The hotel was feliciterous for the academic conference I had attended. I felt sagacity in Saga city. Thank you very much.

Hotel is old. Hotel floor corridors are dim. Fulton are too thin. It is the first onsen hotel did not supply body location in the public bath. Room amenities such as facial products, utensils, coffee are not place in the lobby. They are in the front office counter drawer. You have to ask to get it. But there are special shops inside the hotel. That is amazing. Free welcome green tea for each guest. Morning 9:00-10:00 public bath stop operate for cleaning.

巨匠建築家吉村順三の設計です。 今回予約したのは１階の中庭に面した客室「山楽」。 吉村氏健在の２期工事に増改築された別棟に位置します。 自然光や風を巧みに取り込み、木材を自然の一部として扱う温かいデザインと、構造に必要な素材だけで構成する「純粋さ」が追求された部屋です。 部屋の中には庭の木々の翠があふれていました。 床の間のある座敷と縁側といった、今でこそ当たり前の客室の構成座敷から庭を見た際に縁側に設えられた腰掛けなどが景色の邪魔にならぬよう床のレベルが１段下がっています。 庭との繋がり。窓周りのしつらえ全てがこのために考え抜かれているのが伝わってきます。 建具枠の位置、ガラスのコーナー窓、引き込みの障子。 そこで過ごす人の気持ちを何度も反芻して、居心地の良さが追求されています。吉村氏の温かな人柄に触れる、幸せな時間を過ごすことができました。

오션뷰 욕조 객실이 너무나 좋았고 프라이빗 노천탕은 더더욱 좋았습니다. 대욕장은 시간체크 미스로 이용하지 못했는데 아쉬울 따름입니다. 직원 분들도 너무나 친절했습니다. 다만 숙소 또는 마을 산책 등으로 여유롭게 보내는 여행이 아니라 가라쓰 관광 목적이 크시다면 관광지와는 거리가 좀 있으니 일정을 잘 생각해보시길..

Great experience and food. I’ll definitely come visit again!

The hotel is luxury with excellent services. It provided parking services. We can enjoy the welcome drinks while the hotel staff are arranging for our check-in. The onsen was also excellent with Japanese outdoor and indoor onsen, onsen for foot, jacuzzi and steam bath. The food is also great, very delicious and healthy. I highly recommend this hotel.

The female dorm has a security entrance, so I felt safe staying here. There is a shopping area just behind the hotel, and lots of eateries available. The Kumamoto castle is also within walking distance. The washroom's cleanliness and amenities are tip top. There are no complaints. There is also a washing machine and dryer which is convenient if you need to do some laundry during your travels. There is also a female bath but I didn't have time so I have no comments on that. There was also a rest area for dining which is good for people who wants to eat take-away or convenience store foods. There is a hot water provider and microwave, but there was no drinking water supply. (I guess you'll need to buy bottled water, which in this case, there are several vending machines within the premise)

엄청좋은 료칸 객실내 노천탕과 실내온천도 이용할수있는곳우로 예약해서 기분좋게 언제나 편하게 프라이빗한 온천을 즐겼습니다 대욕장과 개인탕도 있어서 많은 온천욕을 했습니다 식사도 엄청 잘나와서 맛있게먹었어요 대중교통을 이용하시면 좀 멀수도있으나 모든면에서 최고였습니다

酒店位置好，房間可以望到海，十分好，酒店有溫泉，是比較有風味的溫泉，房間十分舒適，泡泡茶，喝喝酒，真係最適合不過，晚餐十分豐，有牛肉，魚，蟹，我們還加購了兩份蟹，十分美味，下次再去我一定會再預訂這酒店！

The facilities are fantastic here, it is cleaner than any other place I've been to and the views are unbeatable. Most importantly, the night staff working the front desk made it such a wonderful experience. I am looking forward to coming back in the future, will definitely book again and fell in love with the experience here 施設は素晴らしく、これまで訪れたどの場所よりも清潔で、眺めも圧倒的に素晴らしいです。 特に、夜間のフロントスタッフのおかげで、本当に素晴らしい体験ができました。 また将来ここに戻ってくるのを楽しみにしており、必ずまた予約します。この場所での体験に心から感動しました。
