"I have to express my sincere gratitude to Ms Hatsumi from the hotel. Thanks to her help, I had a wonderful trip to Rokkōsan. She is definitely a polite, professional, and of course pretty lady. Her communication skills are good especially that she speaks fluent English which would be of great help for someone like me who don't speak any japanese. Although the original local tour was full of bookings , she helped me reserve a taxi and solve my ease of communicating with local taxi drivers. The view and environment is splendid with a great hotel service teams. I would highly recommend to someone who wants to experience a unique accommodation experience. Though the drawbacks , as you might know already , is 1) no private bathroom 2) not sound-proof building materials , but it is understandable given that the hotel is with ancient history"

"I wanted to get a hotel away from the city centre but near enough to head down. Glad to have found and stayed at Hotel Hewitt Koshien. Very near to Koshien train station and there’s a mall between the station and hotel. There’s also laundromat in the hotel (3 washer + dryer machines). Hotel in-room amenities are more than sufficient and the service team can make up room daily upon request. Hanshin Koshien stadium is also nearby where you can check out the museum too! There’s also a Lawson outside the train station if you want to get drinks and snacks. Starbucks too for coffee! There’s also a nice park around 2km away and I head down for my morning jog. Nice scenery and fresh air!"

"For muslim travellers, this hotel is just located near Kobe mosque (5-7 min walk) and Sannomiya stn, halal restaurants, and grocery stores. Room is nice, clean, and right size. Reception front desk staff are very polite and accommodative. You can borrow an umbrella if you need one. Looking fwd to stay here again."

ZZhezidashu非常滿意的一趟淡路島之旅因為有了咱們酒店更加出彩。一切都是最好的安排，從京都過來中間轉了巴士，通過攜程平台確認了接站，到了時間因為還早大戰車奉上旅遊劵讓我們坐上免費穿梭巴直接去消費（行李拉回酒店），咱們用消費券在HelloKitty補上了午餐及冰淇淋。入住時男侍從都是跪式服務，確認下來晚餐及次日外出訊息，入住的房間獨棟圓屋像蒙古包帶着觀景陽台與木質浴池，房間細微之處都是當地特色（梳粧盒，免費mini吧/甜品，洗臉盆都是木化石）居中屋頂透明留空還能觀星象，在這裏的5天我們享受了美食，尤其是晚餐不重複滴換着各種風格，讓我驚訝的是女服務員可以在晚餐表演薩克斯及長笛，而且島上有一處像舞台一樣的餐廳也可以享受到服務員的音樂素養表演，5天給的20000消費券足夠你中午外出免費各種吃，我們還在大蘋果那裡給孩子用券買了HelloKitty專賣禮物，這段淡路島之旅比京都之旅還更加難忘，而且民風淳樸人人都在為帶動淡路島旅遊在努力，值得稱讚下次我還會帶孩子來玩

I was welcomed by the owner at the door when I arrived, and they even prepared a beautiful greeting card on my arrival. Welcome drink was provided and the owner recommended good restaurants and provided the USP of each onsen in Kinosaki. The room is spacious, clean and new! I especially like the Japanese style of the hotel. Yutaka and 1-day onsen pass were provided for my stay. As the next day I had to move to another hotel, the owner very kindly helped me to transport my luggage to another hotel near the JR station. Overall, excellent stay, excellent people and excellent breakfast! :) Would love to visit Kinosaki onsen again and stay with Utsuroi Tsuchiya.

