This hotel locates just near by the JR Himeji station, probably the most popular area in the city. Most of the restaurants are on the other side of the rail so it is crowded at all around the hotel. There is also a complex mall includes supermarket and groceries store next street. The services is good and offer free drinks in the lobby.

This hotel is right across the plaza from the train station, and having travelled with bags I can tell you that is a godsend. The room itself is lovely and the staff are very friendly and professional. Check in and out are painless, getting around is easy as the train line is perfect for getting into the heart of Osaka, or going the other way out to Kobe. There's also nice local food choices nearby.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the castle and very close to delicious restaurants, bars and shops. It is only a 10 minute walk from the train station, so very easy to reach. Hotel is clean and has everything you would need. Top tip: if it rains there are covered roads, 1 road inward from the main road. So almost no rain when walking here.

Great value hotel with breakfast and dinner included. Everything was clean and it‘s a 1 minute walk away from the train station. The Himeji castle is only a 1,6km walk away and you can easily get a bus to Mt Shosha from the train station bus stop. You can choose your dinner from two options and breakfast is buffet style.

Huge hotel with great facilities, but gym, sauna, onsen and pool have to be paid extra and at high prices. That left a very bitter aftertaste. The room was large but a bit dated and could be cleaned better. The service at the reception could be nicer and speak better English. However, the rest of the service staff were extremely nice and helpful. Early check-in was possible free of charge. The hotel is very close to Kobe airport, but only offers a shuttle service for the train stations. Why not also for the airport is somewhat questionable.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay while in Kobe. It is just next to Kobe Harborland and Kobe Port Tower. The room we had comes with a private balcony offering a spectacular view of the harbour. The room is clean, comfortable and has full amenities. The hotel provides bus shuttle service to and from Sannomiya Station. There is also a Family Mart located at the lobby where you can buy snacks, drinks and other additional amenities. Hotel is also walking distance from a Starbucks which opens at 7:30am should you need to get your coffee and the famous BE KOBE sign. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located right across the train station square with convenience stores and restaurants around, a perfect location. The room is a typical Japanese hotel room, small but has everything you'd need, and very, very clean. Check-in was smooth, and there's coffee in the reception area, which is on the first floor. WiFi worked great, also for streaming. I'd definitely go here again if I wanted to stay in the Osaka area.

Great location, 5 min walk to subway and train. One train stop away from Shin-Kobe station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy to locate as next to Ikuta Shrine. Free coffee at lobby 24/7. Rooms are spacious with bathtub.

The check-in process was fast - I arrived a few minutes before 10pm so was relieved that someone was there. The room was compact but comfortable. Had all the basics like kettle and towels. The location is walking distance to many temples and restaurants so very convenient. The walking path from the hotel starts with a quiet narrow street. It's also near public transit including JR train for connection to other major cities. There isn't any meal service onsite but there's a kiosk in the lobby so you can grab a snack, if needed. The common areas are well kept and room was clean. I was on an upper floor and there isn't a remarkable view. It's convenient that the windows open and there is a thermostat on the wall so you can regulate the temperature.

Great location within walking distance to jr train station. Friendly reception although do not speak much English. Great healthy bento set for breakfast available for jpy700. Clean, efficient and simple hotel. Daily offer of free snacks or drinks. Washing machine and dryer available downstairs next to reception. Microwave is available for use too.
