとても助かりましたし、サウナもありました！！また機会があったら是非宿泊したいと思いました！

Probably my favourite hotel room in all my Japan trips. The room was really spacious, had a great balcony, fantastic view, the shower, bathtub and dressing area was big. Because of the hotel's location being right next to Yumebutai (or actually part of it), it is a destination in itself. We spent a morning just exploring Yumebutai and it was nice and chill. We took a cab after Demon Slayer night walk at Nijigen no Mori to the hotel (was just too tired to figure out the bus), it cost us about 2000yen for a 7-10 mins ride? the hotel is one of the main stops for bus route and we were able to take a direct bus back to Kobe Sannomiya the next day. Highly recommended!

:) Location was awesome - within short walking distance to train station. Love the ice cream provided by the hotel. The front desk staff are polite and helpful :( The pillow is too hard for me. Amenities didn't include cleanser and milk lotion.

This hotel is next to the ropeway to herb garden. There is a supermarket , train station and ¥100 shop within the same building. There is a 7-11 just outside (level 1). Parking is available at 8th floor for hotel guest chargeable at ¥1500 per night. Breakfast is fantastic - their curry , omelette and smoothie are their specialty. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel .

Excellent hotel for a family stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax with children. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and family-friendly. Great value for a comfortable and enjoyable family trip. Highly recommended.

Великолепное место в целом. Рекомендуем к посещению. Вышла замечательная прогулка от станции до отеля, на месте максимально вежливо встретили, все рассказали и показали. Проводили в номер, рассказали о порядке. Брали традиционный номер с футонами, вид из окна просто потрясающий. Онсен включает два источника, удобную зону раздевалок, массажных кресел, сауну и бассейн с холодной водой. Выдают фрипассы во 7 общественных бань деревни. Имеется шатл, который возит по точкам для прогулок. Цены не завышены. Завтрак на шведском столе был прекрасный. Остались очень довольны, хотелось бы вернуться сюда ещё!

A wonderful stay at Hotel Okura Kobe. The room was large and very clean, with three comfortable beds that made it ideal for families. The natural light and view added to the relaxing atmosphere. Staff were friendly, attentive and made everything smooth from check in to check out. A truly comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kobe.