AAnonim Kullanıcı对不是日本人完全不友善的酒店 Not foreigner ( Western & Asian) friendly. We travelled around 70 Roykan in the last 3 years and this is the wrost service we ever had. Japanese get to seat and offered juices when they checked in while we have to stand at the front desk and no juice offered. We asked for the yukata rental (free rental) and the young staff just ignore us twice. We asked for sizes a few times then he just said it’s all here. Then when we picking the only two small sizes he grabbed and give it to the Japanese girl and ignore us or never ask us before he took it as he knows we are looking into those. Very rude. Most of ryokan will bring you to the room or assist to bring luggage or already put in the room for you. This one you do everything yourself after check in. When we get into the hotel room it’s hot as no aircon is on. Then air con is broken so we called reception. With their broken English they insisted I don’t know how to turn on the aircon which I told them the air con is broken, after 15mins on the phone showing me how to on I keep telling them to send the staff up as we are so hot in the room as it’s summer and no window open and no fan was on after moving luggage. They came up and fix the air con for 45mins then told us it’s broken and need to change room. The whole hour we were sweating but no offer of water / drinks or anything and we just stand in the room while they fixing. When they decided the room need to be changed, they asked us to wait downstairs but leave the luggage in the room so we thought they will move luggage to the new room but they did not. Staff see us so hot at lobby didn’t tell us there is free drinking machine that we can get ice juices , they just watch us hot and sweat and not saying a word. When the new room is finished, they gave us the new room key and asked us to move the luggage ourself and return the old key. No help at all and wasted 1.5 hours of our onsen time. No apologies as well. I feel like being treated like a trash. Not enjoyable at all. I paid extra for the sea view room which when they change my room they offered a slightly bigger room but my sea view was mostly blocked (in the pic )which I am not so happy. There is amenities corner at the lobby, at night after the onsen we come back and want to take the lotion as early on it was gone and they didn’t replenish, the female staff have a bad attitude and flip her eyes ask us which room we stayed, we showed her the key and she said the cream is already in the room which her broken English. There is one set in the room but those are small one time pack which we finish after we had the onsen so we want to take another one. She was rude and insist we can’t take. Her attitude was so bad seems like we are stealing. There is an amenities cornor, if you not allowing guest to take please do not have this setup. Food is okay with the buffet. Wagyu beef is nice but they is a normal standard for Japanese onsen buffet nothing too special. Overall, with the price paying compare to other roykan in Japan, this hotel have very bad service to non Japanese. There is also nothing special for this onsen. Probably best to try somewhere else.

There is a self-service laundry room, which costs 500Yen for 3 kg load, 2 hours. Hotel is very near to the Sannomiya train station and there are supermarkets, Daiso, restaurants, and a bowling centre just next door. Perfect for families. The room is very big and comes with 4 beds. Ample space to open 3 luggage bags and walk around. Love the hair dryer provided in the room!

Великолепные номера в стиле классического рекана: все очень красивое, аутентичное, масса мелких деталей, записок и подсказок для гостей, интересных безделушек в номере. У нас были кровати, а не футоны, но минусом это никак не назвать - кровати удобнейшие. Вид из номера (3 этаж) - на горы. Чистота идеальная, в номере есть все, что должно быть в номере классического рекана: от татами, до низкого столика для отдыха. 2. Бесподобный ужин кайсеки. Великолепный завтрак сукияки (готовишь себе сам). 3. Красивейшие интерьеры отеля, по нему интересно гулять, изучая его изнутри. Отель красивый снаружи тоже. 4. В номерах можно курить (мы этого не делали, да и номера не прокуренные совершенно). Есть курилка при входе в отель. 5. Чудесный персонал. Все просьбы и жалобы удовлетворяются за минуты. Плохо говорят на английском, но это не беда, общались через переводчик. Ребята классные, веселые. Быстрый чек-ин, куча напоминалок по поводу того, куда и во-сколько приходить / что и как правильно делать. 6. Есть приватный онсен (мы не пользовались). 7. Дают беспланый пропуск в 7 общественных онсенов. Дают скидки на сувениры. 8. Дают отличные юкаты для онсенов, для женщин - дадут красивые, выбор огромный. Нюансы: 1. Единственный минус отеля - удаленность от центра Киносаки (15-20 минут ходьбы по не слишком красивым местам). Но! Есть бесплатный трансфер от отеля до центра города, плюс есть трансфер вокзал-отель-вокзал. Да и ходьба от отеля до центра Киносаки нас особо не напрягала. 2. Это не бизнес-отель, поэтому ни стиралки, ни утюга, ни душа в номере нет. Душ (а по факту - онсен) общий на минус первом этаже - отдельный для мужчин и женщин.

MMisafir KullanıcıAmazing hotel!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Large room, incredibly comfortable beds, good temperature control. Very nice shower room. One downside was there was only a small table (there we two of us). There was a shared kitchen and lounge area, which were very nice. The coffee was excellent. I would love to stay there again. Very close to the bus stop and whirlpool tour. But public transport on the island is very limited so it is difficult to get to other attractions if you don't have a car. There is local bike hire, but they were out of/didn't have e bikes, and the hills are very steep.
