This hotel is right across the plaza from the train station, and having travelled with bags I can tell you that is a godsend. The room itself is lovely and the staff are very friendly and professional. Check in and out are painless, getting around is easy as the train line is perfect for getting into the heart of Osaka, or going the other way out to Kobe. There's also nice local food choices nearby.

The location is very convenient — just a 2–3 minute walk to Chinatown and about 10–15 minutes to the Harbor. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean; I was able to fully open both of my travel bags (24” and 28”) with ease. One unexpected surprise was the breakfast — it was entirely Indian cuisine. While I personally enjoy Indian food, I found it a bit heavy for the morning. That said, the flavors were excellent! As for the staff, I would recommend having Google Translate ready. Compared to hotels in other cities, the communication here was a bit more challenging. It seems the team hasn’t had as much experience interacting with international guests.

Huge hotel with great facilities, but gym, sauna, onsen and pool have to be paid extra and at high prices. That left a very bitter aftertaste. The room was large but a bit dated and could be cleaned better. The service at the reception could be nicer and speak better English. However, the rest of the service staff were extremely nice and helpful. Early check-in was possible free of charge. The hotel is very close to Kobe airport, but only offers a shuttle service for the train stations. Why not also for the airport is somewhat questionable.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the castle and very close to delicious restaurants, bars and shops. It is only a 10 minute walk from the train station, so very easy to reach. Hotel is clean and has everything you would need. Top tip: if it rains there are covered roads, 1 road inward from the main road. So almost no rain when walking here.

The check-in process was fast - I arrived a few minutes before 10pm so was relieved that someone was there. The room was compact but comfortable. Had all the basics like kettle and towels. The location is walking distance to many temples and restaurants so very convenient. The walking path from the hotel starts with a quiet narrow street. It's also near public transit including JR train for connection to other major cities. There isn't any meal service onsite but there's a kiosk in the lobby so you can grab a snack, if needed. The common areas are well kept and room was clean. I was on an upper floor and there isn't a remarkable view. It's convenient that the windows open and there is a thermostat on the wall so you can regulate the temperature.

staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met, offering helpful local recommendations. Free coffee and tea for guests as well. Stunning beach view!

This is a wonderful hotel to stay while in Kobe. It is just next to Kobe Harborland and Kobe Port Tower. The room we had comes with a private balcony offering a spectacular view of the harbour. The room is clean, comfortable and has full amenities. The hotel provides bus shuttle service to and from Sannomiya Station. There is also a Family Mart located at the lobby where you can buy snacks, drinks and other additional amenities. Hotel is also walking distance from a Starbucks which opens at 7:30am should you need to get your coffee and the famous BE KOBE sign. Highly recommended.

This is a comfortable hotel to stay and quite popular with the Japanese locals. This humble hotel gives you a lot of bang for your buck. Breakfast is simple , hearty and well balanced. The staff is polite and helpful. You can reach the famous Himeji castle in 15 min walking distance. There are plenty of shopping streets nearby. You can find a convenient store just beside the hotel.

Daha önce de ani ziyaretlerimde aynı otelde kalmıştım ama bu sefer bulabildiğim oda basamaklıydı, çok ferahtı ve süit gibiydi, bu harikaydı. Bu sefer yemek yemedim ama yiyecek ve içecek seçenekleri bol ve harikaydı. Tek olumsuz yanı ayak masaj aletinde toz birikmesiydi ve çalıştırdığımda her yere uçuştu.

Really good experience in there!!! Love their hot spring!!!!!! You can have the really beautiful view when you enjoy the hot spring!!! The service was really good and they try their best to communicate in English with me. However, don’t expect that the room is so clean. Is still acceptable for me. Strongly recommended if you drive a car to there.
